if you are really serious about working out, it is a good investment
No waiting to use a piece of equipment and since the operating hours are 6am-12mn, you basically HAAVE THE TIME to workout

It's nice but then again, it's expensive.

They have a great place, great equipment, good trainers! But again, the price is a bit questionable for me. You can have the same kind of satisfaction in other quality gyms here in Manila without having to pay the high price. ;)

if you're really interested to work-out there i suggest no, if you dont have money and yes, if you can afford it.......
......but the best way is work-out in the luxury of your home, its the easiest way and the most cheapest way to tone your body....well of course you must also have discipline to do it :)

Matunog ang ugong na hindi ma-meet ng Gold's ang overhead expenses nila plus maraming nagpapa-refund kaya matunog na di magtatagal ito gaya ng Fashion Cafe atbp...

-- that is if you have the space and the equipment.

-- before spreading rumors, can u please state where you got this info? as of now gold's gym is nearing its 5000 member quota and will soon open a branch in greenhills. Also, how can the #1 gym in the world not make profit? a lot of people have been waiting for it to open here

-- I don't know what problem you have with gold's. But I can assure you that 5000 members are more than enough to keep a business going and as I said in an earlier post, you don't really have to advertise the #1 gym in the fitness industry worldwide.
Before you talk trash, make sure you have the sources.

ok sana sa golds gym mejo masungit and mayabang lang *** ibang staff. may free trial kame dun dati ng friend ko. since nauna sya dumating, she was assigned to a staff. itong staff na to, simply gave her the towel and left without any introduction about the place or the facilities. basta iniwan nalang sya eh bago lang sya dun so mejo uneasy pa. tapos sinungitan pa sya nung isa pang staff kse naibaba nya *** susi ng locker nung sinundo nya ako sa lobby. parang iniimply na magnanakaw sya. so yun di na kame tumuloy. parang walang training in customer service naman *** mga staff na yun. balak pa naman sana namen mag enroll kung naenjoy namen *** free trial kaso wag nalang. kakatrauma ang attitude nila. as if naman sa kanila *** gym. duh!
