question halimbawa an agent wants to apply for qa pero hindi available sa dept nya puwede ba *** magapply sa ibang dept for that position?

pwede naman chong as long as you have the best scorecards.
mas oks nga yung sa ibang dept ka na lang mag-apply. Mas sigurado ka dun compared sa sarili mong account. :p

by the way guys, We were told na dec. 3 na daw 13th month natin... ang aga!!! :mecry:

uhmmm..sa site po namin hindi 24hours open eh..we close at 2pm ngayon dahil sa dst..morning shift namin is from 5am to 2pm..pero di ka padin pde pumili ng sched mo kasi we have shift bids..*okay*

what are the different shift schedules? the morning is 5am-2pm what are the others? i am curious because I am planning to apply for that account but I need to know the different shift skeds so I can adjust my current racket and part time jobs in advance...

That is not true.....we actually hired a number of nursing Grads/Undergrads for our past few classes....as long as they dont plan to work for just a few months or just get the training, we have no problem accepting them ;)

Yes you will still go through the initial interview, the purpose of the phone interview is to make sure you meet the requirements....such as age, educational attainment etc. and to schedule you....they dont assess your communication skills or competencies yet....goodluck ;)

You have to be at least 18 and you need to be done with all 1st and 2nd year subjects, remember....no back subjects....if you meet both of these requirements, you can apply....

Training is divided into 3 parts
communication and culture is 10 or 12days depending on your account
product training varies....it depends on your program...
then you have Abay/Transition/Nesting....depends on your program as well.....

well, based samin ng wavemates ko, kahit pa magkano ang starting basic mo, pare-pareho na ang basic pag na-regularize kayong lahat.. as in hindi pare-pareho ng dinagdag na amount: as in pare-pareho na kami ng basic.. :bop:

Hi I'm new here! Been with CVG for 4 years! I even i can't believe na magatatagal ako with the company. I work at the Alabang site for DTV Backoffice. Medyo stressfull pero if you have fun teammates, parang naiibsan ang kalokahan ko!

The basic is actually fixed from what I know. Baka naman sinabi sayo na mataas basing sa na sa current salary nung employee na yun. Kasi if you really perform well, di malabong mangyaring tumaas agad ang basic mo. :)

I think the UP site is not yet open. New agents assigned to that site were housed in other CVG sites for the meantime.
You can actually apply in any site because they will ask you naman for your preference. Pero shempre diretso ka na sa site na gusto mo para madali.

ic thanks! ive heard na magsasara n daw yung mga automobile accounts and almost all the accounts sa convergys eh mas maramig ang sa automobile.sinabi lang po eto ng friend ko bka raw kse masayang lang effort ko tapos aalis lang din. i hope not kse gusto ko mag apply sa convergys. and i know na malaking company to so they will find a way khet na ganun man ang mangyari. lahat naman ng center nagkakaproblema sa account db, pero andyan p din sila.

Well, there have been accounts in the past that have pulled out of CVG. Pero personally, what I like about the company is that they don't lay off workers when the account pulls out. They will move you to a different account, sometimes even giving you choices, and you get to keep the same salary.

TWC is not pulling out. ramp down lang, they're just closing the ayala site. overstaffed na kasi kami and cost wise mas madali maglateral ng mga taga manila than those in cebu and bacolod

ok lang na bumalik ako sa DSL support basta ayaw ko sa super toxic na account, kaya nga ako lumipat sa TWC-CVG kasi madali lang ang scope of support.

Sabagay. Balita ko nga madali lang daw sa TWC compared sa SBC/AT&T. Pero ok lang naman ang U-verse. Actually, similar lang sya in a way sa DSL kasi may t/s din naman for internet. Yun lang, may dagdag na iptv and voip t/s. Something that should be easy for someone trained in DSL like you. :)
