- EARNED INCENTIVE; pag nagqualify ka for this incentive, the company is gonna give you (depende sa level) $400, or $600, or $800 for 36 months para pang amortization ng kahit anong gusto mo basta nahuhulugan every month. ex; car, condo, educational plan, etc

- TRAVEL INCENTIVE; every year, more than 100 delegates ng Philippines ang pinapadala sa USA, all expenses paid, to attend our rally
meron 500$ pocket money kung single and 1000$ kung with spouse
2 weeks stay at a five star hotel
visa assisted, usually 10-yr multiple entry visa
post rally inter-state tour by chartered plane

This year ay 25th year anniversary namin, sa August, sa Dallas Texas ang travel namin :)

- PROFIT SHARING; parang 13th month pay, 3% of the yearly sales/profits ng company ay paghahatian ng mga nagqualify. last year, P1.8B ang sales ng Phils at pinaghatian ng around 40 people. do the math:)
