It's not that I'm encouraging you, but I know that the Florida Roaster offers their franchise for 50,000 pesos.

My friend and I are offering a food cart franchise at 75k, a little over ur budget but everything's included: name, equipment, cart, recruitment/training of personnel, business system, signage, initial inventory. Our cart is made of quality steel and the wheels are at the bottom of the cart, unlike all the food carts that has a big wheel in front. Email me at pammy@iateneo.com. Thanks :) Hope you'll be interested. :)

You can try to look around here...
http://franlinkasia.com/index.html
...just enter your requirements dun sa "Franchise Matcher", entering your category, initial investment, & franchise area.
Medyo tinotopak nga lang kung minsan yang site na yan (or, maybe I should say... MADALAS). Sometimes, di ma-access ang ibang mga links (like if you want to see more details on a franchisor). Pero, minsan naman, yung site mismo nila, di ma-access.
