yeah i think that chiquoh is the looser.. oops let me correct that.. a sore looser.. he probably got kicked out by one of the companies involved. i can say that i am very much eager in learning more things in my job as a tech support.. the learning process may be slow and not that technical but one thing is for sure. you will learn to be professional.... the pay sure helps but the amount of knowledge gained is low.. it depends to the person if he/she would like to improve or crave for more knowledge in SEVERAL ways... working as a tech support doesnt mean the possiblity of knowing more things is minimal.. definitely NOT!! if you want to learn more.. be professional.. besides professionalism is the best way to the top... you may know everything but if you dont act as a professional... your NOTHING!... so chiquoh.... where do you plan to apply?? mcdo? jollibee?.. sa burger king kaya para bottomless sopdwink... o cige sa fridays ka na lang para makapag paikot ka ng bottles =P... being a customer support is a profession and not just an ordinary job....

I agree with you toink! let's face it, it's quite hard to find a job nowadays and with all the economic problems of our country you should not be choosy with your job but that does not mean that you have to stay in that kind of job all your life....

You've got that right palos. Hey Chiquoh Where will you find companies nowadays that would shell out salaries way above the minimum wage prescribed by law? Is that easy to get a job with high pay? Hell no! If you're from a wealthy family, you've got no problem, but for those who are unfortunate they've got mouths to feed and needs to be met.

well, it's ok to have a job that's not quite fulfilling as long you're earning the money through a decent way.

This statement is right on the borderline, alaine26. I am watching. You know the difference between constructive criticism and flaming. Make the right decision.

I feel insulted that one of the people in the other thread implied that I am ChiQuoH just because I used to work for Sykes and now work for PEx. You know who you are. If you have any proof to back up what you just accused me of, post it here.

I have no reason to speak badly of Sykes. I have no regrets that I worked there because in one way or another, I learned from the training I got from the company. I learned skills which have proven useful in my present job.

I still value the friends I left in Sykes and would never call nor think of them as loosers (sic).

Whoever you are, I think your grudge against me is because of something more personal. I've emailed you already. I await your reply.
