i just had my warts cauterized at a known facial center. after the procedure was done, they wanted me to buy their Healing Cream. it doesn't have any brand name at all.

i nix buying products like this coz:
1. i noticed that some clinics buy products from manufacturers/drugstores then repackage them and sell at a much higher price.
2. i read the literature at the back, it is not intended for healing cauterization but for pimples, acne, and a lot of other skin problems.
3. i have in the past bought lots of products from them but did not see any good result. each time, i go there, they just keep on selling me new products.
4. it was overpriced at P750.00

can you please suggest a healing cream that i can use to facilitate healing of my skin after cauterization?

What most dermatologists prescribe after cauterization is Mupirocin cream (brand name Bactroban). This is an antibiotic. This does not really "facilitate healing". What it does is to allow the cauterized skin to heal on its own while preventing possible infection which may delay the healing. You can apply it 3x a day to the affected areas.

I don't know if drugstores allow you to buy this over-the-counter, though.
