madali if ur confident enough to answer questions that are addressed to you.It's not a sort of power tripping, minsan you fail kasi di mo napapansin faults mo when it comes to grammar, accent and stuff. And one of the reasons is...KABADO ka.:)

okay lang yata ang walk in. i actually applied yesterday and got in for the wave 1 of their e-mail support situated in marikina.

1st would be the initial interview, more on a initial group interview where they will be assessing your english communication skills...
after you passed the first stage--you'd put into the test room where you have to take 13 exams including typing, data entry test, collections, sales, game console, customer service exams.. pretty easy -- tips though, for typinh they need atleast 30 wmp-- so if you're below that--just practice.

after that would be the behavioral exams---it's kinda like the initial interview--this time, it's just one-on-on--- if you passed this one--you'll be endorse for the OM interview which is relatively easy as well. You just have to answer confidently and don't forget to breath. haha...

anyways,the offer is around 15k (just to give you an overview about it) pero iba-iba yata. it's the offer that i've got, although mas mababa from what i'm earning before--gusto ko muna i-try ang non-voice account nila...

anyways,if you're planning to apply soon--goodluck! :)

the company clinic usually asks for those who had JO to be there for they ALREADY received your medical exam results...chances are, if you have bad medical findings, they let you seek for second opinion but if you believe that you are healthy enougn its just for formality that they ask you personally to give the "fit-in" to work tag on your med cert...:)

good job, nung saturday sinamahan ko yung dalawang friend ko nag apply, napasa naman sila, and i just stayed there sa mga monoblocks, grabe, antok na antok ako kasi galing pa ko ng shift nun eh..... pero nawawala ang antok ko dahil sa mga konyo na aplikante, ang dami, grabe, merong mayayabang, putek, asar pa naman ako sa mahangin, yung isa english ng english kahit nasa kubeta na, langya naman, tas may bading nag nagoopen ng topic about IELTS, nak ng.... di naman nila alam ang ibig sabihin ng IELTS and TOEFL... bad trip...

to codebreaker: 10day training is bcoz based on their assessment, you have a shot of becoming an agent but needs more training, with this they offer you this 10 day training to further enhance your skills then later after that you will be scheduled for a final interview...

i dont know what is the name of the non-voice account but when applying just tell the interviewer/HR or receptionist that your applying for the non-voice account... :)

really???? ilang days ang duration? di ko kasi tinuloy yung akin (the amazon temp agent) 'coz may conflict sa sked ng training and classes ko (morning session both:mecry:) kelan ang start? parang gusto ko kung this december kasi wala nang klase nun especially kung for 2-3 weeks lang, please respond quickly so that kung fit sakin i'll reapply this saturday ;)

I recently got a call from NCO asking me to go to their office tomorrow for an assestment.. Medyo nagulat ako since pasado na ko, nakapag-contract signing na and i'm just waiting for my schedule which will start this Nov. 13 for the Temp. Agents.. Any ideas kung bakit pa ko pinapabalik for another assestment???

Tingin ko problema ng SD yan kase binabayaran sila ng NCO. Nag co cost-cutting nga sila kase dati 2 choices of viands + 1 side dish, ngayon 1 viand + 1 side dish. Hanggang kelan ba ang recession? afaik yung sa 33-day program ng amazon temp agent 1 week lang yung mismong production/work and the rest is for training.. baka ganun din sa xbox 1 week for training then 1 week for production? anyways tinext ko yung recruitment nila meron nga bukas sinabi ko din yung situation ko kaso di na nagreply :confused: :mecry:
