when you say "nagpapataba", are you trying to gain LEAN MASS or FAT???? big difference :p

if ur trying to increase muscle mass, go for a workout routine and proper supplementation. enrol in a gym, and READ READ READ. tons of info on the net.

pero kung gusto mo ng TABA, and want to be a bit chubby EAT CHOCOLATES, CANDIES, HAMBURGERS, PIZZA.

OMG!!!! you gotta be kidding eagle_eye. 6000 calories is too much.........the tv report you watched might be mistaken. 600 calories pwede pa.

if that report is right, i will definitely not eat another slice of pizza in my whole life. i train and diet really hard and when i cheat i eat whatever i want. but a 6000 calorie slice of pizza is too much. its like eating the amount of calories that you normally eat for 3 days!!!!!!!

i've tried gr8 whey, nagkapimple ako sa face and nag-LBM. pero not everyone may experience what i did.

i personally prefer optimum whey, kaso one time wala akong mabili, kaya napilitan akong bumili ng gr8 whey.

na-try ko na yung nitro-tech, mas ok yun, kaso lang mahal.

im trying to gain fat...or lean mass pwede na rin...eitherof them basta magkalaman lang ako. i find it very hard to gain weight kasi. im just 105 lbs and i stand like 5'5-5'6.

i'm not sure about the current prices, last time i bought was last year, i strongly suggest you visit na lang GNC stores for the prices.

Nitro Tech is really good, pero sobra lang talaga mahal, bumibili ako sa dati kong gym mate pero wala na kong contact with him. Sa kanya ko binibli ang Optimum and NitroTech ko.

am not kidding, that was an actual headline on of the special reports on here. from what i remember, they tried to compare
the calorie content of diff Fast Foods.

BK WHOPPER meal went up to 2000 cal

and a slice of PIZZA HUTS 12" BIG new yorker pizza went to almost 6000 (but hey, its has everything, plus extra cheese topping, and that cheese crust too) YUM :glee:

Yep, i've heard that nitro-tech products are excellent, mahal nga lang.

try Cell-tech, ad says it could give u upto 10-20 of lean mass :glee: CLY dunno if u have tried this supp., people from my gym says is PURE CRAP though :glee:
