They're one of the best IT software company locally..... pero since software house, mababa magpasahod although the training they give out is priceless. Don't worry about the contract, you can quit anytime you want. Wala pang nakukulong na trainee dahil sa contract..... search ka din sa mga laws natin.... mukha kasing illegal ang binds, hehehe.

Sensya na at more than 10 years ago na nang mag-exam ako sa RADIX pero from what I remember merong math, logic at abstract reasoning. Sobrang dali nito compared sa exam ng MISYS :rotflmao:

i think it is very cheap to ask about salaries while you are not fully aware of the work that you need to do.

here's the site na you could've googled PO:

I have taken the exam here kanina. And before the exam inorient na kami about sa position na Junior Programmer.

Here are the infos:

Starting Salary: Php 10,500.00 (Not Negotiable) 500 increase every 3 months

Benefits (Usual Benefits Of An Employee)
Bond: P 250,000 (For 2 years)

When you are hired you will undergo a 3 month training AS/400 (includes handson training, lecture etc. at Radix Office) (No Meal allowance transpo etc on the first 3 months)

After the 3 months training you will now be deployed to their clients of another 3 months (On-The Job Training) (With meal, transpo etc. allowance)

Para siyang contractual basis. Dedeploy ka to their clients at pag natapos na ang contract sa isang client you will be marketed to other clients.

Pero meron naman clang clients na naghahire ng Radix Employees for 2 years. I mean buong contract mo sa Radix eh nandun ka lang sa company na yun.

Your salary is continous. I mean pag wala ka na sa client nila may sweldo ka pa rin at sa Radix Office ka na magrereport until they find you another company to work for (project).

Some of their clients:
PLDT
Misys
Smart
etc.

Nagdadalawang isip nga ako kung iaacept ko to kasi ang baba ng offer at auko na kasi nung mga deployment sa ibang company. Pangit kasi naging experience ko sa SLI.
