What's a YUPPIE?

I know it means Young Urban Professional, but what does the label connote to you? Positive, negative? Successful worker, or feeling-successful lang?

Put another way: Would you be insulted if someone said you were a yuppie?

Yuppies are usually Men, about in their middle-aged life (40-50), usually owns a TownCar, Explorer, or Expedition (not kiddie Honda Civics) has about 3 kids, successful, businessman-type class.

Do yuppies still exist in Manila? With the state of our economy, puro Puppies na lang dito, eh. (Puppies= Poor urban professionals). Well...other than the Valle Verde gang, of course.
