anyone know how to put up a bsns inside the mall

:confusing: im wondering :mconfused: kung pano mag start mag put up ng booth inside the mall
please share some experiences and ideas thnx everyone:D

1. Ask the leasing department if there is still a vacant position for your business.

2. Inquire if your business will be allowed. There are some malls I know that have contracts with their tenants. Example, Fiesta World Mall does not allow Mc Donald's to have a store because of Jollibee.

3. YOu have to pay three months deposit and three months advance.

4. Apart from these, you have also to pay a certain amount for the construction of your stall.

5. A certain percentage of your gross receipts or a fixed amount which ever is higher will be imposed as your rental expense.

type a proposal letter, indicating your interest in leasing a space in the mall for your (state your business.)

go to the leasing department. (ask the security guard sa mall kung saan)

talk to the one in charge of leasing space and get the details.

then wait for further developments.
