RUSTAN'S: is this a good company to work for?

Was just wondering whether they're good employers or not... i've been hearing quite a few negative comments kasi about them. Also, ok ba yung work environment dun?

I hear that they don't pay too well but if you like to travel and don't mind the sub-standard pay, you can learn a lot by being in Merchandising.

Kaya lang I also heard that they ask you to sign a 2-yr contract and if you resign before the contract expires, you have to pay them a fee!

I don't know. they have tho most unprofessional environment. the purchasers would make you wait 2 hours before talking to you when you have set an appointment na ha. And then, I saw some supermarket stockers and secretaries outside the purchaser's office acting as if it's still breaktime. As in harutan to the max.

I thought they would be very very professional kasi shempre, ano nga ba naman eexpect mo if it's Rustan's na d ba? But no. Surprisingly, I must add. Siguro, either they really get sub standard people as employees or the pay they give make people perform sub standard.

They also have the yuckiest office setting pa. Parang tinipid talaga.

Nope. I don't hate rustan's. I love shopping there. But I'm not going to do business with that store. :p

hi SILENTMAX :wave: ... I'm choosing between companies kasi eh... and well Rustan's is one of the companies who called me up a couple of weeks ago... kaya yun medyo nag tatanong na ako about companies...

Well if you love to handle brands like Clarins, Estee Lauder, Chanel and Yves Saint Laurent, then Rustan's is for you.
