* Work it out! :macho: Build body mass, lift weights.

* Load on lots of protein and carbo. :munch: Chow down loads of rice, corn, potatoes, bananas, mangoes, avocadoes and beef.

* Eat BIG meals. And don't eat in between meals - except when you're hungry, pero dapat panghatid-gutom lang.
Remember:
- Eat small but frequent meals when you want to LOSE weight.
- Eat 3 big meals (or maybe more) when you want to GAIN weight.
:spinstar: How come? The body is not an efficient calorie-burner. It can only efficiently turn calories into energy in small amounts. The rest becomes body mass - fat. Your problem is (What a problem indeed . . . *sigh*!) is that your body is an EFFICIENT calorie burner - you've got a high metabolism rate!

* Eat fast! :chew: My friend has weight problems too - she's too thin. She eats too slowly and she doesn't get to finish her whole plate. Why? Because after some time, your body feels full even when, technically, your not. It's a psychological thing. After 30 minutes of eating, you get that full feeling - whether you're busog or not.

mag-weights ka.....i think it is advisable that you go to a gym na may trainer para he'll be able to assist you....tell him kung ano yung outcome na gusto mo para he will be able to give you a corresponding program.

just go to the gym and ask the instructor for WEIGHT GAIN program...

be careful of supplements in-take, some of them can cause pimples

tho creatine is a good one

don't rush on the development, it takes time...

i suggest to have mass but also develop your muscles...

personally, lean body is more attractive...

di na uso muscular ngayon!!!

don't forget to work on ur ABS too

since ur slim, it'll be easier for u to develop it with 6packs!

i too want to gain weight. try mo heraclene. avoid dope. but they say ok daw ang pot. maybe. :D

you have to eat more than you burn so eat. I eat 5 meals a day since I'm also trying to put on more mass.

Try going to a gym and do heavy basic movements (squats, bench presses, deadlifts, military presses, rows) since they help pack on mass fast.

you don't have to do anything. As you get older, you gain weight. Look at me; when I was in high school I was 5'7" tall and weighed a puny 120 pounds. Now I'm 5'11" and weigh 175.

the body for life program works well for newbies to working out and works quite well for losing weight and toning u but there are a lot of better programs. The one thing that makes people motivated is the way Bill Phillips writes and the cash incentives of the program
