Paano Nyo Ihahandle Ang Mga Tsismosang Katrabaho?

PAANO NYO IHAHANDLE ANG MGA TSISMOSANG KATRABAHO? wala pa akong trabaho pero gusto ko lang malaman para meron na akong"immunity". eto pa naman ang kultura ng iba nating kababayan.

It's true that wherever you go, there will always be people who are like that. What's worse is if they go behing your back and do things to destroy you (especially with your boss or other colleagues).

Screw them, I say. They're just jealous of who you are and what you can do. Just go ahead and do your stuff. Envy them even more to make them feel really puny. Just make sure that you do your work honestly, dilligently, and without any "sabit". That way, no matter how hard they try to ruin you, you're clean!

It took me five jobs to realize this, Sport. Don't wait 'til you plunge into your 1st to be ready for this "normal" phenomenon in Filipino work settings. Masakit nga kasi minsan kahit na you know you're doing your job and minding your own business, these snakes still know what to do to get the best out of your boss and to juice out the seemingly worst in you. Kailangang mabuhay,eh.

this is exactly one of the reasons why i never got a regular job. i dont think id be able to stand it if a bunch of morons with iq's lower than my dog's huddled around each morning for their daily dose of character assasination with me being the subject. some would say my behavior is totally neurotic. perhaps. but it keeps me from sporting an uzi to work and making like michael douglas in "falling down".

seriously, i think these people should be intelligently told off. dapat mapahiya talaga. i don't think dedma will work. my sister's friend gets this kind of abuse from idiot co-workers and im indignant that she takes it sitting down, considering she is way above their league. she hates it. she just doesn't want to make trouble.

pagsumobra na at below the belt na masyado ang tira, you have to take action - send anonymous threatening letters, slash their tires, spam their email, etc. These chismosas are usually paranoid, give them something to think about, let them feel they are in danger. It'll cause them to go berzerk while you lie low and keep mum lang - act as innocently as possible. meron mga office chismosa na sobra na talaga, hindi lang sa paglalait ng office clothes or pakikialam sa trabaho natatapos intriga nila. sometimes they can even conjure up things about you, much worse than you could ever do in real life. :eek:

merong chismosa sa'min. everybody knows how she is so pinababayaan na lang namin. she also picks her friends and she's mean to the newbies.. buti na lang hindi nya ako piniling maging friend!!

The work place is the best breeding ground for neuroticism. Everyone at work is a neurotic in some way or another. Competition at work (obvious and latent) is the best way to cultivate paranoia as well as other forms of neuroticism. To a certain extent, this is "healthy" especially if it fosters productivity and effectiveness.

Now,I truly believe that those who even bother minding other people's business have IQ's (as well as EQ's) lower than my own. Why bother fussing with them right? They are like viruses that spread to ruin an entire system.

If they get in my way and start ruining me despite the superb job I'm doing...aahhh, ibang usapan na 'to. You step on me, I'll make you eat the ground you step on. How? There are lots of ways...

You wouldn't want to know what they are right?

Alam mo sometimes when your doing very good at your work...me mga lumalabas paring mga insecurities within the workgroup. Sometimes yung iba, feel ko parang naiintimidate sila sa maganda mong performance kaya they do nasty things like siraan ka sa boss mo, magkalat ng mga 'chismis' about you...

Ang point dito is....Mala kang ligtas sa mga intriga/chismis in the real world....
