:mecry:well, i'm gettig bigger and bigger now coz i can't stop eating. I just love FOOD. at first, I'm not that worried kasi everytime I gain weight, my tummy is not being affected but now...it seems huge. I don't like to stay in this shape. Please help me!!!:bawling: any diet pill for tummy or easy workout???

you should get more cardio exercise. jog thrice a week or something. it really helps a lot. and if you want abs, consume less calories, do some cardio, and do variations of crunches everyday. ;)

Sorry, no safe quick fixes that I know of. You already know that you should be eat less and exercise more, di ba? ;)

hey there girl...i've had the same prob before...i felt insecure, so what i did...instead of letting my insecurities eat me...i just did the classic way to trim dowm, eat less, do exercise as much as i could...i go to the gym almost everyday, do cardio for 45 mins to an hour, then tone up, like lift light weights but lots of reps, as long as my body could take it...and do a lot of sit ups...am still into this thing up now...am getting results...toned body but not buff...this takes some time though..and dont expect miracles to happen overnight...go psyched yourself up before getting into the program...or else its no good if your heart is not into it...
