Wow, CCT grad congrats! For PST, be prepared for info overload esp if you're on a tech account. And it's not as fun as CCT unfortunately.

Hi Im just new here. someone please help me. I am really confuse on what to do. I was a former employee of convergys alabang 2 years ago, but I resigned to due health reasons. Last week I applied there and was hired but I didn't declare that I was a former employee and also I had some previous call center experience that I also didn't declare. But it was just one. I wasn't able to process my clearance because I was afraid they would ask me to pay the bond. Please enlighten me, I really want to work in convergys again. If Im gonna call my recruiter and follow the rehires process can somebody tell me how will the process be like? and how long will it takes me to work again. Do you think they will discover that I had some previous employments that I didn't declare. Please help me decide and give me advice on what MUST i do. Thank you.

tulad nga ng lagi namin sinasabi, eventually they would find out. just be honest, mas malaki ang mawawala sayo if you wont be honest about your employment history. magaling sila sa background investigation.

hmm.. medyo late na ata ang pagbalita sayo.. medyo kasi dati pa yan around april-may, nagramp down ng konti ang TP (as far as i know) but i dont think they're going to totally shut it down. kasi hanggang ngayon operational pa sila and i think they're still hiring

so far, dito sa makati i think until wave 10 kami, nasa wav 9 na ngayon. so baka after that medyo steady lang muna, nde na talaga ramp up. ang ramp up eh yun sa cebu/bacolod kasi they have bigger ops floor

tell your recruiter because once your employee IDs are processed lalabas na employee kana dati.....the additional step is your Recruiter will ask for a recommendation from your previous supe and site HR....if your supe isnt there anymore sa OM niyo hihingi ng recommendation....if you resigned properly and processed your clearance you dont have to worry about HR's recommendation....regarding your TLs reco....depende na yan sa attitude and performance mo dati....and btw your recruiter will process this for you....

the one that you asking for is so detailed.. with regards to salary and benefits it is so confidential that it is only to be known to the employee of the company. other additional benefits pa.. himirit ka pa.. sobra ka boy.. challenges? even the company would not give you a single answer to the queries you are asking for.. no company would disclose compensations to strangers even for research.. the one that you are asking for IMO is so STUPID!

Normally when CVG considers an external hire for a non-agent or RU post you need at least 1 year experience handling the same responsibility....when were going to consider non-experienced candidates we open the opportunities internally 1st.

nga pala.. ask ko lang, kasi nde sya nabigyan nun endorsement slip for the medical exam. actually yun batch nila na nagsign ng contract, wala sa kanilang nabigyan, siguro di lang nasama nun recruiter during contract signing. pwede naman sya bumalik na lang uli para humingi nun or dapat ba magpasabi muna through phone dahil baka wala mag sign nun endorsement slip?

Starting Basic Salary for no cc experience is 14,000 + 2,500 non taxable allowance+ 20% night differential, and for CSRs and TSRs who already have 6 mos. up experience will get 16k +2,500 + 20% night differential

I love the schedule and the work di masyado pressure and aleast i can save my voice been in the call ctr na for 5 years..although my recruiter explained to me na mababa lang talaga basic ng non-voice can you shed some light here.:depressed:

okei lang ang nde good sa computers.. tulad ko, i only know how to use it pero yun troubleshooting part, zero knowledge talaga. but right now, im doing good naman sa acct :D

one point though, i know inviting ang salary for tech reps, pero sana nde dumating yun point na you would lose the interest in learning the product/acct just because you can no longer cope up. minsan, di lang salary dapat ang point of consideration, dapat pati nature nun acct, at yun will mo na matuto. kasi kung lagi mong iisipin na mahihirapan ka, eh magiging mahirap talaga.

i guess meron pa rin CCT, it would concentrate more on composition writing and grammar. dress up talaga kami. kung may nakikita kayong naka dress down, it's because of the badge. most accounts offer dress down badges whenever you or the team hits the metrics *okay*

non-voice has the same salary as Tier1 customer support....ang catch lang dyan is kahit may experience ka sa voice account hindi mo makukuha experience premium....you need experience with a non-voice program din para makuha yun....may CCT parin ang non voice pero its more focused on written english and grammar....

regarding dressdown....friday and weekends are dressdown days for everyone, other programs reward teams with good attendance with dressdown badges that allow you to dressdown on regular days ;)

hi.. Bout the recruitment process.. ayos lang naman ... for sure kakayanin mo yan.. kinaya ko nga eh..

medyo tough lang talaga ang exams.. kasi more on computer ek2x.. kahit ako.. di ko yun alam.. hehehe... after that may initial interview na.. di naman kelangan super arte yung english mo.. as long as your comfortable speaking the language, ok na yun.. tapos dapat confident ka.. pero wag naman masyado..

Tapos dapat honest ka sa mga sagot mo.. malalaman kasi nila kapag nag la-lie ang applicant eh..

you will never know kung maganda o di maganda ang offer not unless you apply. kung anu ang maganda sayo may not be for others. you can always decline the contract signing if you're not happy with what CVG can offer *okay*

yan ang wag mong gagawin, most applicants are trying so hard to get that american accent that sometimes, slang or should i say slenggggg na sya na nde na maganda pakinggan. CVG recruiters does not expect fresh applicants (especially those who are fresh grads) to have a perfect or near perfect american accent. neutral is good enough for them, no p&f defects or v&b and of course yun grammar din. lahat naman kasi matututunan sa CCT, kaya nga meron nun for fresh hires to be more prepared when they get to the production floor.

3. is mediacom the new account in cmw and is it really high paid salary? coz my friend applied and hr in cmw offered him 27k plus 3k allowance? i wonder how true is this...

If you want to start January I suggest you apply now....were already hiring for our December and January classes....process is Initial Interview, Computer Based exams, Final Interview and your done....unless you choose a program that requires a TL validation interview then you have to meet one of the TLs 1st. No you are not banned....if you declined and never attended training you are still welcome to re-apply.

27K plus 3K? nope thats not possible.....we have a fixed set of salaries offered.... and none of them reach that amount....unless your friend is a multilingual agent and he has a language premium. But for the allowance part everyone gets 2.5k for their non-taxable allowance and it becomes 3.5k after a year....no more no less....
