hey black dragon, since you are from HR, tanong ko lang kung magkaka-ES pa ba ulit. medyo wala kaming nakikitang info campaign eh. my teammates are worried kasi may balita pa na papalitan yung Medicard. i'm from the UK track and we have been asked by our manager before if we wanted to change. our recommendation was no. hindi naman kame ini-inform kung ano na ba talaga ang score. totoo ba na cocohealth na talaga? my brother's friend is an agent there and sabi sa akin, maugong daw yung balita na sa kanila na ang infonxx.yung asawa yata ng accounting manager/head yung nagtatrabaho nun. pwede ba yun? di ba conflict of interest din yun?parang joyce tonson din ba siya?

This seems to be the dilemma of most people, myself included.
If again I decide to re-apply and reach this stage (the final interview), what are the tips to remember, like questions or something? Kasi parang nagiging dito ang make-or-break eh.

it's the same as the employee select flexible benefits, they just changed the name. so aside from the basic benefits like life insurance, medical/health plan, tuition reimbursement, sl/vl, we have another set of benefits under the deminimis flexible benefits. there you can enroll your dependents for the medical/health plan, gym membership, home credit, or encash the total maximum amount that you are eligible based on your employee level.

i just wanna ask: is the basic pay in sta. rosa the same with the one in makati? how much is it?
my friend just applied there the other day. out of 50 applicants dalawa lang silang natira. they said they'd call him up the following day at 10am. but they never called. pero yung kasabay nya, that same day, may job offer na. ano kaya ibig sabihin non?
by the way, ang tataray daw ng mga interviewers, very strict. ultimo pagtaas ng kamay when they call your name sasabihan ka "pls raise your hand properly." they don't even smile at you daw. ganon ba talaga? also, do we really have to be very, very fluent in english? o nadadaan naman sa training.

the basic pay in sta rosa is the same with makati. 13000 taxable + 2500 non-taxable.
regarding the ones who weren't called, it means the recruiter still needs to evaluate their applications further. based on my experience, there were times wherein i still need to verify some information before i call the applicants and give the job offer. if they don't receive a call on or before the date given by the recruiter, that means they weren't able to make it.
regarding the "mataray" interviewers, i can't comment on that because i'm not assigned in sta rosa. in my 3-year stay in the recruitment team, we haven't received any negative feedbacks regarding the process or the attitude of interviewers. i think they didn't mean to be "mataray". if in case the applicant felt that way, on behalf of that recruiter, i apologize for the inconvenience. as much as possible, we would like to make sure that applicants will feel comfortable during the entire recruitment process.
in terms of communication skills, you have to be fluent, meaning you can express yourself in english without any difficulty. because, there will be times wherein clients will ask some questions that are not answerable by the protocols that the csrs have, so you have to make sure that you will be able to converse in a spontaneous and professional manner. you dont have to have an american accent. we want someone who has a neutral but trainable accent.

we're really sorry for the ones who were scheduled for the initial/final interviews next week. we weren't expecting a lot of applicants to come, because last november's open house, we were able to process 300+ applicants, and finished the final interviews at 1:30 AM!!! that's why, when we saw that there were a lot of applicants who came in (around 400+), we decided to reschedule them next week, rather let them finish the process at 1:30AM, and have the successful candidates come in at 7AM the next morning (tomorrow) for the orientation.
on the other hand, we would like to thank everyone who braved and patiently waited for their turn to be processed. we were able to hire 56 applicants!!!

Are you still hiring for your santa rosa site? coz i am interested to apply. Just heard abt the opening last friday. I live in Santa Rosa, Laguna. And i have read a lot about Infonxx...am serious abt starting a career as a call center agent. Im a college graduate fr UST , but have stopped working since Dec. 1998. I enrolled in a call center training in makati which i believe have helped me a lot and i truly enjoyed it. I have kids and am a computer literate. Will my being unemployed for several yrs affect my application? I have applied at Convergys 3 mos ago..i passed the initial interview, simulation and had my final interview then the interviewer asked me to come back that same day at 6pm.. unfortunately i felt so sick bec of the "very hot weather" so i failed to come back that night for my last interview-- with the operations manager...

Blackdragon,
I went to Infonxx Sta. Rosa office. I took the exam but did not pass the interview. The exam was really easy, very basic kaya I was glad talaga coz I felt I got a high score. I also felt the interview went well...
My interviewer told me during the interview that if i don't receive a call til 7pm that same day, it means I didn't make it but i can reapply after one month.
I am really curious, what could have went wrong? I don't think i was overconfident naman..and I did well in the exam...Can you help me? kasi you are in the position to give light on this matter. Also, I came in proper attire, slacks and blouse , black shoes, as in office attire talaga...unlike the other applicants who came in casual tshirts only...
Why are call centers mentioning about reapplying? Do you think the applicant could change a lot/improve in that one-month period? like being more prepared and efficient or fluent or whatever? I hope you can enlighten me on this matter. I am really wanting a call center career....feeling little sad now ....
Thank you very much. :)

I regret to inform you that i can't divulge any information regarding applications. if in case you failed the initial interview, i think the recruitment specialist saw some points for improvement regarding your communication skills (sorry but i can't expound on that).
we want unsuccessful applicants to re-apply because we know that people can improve. to tell you the truth, we have A LOT of employees who re-applied 2x, 3x, and even 5x (i can still remember who that particular employee is). actually, some of them were already promoted

Think positive! nangyari na din sa akin 'yun at sigurado ko marami dito ang nakaexperience din nun. So, look at it as a challenge...and pray...

yup, you will undergo the re-application process. all you need to do is submit a letter of intent to re-apply informing us of your batch number, former team and supervisor. you will not undergo the recruitment process anymore. we will just have to wait for the feedback of the training dept and the call center manager. just make sure you were from the US track before (the sta rosa site is for US track only).

you can re-apply after a month. with regard to your first application, i can assure you that there was no power tripping involved or whatsoever. almost all of the call centers are aggressively hiring and i'm sure that shunning away applicants is a big no.

My brother works in INFOnxx. I think the company sucks. Training is like for 1 month with training allowance of P400/day. If you pass the training, you will be on probation for another 6 months before you get regularized. Your starting salary will be 11k plus some incentive allowance. The Night Differential is the worst among other call centers. It's a humiliating 10% without additional traval allowance. You won't get your healthcard (HMO) until you get regularized. You will however get it if you didn't incurr any absences within the next 3 months of probationary period.
The work is a boring directory assistance job with no access to the internet. Management/Sups are despotic. The attire is corporate. You are not allowed to slouch. You are not allowed to read books even if you don't have any calls or during lean hours. You have to ask for permission if you need to go to the jon or if you need to take your break or whatever you need to do.
But of course if you're happy with just connecting or giving out numbers or giving them directions and movie listings, this is the job for you. Less pressure. Less decision making.
I work in a call center and i've been here for 2 years now. I wouldn't stay here if i'm not happy. We have a great working environment. We don't have any dress codes. The pay is great. Starting is P12K + P1000 Meal allowance + 20% night differential and another P1000 if your schedule starts or ends between 12am and 4am.
Your one month training is already included in your probationary period. Health benefit (HMO) is given once employed. Upon regularization your basic pay will increase to P15K + Life Insurance and stock options. Merit increases are given annually.
Unused leaves are converted to cash every February.
You have access to internet so you won't get bored if you don't have any calls. We have free coffee and chocolate drinks for everyone. Sups are very linient. Where the hell can you see a call center with agents eating on their workstations? It's true. We are actually prohibited from doing so but they are only strict about this only if there are clients visiting.
Hi chinghe, i read your comment. Just wondering, are you from PS? Cuz i'm supposed to start there this april 2006. I'm still having second thoughts whether to quit my current call center job and join PS this April. If what you posted is true, then I would be glad to be part of this company. I just need to know if we are referring about the same company? Thanks.

Blackdragon,
I reapplied yesterday (Sta. Rosa)...again i passed the exam and got interviewed...but i didn't make it... CAn u enlighten me? kasi the exam was really easy..i got only one mistake sa spelling (nakita ko during the interview..i got 29/30 sa exam); i was the first one in our batch of applicants to be called in for the interview. I honestly believe I did well in the interview. The interviewer even told me she sees no problem with my application after asking me few questions. I was surprised to get the final word >> "wait for our call til 8pm today"....meron ako kasabay na gay..he made it in the initial interview and got a final interview schedule yesterday afternoon. I know i have better diction---im not being proud but just being honest....pls enlighten me sobra na akong confused why I can't make it. It has lowered my self-esteem. I have always been honest with my application; I told the interviewer that yesterday was my 2nd time already. What is wrong with me?

Bakit hindi na lang diretsahin yung applicant (like me)? Bakit hindi na lang sabihin na " Sorry you failed the interview" kesa "wait for our call until 8pm"

if in case you weren't successful in any of the interviews, you'll be receiving an e-mail notification within the week. if in case you failed the exams, that's the time we say it point-blank to the applicant that they didn't make it.

ako naman my question....
yesterday, i applied to this company...
i passed the initial, the examination and the typing test....
ini-schedule ako ng final interview ng 7:30 pm same day....
ako yung huling ininterview (based sa mga napansin ko ah)
the final interview went good.... actually, parang nagkwekentuhan na nga lang kami nung nag interview sakin.... nag last pa nga yung interview ng more than 30 minutes...
pero sbi niya sakin, yung parting words kumbaga.... me narinig akong if "shorlisted" galing sa kanya.... tpos expect a call daw starting tom til thursday.... inassure naman niya ako na tatawag siya... tinanong niya pa nga yung cell # ko ulit tpos kung di nya raw ako ma reach through my mobile phone, sa landline siya tatawag...
my big question is.... aasa pa ba akong tatawag siya?
i know fluent ako dun sa interview.... medyo kinakabahan nga lang.... pero i was able to say all my thoughts ng hindi nauubusan ng words.... di ko nga namalayan na more than 30 mins na kame magkausap eh....
asa pa ba ako? hay! hehe

Was from batch 7. got promoted, stayed for almost 3 years, and then moved on to greater things. but I miss my team, my friends, and my american boss who has always been a doll to me kahit masungit sya sa iba. ;) I loved Info and I still do. But you know how things are, one has to move on to be able to be greater
One tip sa mga applicants, don't stress yourself out sa pag-iisip why you didn't make it. Info has its own way of recruiting people. They see to it that you'd fit into the company. One way of making sure the whole organization functions well (I hope ganun pa rin ngayon!) Not because you passed your interview, exam or whatever, eh okay ka na. I have a friend nga na 14 wpm lang sya sa typing exam, pero natanggap. And she's still there until now. I hope mabilis na sya mag-type.*okay*

i read in the ads that INFONXX offers tuition fee reimbursement.. how does it work? what's the maximum amt agents can reimburse?
pls give me more details.. thanks! :)
blackdragon
Apr 12, 2006, 02:06 PM
^^ you have to have it pre-approved by your supervisor and hr. once approved, you can reimburse a maximum of P15,000 on the first year of availment. after a year it will be increased (not sure how much), until such time you reach a maximum of P40,000 to reimburse.
this will be applicable if you're interested to finish your undergrad, or take up postgrad (MA / PhD). you can also use it if you want to take up trainings or seminars outside the company.
this benefit is an all-or-nothing benefit because if you will not be able to get the minimum grade point average set by the company, or if you will not be able to finish the training/seminar you attended, then you will not be able to reimburse.
so far, we've already helped a lot of employees through this benefit.

HOW DOES ONE FIT INTO THE COMPANY????
blackdragon
Apr 17, 2006, 08:42 PM
HOW DOES ONE FIT INTO THE COMPANY????
well, that's something that applicants will not be able to know (which applies to almost every company). there are a lot of things we take into consideration, not just the exam scores or communication skills.
for those who have a different notion regarding applications, below is an explanation:
it doesn't mean that if you passed the exams (or even aced) you'll be accepted. it also doesn't mean that if you have excellent communication skills, you'll be accepted.
take it this way: if a potential employer turns down your application because of the interviews, it doesn't mean that you "failed". it just shows that you are not what we're looking for. your competencies didn't match the competencies we require for the post.
it also doesn't mean that if you were hired, you "passed" the interview. it just showed that you were what we're looking for. there was a "match".
that's why if we are asked, we say "the applicant was ok/good/great!" or "the applicant was ok in terms of communication skills but_______". not "he/she passed" or "he/she failed".
the terms "PASS" or "FAIL" only apply to exams wherein you have to garner a specific score. we don't use these terms in final interviews because we don't score applicants during this process. we "ASSESS" them.
i hope i answered your question, and i hope i somehow gave light to applicants who still have that "PASS" or "FAIL" -thinking regarding final interviews:)

Matanong ko nga lang po:
Regarding sa mga batch 231 na nagtake ng calls na monitored ng cardiff kahapon. Bakit naman pinababalik pa nextweek para magtake nanaman ng calls to be monitored again by cardiff? Sinabi daw ng mga opisyales ng Info na nagkaroon daw ng technical difficulties... (kaya?)
Kumpiyansa na ang iba na nakuha nila ang last requirements dahil madali lang yung mga na-take nilang calls kahapon...

i heard there were csrs who were able to reach the P25,000 mark. what i'm sure is there are a lot of csrs who receives a net pay of P9,000 for 10 days (because with us, we get paid after 10 working days, not every 15 or 30). i suggest you do the math;) then add "easy-job" to that.

no need to send your resume through e-mail or snail mail. we prefer walk-in applicants. sorry, you can't pick a schedule. there are CSRs coming in every 30 minutes or hour, all-day and all-night long. but their shifts are retained for a 3 or 6 month period so as not to affect their health.

What are the positions available here, DA positions lang ba? Or kung may CSR, anong accts ?
Thanx....
blackdragon
Jul 5, 2006, 04:31 AM
All of our CSRs give out Enhanced Directory Assistance. "Enhanced" because we don't just have DA, but also enhanced services like giving out movie times and listings (all major movie houses/theatres/cinemas in the US wherein the CSR can give out the actual list of movies showing in a particular location and the schedules), real-time driving directions (if the caller is lost while driving, or simply asking for directions to reach a particular destination, the CSR can guide the caller by just asking what's the present location and the destination wanted by the caller), Internet-based Services (sports scores, stock quotes, restaurant reviews and reservations, etc; this service is usually given by supervisors), Spanish Enhanced DA (to be launched in the Philippines soon).

1. what are the other positions available aside from csrs? i have no cc experience but i have a training background. should i apply for the trainer post or start with the csr post?
2. hows the recruitment process? with the other cc i applied, 1 day processing lang. included na dun yung job offer. medyo matagal nga lang yung start ng training at mababa yung offer so i turned it down.
3. 1 year bond? for both the UK and US account?
4. the reimbursement of tuition can be availed kahit new employee lang?
5. how many weeks yung training?
6. walk in for sta. rosa office is acceptable too?
thanks po.

hello, blackdragon. some questions lang po:
1. what are the other positions available aside from csrs? i have no cc experience but i have a training background. should i apply for the trainer post or start with the csr post? i'm not sure if there's a vacancy for the trainer position, but if there is, you may try. i'm not with recruitment anymore so i'm not sure about the list of open positions.
2. hows the recruitment process? with the other cc i applied, 1 day processing lang. included na dun yung job offer. medyo matagal nga lang yung start ng training at mababa yung offer so i turned it down.1 day processing only, except if you came in very late in the afternoon already. we were the one who actually started that 1-day processing, way back late 2003 or early 2004 (job offer included). start of training depends on the need. now we are not that aggressive in makati, unlike in our sta rosa site
3. 1 year bond? for both the UK and US account? yep
4. the reimbursement of tuition can be availed kahit new employee lang? nope, after passing the probationary period of 4 months (the training is included in that 4 month proby period)
5. how many weeks yung training? US - 5 weeks, UK - 6 weeks. proby period is the same for both
6. walk in for sta. rosa office is acceptable too?yep
thanks po.no prob!*okay*

well let me share my thoughts here towards INFONXX...i actually attended d job fair last June 6, 2006 for UK market..and i did passed all d 2 exams and 2 interviews.. so after that, d final interviewer told me dat my orientation would be on June 19, 2006..i was a lil upset cos i had to wait for almost 2 weeks but dat's ok i had to think positive.. i really liked to get d job and i just thot dt d environment and ppol der was pretty nice and of course my interviewer were so kind to me especially d one hu did my initial interview, bcos he gave me some tips and advise.. so there..i got oriented on June 19..they just discussed the rules and of course the payroll etc., so i thought after d orientation i would start the training d next day and i was really freakin excited about dt but to my surprise..before the orientation begun they told us that our training would be on July 24, 2006 so that's a month after the orientation(June 19) and they told us that they would just call us about the time schedule and if there would be some changes..so me and my co-trainees thought that it's ok..that's only a month..so there, i was called on my cellphone last week and somebody from HR probably and asked me if i am still available and i said yes, i was actually waiting for the schedule so they said ok, we'll just call you next week to tell u the time u shud come here on July 24..God, if they only knew how excited i was to get started..well after dat..they called me again last2 nyt July 12, 2006..i thought they will give me the time schedule.. but unfortunately not.. what i heard is?! "i just want to inform u dat ur training on July 24 will not push through due to blah blah blah..probably we'll just call you again cos right now they didn't give us any schedule yet as to when you're training will be.. so i got speechless and really upset.. i asked her if when would u call me again...if she has any idea as to when it will be..she answered me like probably quarter this year cos right now the other training class is not finished yet.. so i just said ok, call me if there are latest updates.. after that i broke down in tears cos i have to earn money of course and i just thought that the company just making me feel more hopeless.. always keeps me expecting and wating for nothing..i dont know if its just their other way of telling me that they want to reject me..so right now im thinking of applying again to other call centers..

sorry for what happened, as i've said on my earlier e-mails (or maybe in our sta rosa thread) that as of the moment, the makati call center is not aggressively recruiting because we're on the verge of filling the capacity of facility. this also happened late 2004 wherein we hired trainees as early as the 2nd week of december wherein the training started january 2005. in your case, it was unexpected (and unfortunate) that the training was moved to a later date because of the business need. but if in case you already signed the contract, it would be a shame if you would pass up the opportunity because you're already there. of course we wouldn't want to hold back people if in case they feel that they should pursue other opportunities.
in my opinion, this is better than having you start earlier and then in the middle of your training, someone tells you that the training will be stopped because of something. so far this will never happen with infonxx, unlike other call centers wherein the clients have direct control over their account, wherein the contracts of the employees are co-terminus with that of the client (worst case scenario, your contract can be terminated anytime because of business need or when the contract of the account expires or the client pulls out).

I believe they don't have email support in InfoNXX. They're definitely hiring Customer Service Representative especially in UK track as they have aquired a new company in the UK.
Perhaps InfoNXX is not as big as Convergys, Sykes etc. but they have exceptional training and working environment. Unfortunately I ddnt pass the requirement for regularisation, the requirement for overall accuracy is 95.5 I got 95 so they have to let me go. The company is extremely performance based. I emphatically recommend this company if you want to be your best in call centre industry!

Now that speaks a lot about the people working there. It's good that you love the company you're working for but please stop lashing out other companies you know nothing about since It's quite obvious that you barely know the company. Just can't help but think where the grudge is coming from..:(

Inaayy! Parang mahirap ata to work at Infonxx.... because of this...
"being able to take calls of more than 600 customers per day is already a challenge. being able to maintain a cpt (call processing time - in case you forgot about it) of 42seconds or less is more of a challenge as well!!! i mean being able to automatically identify the listing in split seconds is also a very big challenge. the famliarity of some keywords and categories for each listing is also a test of IQ... what is even more challenging there is you will have, or shall i say required, to remember names of states, with correct spelling and pronounciation of course, to think you have never been to any of the states you have memorized. i mean, dont you think this is a test of IQ also???"
I read and got that in this thread from legal recruiter ....
 :mecry: parang ang hirap! but i really wanted to work here. Help naman...please give some tips.

Take the challenge! Its all worth it!
Though Im not sure if your referring to US or UK track. Because UK track has different metrics of evaluating you. It surely was a big challenge for me when I worked there for 3 months. I was not regularised. The requirement for me was 95.5 to be regularised but I got 95 and yep they terminated me. But it was an experience! Especially the Elocution. I believe there is no easy job, but if you really want to work at Infonxx/The Number UK Ltd go for it!
You'd rather fail in something that you really love than be a success at something you dont right? The real failure is not being able to try...

Hi. I’m just new to this forum and discovered it yesterday. Anyway, I am planning to apply to INFONXX as a CSR this week and I don’t have much of an idea what the recruitment process. I saw Blackdragon’s thread and it seem he/she is from HR of this company. Can you please enumerate to me specifically the screening process an applicant undergoes? Can you also share what are questions you usually ask, especially if the applicant is new to call center industry? Can you describe to me by citing examples what is “organizational fitness” you are looking for in an applicant? Also, can you explain to me your company vision, mission, and goals? I very much interested to work for INFONXX that’s why I am striving to get much info so that I can demonstrate my skills and experiences that is aligned to the company’s expectations. Thank you very much.:bashful:

Hey Blackdragon I think I know you. I was with Batch 3 and eventually got assigned with one of the best teams InfoNXX ever had: "Lexcalibur". I left around May 2003 to set up my own IT company.
As far as making comments about how it is to work at InfoNXX, all I know is that most of those who had the chance to work there made it good one way or another. Either they stayed there and got promoted several times. Or they probably left for another call center where they now have a flourishing career.
There are also guys like myself who went on our own but carried with us the training and discipline we learned there during our stay and that made us successful as well. Sad to see though that we have to move on and go our own paths.
Good luck to InfoNXX applicants you're in for an experience of a lifetime. Good or bad? Well, its just how you look at things. Only one thing I know for sure: success ain't free boys and girls. You wanna play you gotta pay!

I think so too, it was a small company back then, although we recruiters had humble profiles...:D hmm, lexcalibur, i thought the kallmasters was the number 1 team before? just kidding! smartly put comment by the way, and very true as well...

ei hi, i juz left infonxx, about 2 weeks already. i should say that i had a wonderful stay in this company. half of it because the moment i'm gonna start, i set my goals, it's clear to me what i wanna be. and the other half, i owe it to the company, and to the people i worked with.. i had the most amazing and talented TMs, im not saying na walang kupz sa job na to, but i didn't let them ruin myself and my career, juz be professional always.
basically you'll earn a lot in infonxx. their basic offer may not be as competitive as compared to other call centers, pero pag na-achieve mo na yung mababang Call Processing Time(CPT) and a 100 QA, which is di naman mahirap makuha kase directory assistance type of calls lang naman to, yung NET income mo, mas malaki pa sa ibang call centers.
sayang nga lang that i have to leave kase our family have to move out na, so yun malayo na yung info samin....
you can check out my blog regarding info: http://ancientofdays.blogs.friendster.com/i_will_praise_the_lord_as/

i chanced upon this thread since i have just activated my dormancy from pEX. hay, it's great to be back! ;)
it's been 3 years i think, since i resigned from this very fun company. I used to take calls for the US directory. Been a roller coaster ride for me and yup, I really had the best days of my call center life @ Info. I used to be with Team US 11 (JeffyLube) and hell, how I miss our team. I still have former team mates working there and had I not chose to resign, I'd probably be with this company still! :bashful:
InfoNXX also has a site in Sta. Rosa, Laguna and one of my trainees got in there (part time trainer kasi ako for call center aspiring peeps). The screening process is not that easy from how I remember. You have to go through an initial interview, take a spelling test then if you pass that, you get to go take a test on listening to a mock call wherein you'll be asked to take note of the city, state and listing that the caller is looking for and then when you get passed that, typing test naman and then final interview straight to the job offer! :)
Anyway, just wanna say that this call center is one of the best in our country and I'm proud to have been part of it. :)

why did u ask that? anyways, there's no specific test/interview there that would measure your IQ... but it would show as you go along the hiring process, i mean how you carry yourself, how you speak, how you deal with your interviewer. the positive one, of course would get the job.

Oi oi oi... weren't you guys #2 and #3 after our team? LOL. Hay naku. Wala na nga tayo sa Info, rankings pa din pinag-uusapan natin. Hehehehe. Pero of all time, I would say Jigger's team was the best. Taas kamay ako dun. Kahit sabihin na magaling yung team ko, or ni Alexis or ni Kei, mas magaling yung team ni Jigger. Pedal to the metal talaga.
do you guys know armand lira and gee soliman?
I'm sure the 3 of us know Armand and Gee... The question is, why are you asking? :)

I miss my pals here. I was from UK track - 118118. 4 months na ko resigned pero di pa ko nagpa exit interview tsaka di ko pa nakuha last pay ko.
If you wanna apply here mas maganda siguro sa UK track kasi mas malaki ang premier hehe...2400 pesos/week. (you get premier when you got 100%qa + below 39secs cpt + perfect attendance). back then umaabot ng 15k pay ko for 10 days of work kaya ok na rin. tapos midshift pa. my sked before was 3pm-12am. hindi ako puyat. di kasi ako makatulog pag umaga. kaya ok yung sked para sa akin. the earliest sked is 1pm-10pm, yan yung sked ng number 1 team. sarap ng buhay nila wala masyadong tawag.
Anyways, kaya ako nagresign na-stress ako sobra. sobrang engot ng ibang mga british. di ko talaga ma-take ang katangahan. hehe. naging irate csr na ko, natuto na ko mag press ng release.

Hi! May plano kasi ako mag apply sa Infonxx. Ano bang preparations ang dapat ko gawin habang di pa ako nakaka apply. Saulo ko na ang States. Kelan ba sauluhin din *** cities?, e kadami naman!. ..
Any tips naman para makapasa ako.
Thanks and God Bless. You can also PM me.
If you want to apply... Here's a tip... You really don't have to memorize the cities or states. Just clean your ears, listen attentively and think before you talk...   :rotflmao:
