Tanong *** sa mga insiders jan sa RMH: how urgent b ang need nila for Customer Support and Directory Assistance. Sobrang bagal kasi ng hiring process nyo eh! Sa ibang call centers they could hire you within the day that you applied or it may take only two days! E bakit jan they will call you for interview and schedule you for an exam after a week then after nun another week for an interview then another week for another interview! Its been 3 weeks since I applied and sobra tlagang bagal!

I dont think so! Kasi if they dont want me eh why will she (interviewer) tell me na "definitely your in, we will just call you in a week or two!"

The hiring process in RMH is really slow or maybe they just dont have an urgent need for the positions they advertised.

I attended the job offer yesterday which started at 3pm and ended at 10:30pm for L2 msn tech support. However everyone was given only P15,000 instead of the previous 18-25K offer.

Imagine we kept waiting for others to complete exams and tests that training would need and we were not even asked if we were hungry. THis just shows that the company does not care at all and its sad

7p came and went and there was no call.

strange, i thought i did pretty well on the tests, judging from the fact that the TS work for RMH is the exact kind of work i'm doing for another company.

They really have a strange recruitment process. I think I also experienced the same as what you did! I even reached the final interview! I applied for Customer Support but they downgraded my application to Directory Assistance then finally saying that "we regret" message on the phone! All that happened in 3 boring weeks of waiting! Incidentally im with PeopleSupport right now and the recruitment process just took a day to complete! Just applied online and they did call me after a day.

kensbaby... just to let you know, I applied there last june and fortunately i was able to pass all the excams and interview. Then this girl from the HRD told me to wait for a call within the month to schedule me for the final interview. She even congratulated me and endorsed me for technical support. By the way I came from Etel and worked there for more than a year. Anyway, I waited the whole month but didn't receive any call. THis also happened to my friend, sabay kami nag apply. Nabalitaan namin from a friend who's working inside na nagpull out yung ilang accounts. So we didn;t pursued our application anymore. Then after 2 months I received a call from them telling me that I was considered for a a level 2 CSR for a technical support, they invited me for an exam for this level 2. I took the exam and told me to AGAIN wait for their call after a week. Two weeks passed, dun pa lang nila ako tinawagan. They invited me again, telling me that I passed the exam and was scheduled for the final interview. Nung time na to, I was considering PS, they gave me an offer na nga but since tumawag bigla ang RMH then I decided to try again. Malapit kasi ang RMH sa hse namin kaya mas gusto ko dun. Then after the final interview (which lasted for about 5-10 minutes lang) told me to wait for the results that week. I was really happy at that time kc postive naman lahat ng resultsd pati nafeel ko na matatanggap ako. I waited for 2 weeks pero di sila tumawag sakin so it means I failed the final interview. So i accepted the offer of PS. Then eto na yung nakakainis na part... nung nasa gitna na ko ng training sa PS, RMH called and told me that they are accepting me na. I was so pissed, i told them they are too late that i was already employed and that they should fix their hiring process kc nga sobrang gulo at ang tagal. Imagine it took nearly 5 months for me to get accepted. By the way... ganito rin nangyari sa friend ko, tinawagan din sya pero he's employed na by PS. My "insider" friend told me na nagkaroon daw ng "change of management." Na retrench nga yung friend ko na yun eh nung nagpull out *** account.

Anyway I'm just relaying my bad experience with this company... hope hindi na sila ganito nnow na meron nang bagong management.

I just tried my luck in RMH yesterday. The lady that is giving the interview and everything is really nice and 'kalog' (cool)!

What I just hate is the fact that the ambience, the looks of the office really can be compared to a BODEGA! (No offense to the employees there). What's with the fuss with no ceiling? Interview is conducted in a big room together with other applicants answering questions... gulo... I noticed that they are also using a low-to-mid end Athlon XP (1.10Ghz, 256MB) with cheapo casing in their 'exam room' which I'm quite sure if that is also the case in the main call center room. (Hope not). Walang administrative restrictions anf PC? cool! Porn all the way! heheh.. joke!

Maybe I'm still adjusting with the atmosphere ... medyo di sanay. Since my present company has all DELL proprietary products with AOC monitors.

Grabe, buong araw ang exam. I went there at around 9:00, but it started at 10am and ended at 3:30pm. Daming nang lumipat na mga ka officemate ko dyan dahil nga sa mataas na sweldo, though medyo nakakalungkot lang 'coz babalik ako sa basic troubleshooting since I know na MSN 'dial-up' ang support nila compared to wireless device na hina handle ko ngayon.

They told me that they will just call me after a week or two... dunno if I should already resign in my present company.

Overall, out of 5 stars, I give RMH 3 1/2.

CONS: Sobrang tagal na procedure ng hiring, sagwa ng room, I hate the looks of the PC (lolz)

PROs: Very nice and friendly HR Staff! Higher salary. free meals? More room for promotion since they are still starting.

L1?sabi nila madali lang daw e..kase hindi ka na magiisip. susunod ka lang sa webtree.kaya click ka lang ng click. pag wala sa tree, transfer samen. kahit na kunyari ang tanong e...how do i delete email before i read them..yung tipong lalagyan mo lang ng check tapos click delete. masaya sila nung una.pero nung huli feeling daw nung iba nabobobo na sila. pretty easy job for 15k a month. pero ang calls parang DA. sunod sunod. good luck dude.!

One thing that attracted me to the RMH advertisement is the "jobs offer" list like the 18k/mo. base pay. Is this[18k/mo. base pay] true for all accounts, since the advertisement seems to give the impression that this base pay applies to all entry level CSR position after the training? The advertisement even mentions "incentives and commissions", performance bonus, free meal, 20 percent night differential etc..

requirements for L2, depende yun sa assessment test sa pagkakaalam ko. pero sympre if may background ka sa technical things (sorry ha, hindi ako techie person...) mas malaki chances mo sa L2.

technical support, basically, technical issues. may level 1 and may level 2. the level is comprised of the 5 lines of business, as what the client would like to refer to it. 5 different specialization. one can be trained to handle 1, 2 or all lines of businesses...depende sa needs ng site.

yung customer care/support namin e for the same account pero billing naman sila. orders and payments. inbound din siya.

with regards to the hiring process, sorry po pero wala akong alam. i'm not familiar anymore kase nga matagal na since i was hired. pero totoong we're in need of agents. right now we're occupying a quarter of the 6th floor, pero balita ko by may they'll transfer us sa 7th floor, malamang kelangan nila punuin *** seats dun. i think now we have a total of around 500 agents? for ts.

If you're coming from Cubao, just take an MRT and go down the Quezon Avenue station. Or take any public transportation that will take you to the Quezon Avenue station. There's a lot of tricycles there that can take you to the ELJ building. :)

That's just rude. :no: The HR of RMH have the most hardworking people I've ever met in my life. Some of them don't even go home anymore, I think. Lalo pa kapag job fair, super stressed sila sa super dami ng applicants. I really admire their dedication to their work.

oh, thanks for the info, i thought he (robert) was one of the HR peeps, he was the one who interviewed us during the pre-screening and he was the one who gave me the accent skills exam during the 3 day job fair kasi when i applied there last thurs. (I really enjoyed that part, he was so kind, i could'nt help but relax and enjoy exchanging words with him, hehe... after going thru all the other stages from 2:45 til 10:30pm, whew!!!)

hehe...robert is not part of the recruitment team, but sometimes recruitment asks people from production (like trainers, managers and OMs) to help screen the applicants...

i heard the OMs decided to just hire L1s for the meantime with plans of transferring the current L1s to L2s if their stats are good. but i doubt if that would push through, it's really hard to pull up your stats and maintain it if you're from L1, also, from my observation, attrition is higher among L1s than in L2.

are you guys included in the batch that's on ABAY? or are you with the next wave?

mabilis processing ngayon kasi ng-ramp kame and we need a lot of agents.start yata ng training for new batch is sa may 23 so do the math.

i applied last may4 pa at the job fair, made it till the 4th stage of the screening and was told to wait for the call the following week.. its been half a month already and i just got the call this morning..they asked im ok with the directory assistance position and i said yes..they asked me to report at 4pm but i declined..im from batangas city and the first thing i thought was that i cant get home if ever we finished late. i forgot to ask if ill have to go through an interview or what..the other thing is i have a hanging application at another company because i thought they're not going to call anymore..huhu..im confused now..right now i plan to finish my application with the other company first, if i get the job then good, if not then i'll call RMH and ask if there's stll an opening..what do you think guys? oh..how much for directory assistance?basic?benefits?are there allowances?

i have a question .. is the basis for the agent's performance depends on his/her handling time? i mean, if kung gano sya katagal nakikipag-usap sa customer? if so, don't you think na that would be unfair on the part of the agent kasi what if they customer in no techie when it comes to computers?

that's just one of the stats wherein the agent's performance is held in check. there are of course customer skills, product knowledge, use and the optimal use of their tools etc to consider as well...
