Workout Videos - any recommendations?

im kinda bored going to the gym ALL the time. on days when im tamad to go, i plan to just work out at home.

any recommendations on WORK OUT VIDEOS available in the market?

I got a pretty good deal on Billy Blanks Tae-bo work out videos. 8 tapes in all ( but :glee: only worked on 2 so far)

do you like to dance? I do , even if I have two left feet. I find Darren's Dance moves a very fun work out video because he teaches you dance moves ala N Sync, Britney and J-Lo :)

have you ever heard of ZUMBA? sobrang aliw yung workout video nila. it's not really the typical workout/exercise type. it is more of dancing your heart out. the fun part is that maaaliw ka to the point na you'd want to do more, mas ok pa if you have like sobrang ganang backgroudn music para maiba-iba naman.

it's energetic... beto is so fanstastic... --- yan yung naaalala ko na sinasabi nung nageendorse. hehehe... naaaliw ako sa accent nung nagsabi nyan.

mukang wala talaga sa phils mga workout videos.

i bought mine at Amazon.com - i recently got Pilates for the Dummies, Darrin's dance videos (mga dance steps nina J.Lo, Britney --cool!), and 8 minute abs with 8 minute arms.

you may be charged lang a little for the handling fee, pero sure naman that you get to choose what you want!!

any video store like video city or aca video :)
yup, luma na yung the firm series but it doesn't matter, it works naman eh. meron pang ibang available na videos like the pilates series, cindy crawford, claudia shiffer, billy blanks, and meron pa ngang parang kung-fu video :glee:

oh...! sa national bookstore meron din :)

a friend's been raving that a combination of yoga and pilates (yogilates) is simply the best workout she's ever come across so far. do you guys know if a video is available that demonstrates this kind of a workout?

hi! i got mine from Amazon.com eh! had it delivered na lang. been trying to look all over for it, but to no avail. although you may try the places they've suggested above, national bookstore, ACA or Video City.

Perhaps you just need to find a better workout program to keep things interesting. I also assume you're not totally satisfied with the results?
