How would you feel if your employer failed to give your salary during paydays?

As in all of us in the company didn't receive
our salary last katapusan...

There are two issues I see here:

1) You may have legal grounds to sue your employer for payment of wages. We have lawyers in this forum and you might want to ask them to describe the specifics. Your employer has no business paying off creditors, utility companies, and suppliers while ignoring you and the other employees.

2) The bigger issue is why your company has been unable to pay you. Is it a sign that it is going down the tubes? Your employer owes you an explanation - as soon as possible for this very irresponsible way of treating its employees.

hmmn.. don't know.. how does that compare to your boss asking you to take a pay-cut? between the two, I think I'd take the delayed salary.. hopefully it's just for a few days. A pay-cut is forever, and it undermines a lot more than just a fixed salary, I can tell you that.

kaka asar? tell me about it... my salary have been delayed thrice... have submitted my resignation .... noong una kungpwede pa raw ako hanggang katapusan - para may kapalit .... eh wala ako nakikitang liwanag... tamad akong pumasok... kinausap ako at inagahan ang effectivity ng resignation... masaya at malungkot... masaya dahil mas maganda ang hinaharap ko... malungkot dahil na aawa ako sa kumpanya - naging pangalawang pamilya ko rin iyon..
