my nipples are inverted. it didnt bother me before but i heard somewhere that there are several things that can now be done about it. it doesnt cause me any pain naman at all, i just wanna be like the other girls with normal nipples.

inverted nipples get the "normal" look when they are stimulated. there is also what is called the Hoffman's maneuver: with the use of ur thumb and index finger, massage ur nipple vertically first, and then horizontally for about 15 minutes a day. u can also wear "breast shells" that helps sort of "pisil" ur nipples so they protrude. but i dont think they are available here. Im not yet a doctor, but would be soon. i hope i helped you somehow. Dont worry, out of a hundred mothers i saw 35% have inverted nipples...so its not really something rare... :rolleyes:
