i liked it naman... work was challenging...

nasubukan ko ata lahat... inbound (order taking, customer service) at outbound (b2b)...

mas gusto ko outbound kasi challenging talaga...

Used to work for a callcenter in Clark for 3 years! There's one thing that I can say, when you're working for American bosses, aalagaan ka talaga nila. Lot of benefits, good pay (considering it's in the province), and the load isn't that bad naman.

I have found out that there is a call center agreement that one call center in clark cannot apply or be hired by Convergys unless you are 6moths resigned.. that means you cannot work in a call center after you resigned....

almost all call centers have that clause in the contract but then most people dont follow it coz its against the labor code and i'm one of those people who didnt follow it

the problem is the call center did not discuss that to the employees and now this employee is having a hard time looking for the job, Convergys is asking the applicant to ask for a waiver first that the applicant is 6 months resigned from that call center in Pampanga...

converygys is always asking for a waiver....if ur friend cant get one from the previous call center that he worked for then better apply to another call center w/c doesnt give a damn whether he has some sort of agreement w/ his previous employer....now if the company he's applying for really wants him/her then they'll do something about it....and make your friend read the contract before he/she signs it that way to avoid further misunderstandings.

I think hindi confirmed yan... either nagpullout na sila or they just planned on putting up one in subic. Pero if you have first hand knowledge that a call center really exists in subic i want their contact details sana.. :)

Yang Reese Brothers, dati na yang nandyan sa Subic kaso nag-pullout sila I think 2 years ago due to internal issues.

Pero it was also rumored that ICT will be setting-up there in the Subic area.

Baka kasi hindi nya sinabi na mangagaling sya sa CC na yun sa Clark. Napakahigpit ng CVG pagdating sa background check, they dismiss newbies for violating non-compete agreements.

more information naman on how to go about in applying for a position in Cybercity in Pampanga. I am planning to relocate there kasi I am beginning to hate City life. I have a house there so there wont be any trouble relocating. Thanks for any help.

Epixtar is just completeing a beautiful campus on Clark. I went there for a job fair today...more than 1,000 applicants. It is unbelieveable. High pay, great environment lots of extras. meals for 20 pesos. no bonds. Hiring for all positions.

I hear they are having some MAJOR national events at the campus in July.
