Doc Ira,

My friend tried a peeling product on her underarm for a week and notices that it irritated her skin that causes to have a discoloration. She thinks that her underarm had a chemical burn on the product that she used. What can she do to whiten it? Are there any products that she can use? Any suggested procedure that she have to undergo on this, like underarm bleaching, etc...? PLEASE HELP. :(

It's really hard for me to help you without seeing the actual lesion. The best course really is to see a dermatologist who can determine the best way to treat your individual problem.

Eyedoc thanks, the chemical burn is for about 2 months already. Can you refer a dermatologist who's an expert on this? How much do you think this will cost?
