L2 ako for the tsr account. difference? hmmm... L1s act more like a triage for the L2s. they direct customers to the proper L2 queue. pro they also do some troubleshooting, minor nga lang. d hamak na mas madali ang job ng L1, pero in time (sabi ng ibang L1) nakakabobo daw. mas ok ang L2, mas may freedom sa troubleshooting, chaka mas malaki ang sweldo shempre. hehehe... :D

L2 ako for the tsr account. difference? hmmm... L1s act more like a triage for the L2s. they direct customers to the proper L2 queue. pro they also do some troubleshooting, minor nga lang. d hamak na mas madali ang job ng L1, pero in time (sabi ng ibang L1) nakakabobo daw. mas ok ang L2, mas may freedom sa troubleshooting, chaka mas malaki ang sweldo shempre. hehehe... :D

I took advantage of the job fair jan 2 weeks ago. Umabot ako sa exams and then the 2nd interview conducted by a guy whose name escapes me. And he told me na expect a call from him before a certain time, say 9 pm. kasi daw gagawan nila ng rankings and stuff. Kaso I didn't receive a call, so is it safe to say na I fell short, or is it still worth to at least follow-up on my application? La lang, just asking, kasi I know RMH is a good company. :)

magkano ba ang increase? drawing ata yan e. pamatay **** kasi dun sa C&I kaya malaki ang OT pay. pero malamang pag pasok ng mga bagong L2 for that queue, e wala na yung spiff na yun. more than 20 agents will hit the floor on monday. pero sana wag tanggalin ang OT spiff. :D kung ako lang, mas gusto ko sa E&M kesa C&I queue. petiks mode dun e. hehehe... ano pala queue mo? pm mo nlang sakin if you like. :D

i mean may nagsabi na ikaw nga si purple_witch. kinda... hehe... im still not 100% sure na ikaw nga yun, i just have a gutt feel. pero sige, lalapitan nlang kita. :D kaso d kita nakita the last couple of days,baka night shift ka or off mo. anyways, sa abay, 6pm-3am kami. ok narin yun, para petiks mode muna sa simula ng shift. ang hirap naman pag kauupo pa lang namin e queuing na agad.hehe... ***, ano ba shift mo nxt week? magaabot ba tayo sa floor?

for l1 its either 15k or 16.5 k..for l2 agents its 18 or 19..depende sa performance..if you apply, try to go for the morning sked para wala ka shado calls...

promoted? hinde, RTA pa rin, ayoko mg apply sa ibang positions e. what i was trying to say was that I wont be the RTA on duty by then but i'd still be around the floor by that time bilang isang ordinaryong mamamayan na nakikipagkulitan sa mga reps. heehee~

yep i'm in fact i've started with the product specific training this week. :bashful: ok yung trainer strict pero mabait. i'm just disappointed because of the fact that rmh does not provide allowances(the untaxable ones). so kahit malaki ang base pay, liit pa din kasi laki din ng tax and may mga deductions pa. :mecry: but all in all, it's ok. *okay* though yung [B]"walang bond policy"[B] no longer applies in my case. may 3 month bond na silang policy, 30K po.

operational inerview...hmmm...yan yung interview na with the TS managers or OMs...basically they just check whther you have what it takes to be on the floor. usually pag may experience, pasok na agad....pag hinde ka natipuhan, wala na...

RMH or NCO group of companies is now hiring technical support agents & i think even customer service reps. ive been in this company for 1 year & 2 months already. i think starting for tech support for Level 1 is 15,000 for Level 2 is 18,000 as for customer service reps im not really sure but it'll be around 14 or 15 thousand too. free meal & people here are cool & gimikero! ehehehehe... you'll enjoy it here...

anyway, for your other question, yes may bond na po sa rmh of 30,000.00 PHP for 3 months lang naman. kakaimplement lang nila ng policy na yun at i'm part of the first groups na tinamaan... hehehe... ok lang naman.

any very promising nga ang company kasi it's fast growing so if you're aiming for a higher position, it'll be very easy to apply lalo kung performer ka... o db?! :love:

Hello!

I just want to ask regarding the hiring process of RMH. A cousin of my had her initial phone interview the other day and her exams last night. Right after the exams, she was advised that they will call within the week to advise their status. Does this mean that after the deliberation of the results of the exam, if she passed the exams, she will be called for final interview? Will they really call within the week? Or does it depend on the number of agents required by the account she will be endorsed to? And if she doesn't pass, will they also advise her the status of her application?

Based on the majority of call centers here, it takes a long time before they give you call. Just want to know if RMH does realy have a fast hiring process.

Fast hiring? Sheeeesh... Yeah, I guess it only takes a day (literally 1 whole day!) plus a few hours when you do get to sign that contract a day or two post the final interview. But man do you have to wait looooooong, loooooong, loooooong hours.

Tip: Get to stay in line 'til late at night and you're in. If you get sent home early, sorry.

Mindgames, yes it's literally one whole day and i think a lot of applicants wouldn't mind versus being sent home to wait for a call (i.e., fare, food, stress of waiting for THE call). Mind you, Ive been to other call centers who have also taken a whole day to process my application (interviews et al, back when i was still applying as an agent). An Example was Etel...i came in at 8AM and went home at around 9PM.

Honestly, i wouldn't mind staying for the entire day if it meant increased possibility of getting the job.:)

I wouldn't really know coz im from ops, but i think that ur friend is placed on active file and waiting for openings suitable for her. :) But she can always call to make sure.

Maybe you misunderstood me. I said, 1 day, literally. Most of the people in my wave had to wait more than 20 hours for the whole thing to be over and done with. Oh well... Least waiting for a whole day is a whole lot better than being a bum again, eh?

yep, meal and night diff lang talaga. bilisan mo na magapply, by today wave 11 na ang papasok for TS L2. kung gusto mo mapromote agad, e bilis bilisan mo na po. :D baka matabunan ka na. :mecry:

i got a call kanina from RMH. Sabi punta ako sa office nila . eh I applied for Directory Assistance online pero sabi pwede rin daw ako TSR level 1 anyway punta daw ako mamaya 6pm.

Two levels for TS: Level 1 and Level 2
I think Level 1 TSRs do generic troubleshooting and sort if the customer's problem can be resolved at their level, however, if the problem persists then they transfer the calls to Level 2 reps trained to handle more complicated issues.

Not too sure though coz im with sales.

matagal nang walang mandatory OT sa L1, wala na ring mandatory OT sa L2, nagrereklamo nga mga agents, kase dati my P200 on top of their ot pay (per hour). so wala na yung P300+ na ot pay nila...

may new GM na rin, from what i heard from Epix...pero no confirmation pa so far.

the food, same ****, hahaha!

ang saya ng 7th floor~! super laki, masaya kase sa wakas hinde na magkukulang ng seats for the TS account, sobrang dami nang agents e, minsan hinde ko na alam san ko papaupuin.

saka nakakatawa, 4 na batchmates ko from AT&T care (batch 1 kami) are coming back. weird kase naka[aglibot na sila sa iba't ibang call center around ortigas, yung isa trainer na nga, tapos bumalik dito as agent...ganun ba? so i guess, hinde ganun kasama ang company na to compared sa iba di ba?

i was an applicant in this company few weeks ago with my friends. i was able to have an interview with the only straight guy in recruitment (i forgot his name, basta payat at medyo istrikto). ok *** yung mga tnong nya, manageable ****. pro i found out n mas madali *** ang mga interview questions nung iba. kc 2 kming nainterview ng friend ko (same interviewer), ang daming pagkakaiba ng mga tanong namin. unlike dun s 2 friends ko pa at s isang nksabay nmin, believe it or not, pare-pareho ang tanong (that is so cool and easy diba) pwede mong tnunging yung question s friend mo tpos practisin mo n yung mga sagot.

this is a good company. promising.

ingat kyo dun s lalaki. medyo tricky yung questions nya e. mukha yatang nahuli ako s mga sgot ko. hahaha. istriko pero funny rin kc nkikipatawanan sya sa mga guards nila pti sa mga agents din yta yun. i find him good and talagang quality interviewer.

sa ibang call center, hindi ako knabahan ng ktulad sa mga tanong nung guy. waaaaaaa!!! hindi mahirap yung mga tanong kso i find it tricky ****.

miss ko na rmh.. i don't think i will have any chance of coming back there.. i wasn't able to get my clearance kasi di ko natapos yung process and i didn't have my exit interview.. pero, the best talaga rmh.. sa recruitment dept., ok sina christian and nino.. hehe..

i think the whole HR department of RMH is really good compared to other centers. whenever you have (or need) something from them, they really try to help you out. specially christian and nino.

like this one time, i had a question about lateral transfers, i approached the HR manager (rhodora, i think) sa waiting area (and this was during the job fair ha, kaya ang daming tao and sobrang busy sila)... she immediately escorted me to her mini-office sa 5th and made time to answer all my questions. i was like, wow! great employee treatment! two thumbs up to them. :D

well... so far mukha namang maganda ang mga nababasa ko re: RMH, coz, honestly, i'm having second thoughts applying in RMH but most of my colleagues who are now under RMH are being trained as L2 since we all came from the same account from another call center in CVG... so far ang gingawa ko nag reresearch... at based sa pinoyexchange at isa pang forum na nabasa ko, food lang ang prob.... ANY OTHER PROBLEMS with RMH? please Private Message me... i'm trying to look at my options which CC have lesser evil... we all know that politics is everywhere, almost any other CC have their on **** on mgt, massive shifting of schedules, etc. etc. etc...

Sabi sa akin, mas maganda daw ang performance bonus and incentive schemes niyo.

parang feeling ko ngayon, sana nagpa level 1 ts na lang ako. kc *** nakasabay namin sa final interview (with the same interviewer),pinabalik ng 5pm last friday,tapos nalaman ko sa kanila na sa monday na ang start ng training nila.

samantalang kaming mga level 2, parang hanging pa din.

recruitment lang pala *** convergys sa espana. wow mali!

nico, ang alam ko mabilis hr sa rmh. natapos ko lahat in a day (literally a day ha) maliban sa final interview.

pasa mo na, punta ka maaga, para matapos ka din maaga. pray ka lang na wag ka pauwiin kaagad, kasi pag nagkaganuon, denied na malamang ang application mo.

*** teletech ko, mababa pay compared sa l2 ng rmh. pasado na ko lahat, kaso background check pa daw ako sa previous call center ko. pwede kasi pumili ng sked duon kaya duon ko sana ****,kaso ang layo naman sa akin.mas malapit pa din rmh - actuallly, pinakamalapit pa din rmh sa akin.kaya baka rmh na lang ako...hehehe.

sana tumawag na sila sa akin for the J.O. and sked of training......

hi guys.. there were 12 of us kanina and 2 lang nakapasa sa initial exams and luckily isa ako dun sa dalawa na yun. nag test ulit kami sa computer around 5-5:30pm and i was given like a speech exam.. pag di daw sila tumawag from 9-10am tomorrow ibig sabihin di daw ako tangap.. hayyy! sana naman makapunta ako sa isang level ng recruitement.. ito na ang pinaka comfortable na place of work dahil malapit lang ako dito nakatira. btw, nino pala name nung nag interview sa akin kanina.

how about trip for 2 to boracay, all expenses paid--3 days 2 nights. --as an incentive this sept? :D

commish based earning depends on agent's skill and luck. personally, id rather have a stable pay out than a fluctuating one. :D

on TP vv RMH, antay n *** ako sa RMH, sana lang wag masyado matagal, meaning next week training na ako. naiinip na kasi ako talaga. ganun pala kalaki ang difference ano? TP pay with commish halos equal na ng basic ng TS sa RMH. cyempre RMH n ako (tawag na kayo RMH pleaassseeeee).

as long as youre L2, youll have same basic. malas nga ng batch namin napunta kami sa 3 hardest queues. samantalang *** iba, sa 2 easiest queues, same pay *** kami. :( pero k ***. kahit *** hardest queue e hindi naman din ganun kahirap. :)

Kayong mga more than 6 months employee na call center agents sa iba't-ibang himpilan ng tawag tumawag o pumunta sa Philhealth to check on your premium remittances.

oh and about the HR of RMH, they are the best. pag may sinabi sila, gagawin talaga nila. d sila katulad ng iba na puro promises. you can count on them. im speaking from experience. specially with christian and nino (sila kasi *** naghandle sa batch namin--job offer, papers,requirements, etc)

Sabi ng bubwits ko WALANG ONEROUS NON-COMPETE CLAUSE ANG RMH DI TULAD SA IBANG CALL CENTERS. Sa madaling salita-Hindi kayo gagaguhin sa employment contract. SA TOTOO LANG PO ILLEGAL ANG BROAD-COVERAGE NON-COMPETE CLAUSES - na GINAGAWA NG IBANG CALL CENTERS.

Kung kayo ay non-tech person pero bihasa sa paggamit ng "search" function ng Windows OS at paggamit ng iba't ibang combination ng internet search engines may chance na maging Level 1 tech kayo sa RMH. Yan ang masayang balita ng aking special bubwit units.

Ingat lang daw - merong mga beteranong agents WHO FAILED the exams! Sasalain kayo to the max! Para kayong dumaan sa butas ng karayom -maraming grammatically-challenged veteran call center agents ang lumagpak.

Ang gaganda ng mga kinikita ng mga TSR -parang payslip ng mga telco inbound sales agents ayon sa aking bubwits.

Nakakalimang call center - normal lang iyan -maraming mabuting dahilan kung bakit nagkakaganyan ang isang empleyado. Importante hindi ka gumawa ng fraud nung handoon ka sa kanila. Meron ngang call center gusto nila wag tumagal mga empleyado nila - paano - tinantaasan ang metrics para may excuse sa termination ng empleyado. Meron rein akong alam na pinaiikli ang product training para makatipid, kaya ayun resign ang empleyado in frustration dahil kulang training.

Kung sa TP ka nag-apply - remember MAIN contractor ang Daksh sa Sprint account. Kausapin mo si Dakshman kung gusto mo sa Sprint. Basta hindi ka grammatically-challenged sa "read and write" palagay ko lusot ka sa Daksh.

Tip ko sa iyo: UMIWAS KA SA MGA CALL CENTER NA MAY NON-COMPETE CLAUSE THAT HAS BROAD COVERAGE! Sa RMH walang KAGAGUHAN NA non-compete clause. Hindi niyo ba alam na non-disclosure clause ang practice sa US call centers[ako alam ko] at hindi ang broad-coverage non-compete clause [which is ILLEGAL].

more than 1 yr solid experience ang minimum qualification ng TM :) .they are very strict sa mga supervisory level post.

We are paid every two weeks. Tuwing friday. Thus our taxes are deducted biweekly. This also means na minsan tatlong beses ang sweldo sa isang buwan (kasi nga every other FRI ang sweldo). Lagi kang may pera sa weekend. Wahihihihi!

Kaya mas malaki ang nababawas na tax sa amin kasi mas malaki ang basic dito. The higher the income, mas mataas ang bracket.

There will be a detailed orientation regarding compensation and benefits upon hiring. You will be provided with a tax table and sample computation of your salary and deductions. Kaya kaya mo rin compute ang lalabas na net salary mo.

princessa, welcome to the club apo! hehehe pareho tayo ng situation, ako mga july 08 pa pumasa, pero wala pa din JO. pero don't worry, sabi nila training daw starts first week of august so most probably next week na ang JO. wait na lang tayo. :D

i just turned down a JO earlier for tech support from another call center, gusto ko kc RMH. i really hope it's worth it.

RMH peepz, gaano katagal ang breaks dito sa RMH? sa previous work ko kc, tatlong breaks pero 15 min, 30 min, and 15 min. so total one hour. *** ibang call centers na napasukan ko, 15 min, 60 min, 15 min. total of 1.5 hours ang break. 47 hours per week pa iyon, pero wala namang overtime duon. unlike sa ibang call center.

may nakaka-alam ba ng "data migration" technical support? ganun kc yung JO ko kanina, i wanted to keep them as a back up so i told them i'll call them before end of July if i change my mind.

tawag ka ulit, between 5pm to 7pm. after office hours, may tao pa din sa HR nila. usually pag tumatawag ako, nakakausap ko si chris, siya handle ng mga tech support accounts. confirm mo sa kanya kung talagang in ka, ako kasi ganun ang ginawa ko - in naman daw tlaga ako. the way i understood him is that the only reason they're taking a while to come up with a job offer for me is they're (somewhat) seriously considering me for L2 tech support.

are u for level 2 tech support also?

geee... i found some very ugly facts about RMH.. hope this changes or ill end up looking for another job sometime in the future...

in my previous work with etelecare, all you have to worry about is your DAILY CALLS. sa RMH aba wala ka pa sa office, di ka pa nagcacalls, may inaalala ka na, stress na agad! at ano namang stress un? eh di yung sa workstation plotting. bakit? yung agent pa ang responsible sa paghanap ng sariling workstation. parang makikipag-unahan ka, agawan, tipong trip to jerusalem na laro. absurd naman nyan. are they for real?! hehe! ramp up sa agents pero ang panget ng planning or management nila to accomodate the new agents. sa last call center ko which im proud to say is ETELECARE, eh may specific plotting of workstations reserved for each team, tapos tabi tabi kayo ng teammates - team leader - and team L2/floorwalker sa RMH, tapos walang ibang tao or team na pde umupo sa stations nyo if its your shift. sa RMH naman, good luck, go find your own seat, do or die. ganun?! then add to that is the fact that your headset's amplifier is not readily available on the workstation. you have to get it from RTA. nyak! sa tingin ko, papayat ang mga agents dito eh.. takbo dito takbo dun... hanap station kuha amplifier. corny, absurd, funny, ridiculous, nakakainis, dagdag stress, and so on... kalokohan naman to...

and then we have teams. we are assigned to different teams. whats the purpose of that if you and your teammates, your team manager arent together on one specific area of workstations (this is related to first issue, workstation plotting). some arent even aware of how their teammates look like. wow thats crazy! haha! sa etelecare, katabi mo teammates, tl and team l2 nyo. and ang effect is real time support from the supervisor (corporate and client policies which is handled by the tl and technical/troubleshooting/product support from team l2). this results to good customer service. sa RMH, may support nga pero ang ratio ata is 1:20 or more agents. haha, what a nightmare! and then we have the work schedule. magkakaiba kayo ng teammates and team manager mo. nilagay ka pa sa team. duh. ano to, para masabi na may teams din sa rmh tulad sa ibang call center? a team which dont really work together? a team in terms of an email distribution list? geeeeeee.....

kala ko pa naman all praises ako dito sa RMH. di pala. huhuhu! it makes me wanna go back to etelecare... kahit sobrang hirap ng DELL. *sigh* :(

very ugly facts??? lol. honestly, you can never satisfy everyone. *sigh* have you heard of the 7th floor? have you seen it during training? do you even know were about to go up there and occupy the WHOLE floor just for the microsoft account? geez.

ive been with convergys and amber... both tech accounts... they have the same setup as RMH. team managers (and team mates) with different scheds that you rarely see them anymore. do you have any idea how our scheds work?? alam mo naman siguro na wala tayong workforce na gumagawa ng sched for us. microsoft itself makes the scheds. so kahit gustuhin man ng RTA na pagsabay sabayin ang sched ng bawat team, MASHADONG KONTI ang mga agents to do that. dont worry, as soon as nagkaroon ng enough agents sa floor, im sure yan ang aayusin nila.

is that so much an issue? a couple of batchmates actually like the shortage of amplifiers since they get to go on AUX 4 pag naubusan. :D

if you b*tch about things as simple as that, like what sharingan has said... youre a goner.

ive been with convergys and amber... both tech accounts... they have the same setup as RMH. team managers (and team mates) with different scheds that you rarely see them anymore. do you have any idea how our scheds work?? alam mo naman siguro na wala tayong workforce na gumagawa ng sched for us. microsoft itself makes the scheds. so kahit gustuhin man ng RTA na pagsabay sabayin ang sched ng bawat team, MASHADONG KONTI ang mga agents to do that. dont worry, as soon as nagkaroon ng enough agents sa floor, im sure yan ang aayusin nila.

is that so much an issue? a couple of batchmates actually like the shortage of amplifiers since they get to go on AUX 4 pag naubusan. :D

if you b*tch about things as simple as that, like what sharingan has said... youre a goner.

geee... i found some very ugly facts about RMH.. hope this changes or ill end up looking for another job sometime in the future...

in my previous work with etelecare, all you have to worry about is your DAILY CALLS. sa RMH aba wala ka pa sa office, di ka pa nagcacalls, may inaalala ka na, stress na agad! at ano namang stress un? eh di yung sa workstation plotting. bakit? yung agent pa ang responsible sa paghanap ng sariling workstation. parang makikipag-unahan ka, agawan, tipong trip to jerusalem na laro. absurd naman nyan. are they for real?! hehe! ramp up sa agents pero ang panget ng planning or management nila to accomodate the new agents. sa last call center ko which im proud to say is ETELECARE, eh may specific plotting of workstations reserved for each team, tapos tabi tabi kayo ng teammates - team leader - and team L2/floorwalker sa RMH, tapos walang ibang tao or team na pde umupo sa stations nyo if its your shift. sa RMH naman, good luck, go find your own seat, do or die. ganun?! then add to that is the fact that your headset's amplifier is not readily available on the workstation. you have to get it from RTA. nyak! sa tingin ko, papayat ang mga agents dito eh.. takbo dito takbo dun... hanap station kuha amplifier. corny, absurd, funny, ridiculous, nakakainis, dagdag stress, and so on... kalokohan naman to...

and then we have teams. we are assigned to different teams. whats the purpose of that if you and your teammates, your team manager arent together on one specific area of workstations (this is related to first issue, workstation plotting). some arent even aware of how their teammates look like. wow thats crazy! haha! sa etelecare, katabi mo teammates, tl and team l2 nyo. and ang effect is real time support from the supervisor (corporate and client policies which is handled by the tl and technical/troubleshooting/product support from team l2). this results to good customer service. sa RMH, may support nga pero ang ratio ata is 1:20 or more agents. haha, what a nightmare! and then we have the work schedule. magkakaiba kayo ng teammates and team manager mo. nilagay ka pa sa team. duh. ano to, para masabi na may teams din sa rmh tulad sa ibang call center? a team which dont really work together? a team in terms of an email distribution list? geeeeeee.....

kala ko pa naman all praises ako dito sa RMH. di pala. huhuhu! it makes me wanna go back to etelecare... kahit sobrang hirap ng DELL. *sigh* :(


I am sorry if you feel this way and now you are having regrets leaving eTel.

I am unemployed and I am not a pro-rmh, but in Convergys, the Company have these so-called issues you are having. They keep on hiring agents na kelangan na ata ng 2 agents per 1 computer (2 is to 1?!), agents have to share the headsets - share pgkatpos ng shift mu, ako naman... weekly ang scheduling kaya there will come to a point that you will have 10 days straight or work dahil magkabilang dulo ang off mu - although "IDEALLY" puede ka mag request sa tL mu mag pag shift variation change/swap, nasa-OM ang decision, malas nga lang ng team lalu na kapag dahil plastic OM namin at inggiterro kaya hindi ma-approve approve ang swapping of off/s sa CVG. There was a even a time na sa isang team, like 4 ex., your team is on the night shift, and isa sa mga kateam mu eh nasa morning shift... d ba? napakakawawa mu naman kung ikaw lang magisa sa umaga... pero mas ok nga problema mu kasi unti lang... hindi katulad sa mga sinabi ko...

Anyway, hindi na naman daw problem ***** sa CVG ang station dahil kahit i-lock mu pa *** computer after your shift, once you get back the next day, its still locked - y? - wahehehe sa unti nlang ng agents nila...

anyway, my point is that you can never please everybody...
its not having about having ALL you want but rather its wanting what you have... (sh*t, parang may mali ata sa sinabi ko... wahehehe)

stress is not a just matter of thinking negative waves of thought, but how well you can handle it... nobody is immune to stress - remember that pexers...
strees is not the danger itself, but rather is how you think about it - positive or negative?

yup, i agree sixmiles, lahat ng kumpanya may problema. let's just say that we know the problems you guys are encountering and we're trying our best to meet up. it's not an easy task to attend to every person's whim sa floor. let's be a bit patient, i've worked sa ibang centers ganun din, unahan sa station, walang sariling headset, walang silya (nagcacalls ako with headsets na walang foam at nakatayo! and that's one of the biggest and well known cc ha!) so i think you just have to consider what you have instead of what you don't have for the meantime.
