i like the boss there our call center manager, he's so kind.

we always went to malate on weekends.

damn! ive been there and worked as a "training" sales manager...probably the one in SM manila may be under a good management but the one in salcedo? thats worst than hell...i know its not good to bad mouth your previous job, but i just want to warn those who's planning to transfer and apply there...
in salcedo, the former name of SMi SERVICES INC. IS U.S. ASIA SOLUTIONS, INC. and i must say that it was a high paying job..happy working environment ...not until that JOEY RAMOS came...the new call center director....dont know if he's gay or what but i must say he's so unprofessional...if he doesn't like your ways, he'll easy dehire you right there and then.....
we were in good terms in the beginning ...but when i got involved with one of the other managers, he got in the way and made paki alam!....he dehired me THRU TEXT...and when i asked what are his grounds for dehiring me, they cant say a thing...so why would i insist, right? i believe i have my talents ...thats not the only call center in the world!!! i transfered......
they've been deducting TAX from our salaries and when some of my officemates checked it at BIR, they found out that they werent putting the money under our account....
even CHANNEL 7 went to that ****ing office in salcedo for an ambush interview but they were too COWARD to face them....
now, im planning to sue them and have ABS-CBN take charge because they put my income tax return on hold! they wont give me my check!!!
and its even on our contract that they cant easily dehire SENIOR AGENTS or the pioneers of the company!.....

and they hire those who speaks well in english? I DOUBT IT! they only want enthusiastic poeple even if you dont know how to construct your grammar! IF YOU PLAY DUMB , YOU'LL EARN MORE MONEY..thats their policy...because as an agent, your only role is to pitch the client and the managers are the one who will close the deal......

PEOPLE THERE NOW SUCK! UNLIKE BEFORE!! MANAGEMENT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL>>>>ESP WHEN THAT JOEY RAMOS OR THAT JOSE RIZAL RAMOS CAME...thats his complete name....

so if you want a stable job, think twice...
they have so many KALTAS, COMMISSIONS wont be given on the said date.....UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, BAD MANAGEMENT and the call center DOESNT HAVE ANY AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM!!! so hot......

sweet6ethng is right about the Salcedo Office working environment. I went there for an "interview" which turned out to be an Orientation to the company.

I observed the work environment carefully... it was darkly lit, hot, with insufficient ventilation and very dirty/dark wall paint... Very Unconducive for working in a Call Center. To top it all, they have loud blasting music at the background, which can be a huge distraction when you're working the phones. Plus don't forget the screaming Team Leads demeaning your Team for not reaching a certain goal for the HOUR!!!

I read their pamphlet also... Medyo super strict yung rules nila. If you're late twice you get reprimanded agad and in the long process, you get suspended ata or something. Eh paano kung may emergency kayo?

Super na turn-off agad ako, hindi na ako bumalik ulit.

thanks for the support...damn, im really pissed off you know...they really wont give my check...and the shouting thing, thats thier way of motivating the agents.ive been a training manager when i left the company..but i never shouted at the agents...
and regarding emergencies? they wont let you go home..
my partner got confined and i was supposed to leave that tiem but they didnt allow me...they asked me to choose between my job and my partner. they need sales during that time thats why i wasnt allowed to leave...
damn...one hell of a nightmare!!

2 weeks ago, i went to that salcedo office.. in business attire, for an interview.. pero orientation na pala! they asked the applicants to come back the following day at 4am for training.. (hellow?! training agad?)

i didnt go, coz ayaw din ng parents ko.. and nag-aalangan din ako coz why ala man lang interview and exams..? kala ko okay coz SM naman.. oh well.. good thing, i didnt pursue..

the compensation package is so inviting.. but i never like the workplace.. that's not my idea of a work environment..

actually he told me to try this since i don't have a work yet but i told him based on your situation i'd rather be unemployed than staying in that horrible office...

latest news about this company... nag shut down na yung call center nila sa makati few weeks ago. ewan ko sa management. wala na rin akong paki hehehe... pero yung mga agents is nalipat ng sm city manila. yung isa pa nilang call center.
