nov 18= 1st 1/2 of 13 month
dec 02= 2nd 1/2 of 13 month
dec 16= tax refund (in- offset with the taxes for this pay)

as far as i know, last christmas and new year meron naman handa, di lang ako sure kung this year din meron. sana...

technically pede ka na apply after 6 months. :) kaya kung june ka pa nag-apply safe na mag-apply ka ulit this month since patapos naman na yung taon.. :) good luck! sana this time, pumasa ka na..

"officially" ang stand ng company ay six months before you can re-apply. pero minsan it depends on the needs of the company. kung pwede ka naman for another account, as early as 4 months, you can try again.

@n3k0: thanks for the comment. sorry if you had a hard time understanding my grammar, i know that eveybody have the right to bash me. i know how it works. but hearing it from somebody that is working with that company, then upper management pa. omg.....your teaching your agent to be nice with your clients, katakot takot na training about customer service tapos malalaman niyo ugali ng boss niyo,ganun pala. kung ganyan un mga kabaro niya sa higher ups, no wonder sa kangkungan na sila pulutin someday.yan kasi hirap sa "ibang" pinoy, lumaki lang sweldo, umasenso at paenglish english lang trying hard naman, tingin nila sa ibang tao eh mababa. kaya hinde umaasenso.

I got this in my mailbox today. I don't know who wrote this letter but I was informed that this is indeed a real resignation letter submitted to the higher ops of RMH. As I mentioned before, I have false hopes and dreams sa RMH noon, good thing I left the company..

It is with the greatest satisfaction that I am informing you of my
resignation effective thirty (30) days from now on 14 January 2006.
Why am I resigning? I believe the more appropriate question is, "How could I not resign?" or, "Why didn't I resign sooner," or even, "Why did I ever take this job in the first place?" Since it would take more time and effort than I am willing to spend listing all the reasons for my resignation, I will be listing only my major grievances. They are the following:
(1) The company is incapable of meeting its basic responsibility of paying me right.
(2) The company treats its agents as machines instead of human beings.
(3) The company does not provide the proper tools, facilities, and
resources that we require as agents to fulfill our function as technical troubleshooters.
For the first point, I have never been paid right by this company. Despite the fact that I have filed repeated and numerous disputes, the company has seen fit to ignore the hours of work that I have rendered. I am not the only one experiencing this problem and I would like the company to consider what it does to the morale of its agents whenever this happens. When we are not paid right, we have to look for other ways to compensate for the company's incompetence so we can cope with daily expenses and pay our
bills. Add to this the fact that the company has the sheer and utter gall to demand that its agents render Mandatory Overtime (without sufficient notice) on a daily basis when it cannot even pay them right. Mandatory Overtime definitely does not equate to Mandatory Pay in this company. This, I suppose, is only reasonable since it cannot even correctly compute the Regular Workdays or pay the basic salary, much less any overtime rendered.
For the second point, I know of no other company that asks its agents to render Mandatory Overtime on a daily basis. Also, there are new policies and procedures implemented almost every week which leads me to wonder if the company even knows its own mind or is capable of making a decision and sticking to it. While I understand the need for a process update, one has to give a certain procedure a chance and enough testing time to see if it
proves effective before implementing a new system which, in turn, will be changed a bare few weeks later. Add to this the fact that the information dissemination process appears to consist entirely of floorwalkers shouting certain announcements for certain things such as emerging issues, mandatory overtime, and the like. This is by no means an efficient procedure since agents who are on call are distracted from their customers and thus cannot focus on what their customers and the floorwalker is saying. That is, of course, if the agents are even present at their stations and are not on
break or lunch. Thus, you cannot fault agents for their lack of awareness of certain updates when this is the favored method of communication. Also, many of my fellow agents have been accused by workforce that they are lying when they say they are not trained for a particular medium or that they are on Aux 6 because they are answering e-mail service requests. It is not simply enough that we are supporting mediums and issues that we were neither fully trained (or, in some cases, not even trained at all) nor
getting full support for, we are also being accused of being liars. We are already exhausted from the stress of troubleshooting difficult issues. Add to this the additional demands of rendering mandatory overtime everyday and the demoralizing attitude of workforce towards us and I believe this accounts for a large percentage of the unusually high attrition rate.
For the third point, I accepted this position because I was assured that I would be answering only ##### only to find myself ##### a month later. Suddenly, I find myself supporting mediums that I have not received sufficient training for, not to mention supporting new services such as MSN Web Messenger, Messenger for Mac, and the like. I also find it laughable hat we are supporting Messenger for Mac when there is only one Mac station on the floor and in a very remote area at that, not to mention that only Subject Matter Experts can log in to the Mac and that it doesn't even have
DSL connection. This is particularly trying for those on the mid-shift
since none of us have ever encountered a SME on our shift. This company has the worst facilities that I have ever seen from the air-conditioning system (or lack of it) to printing and photocopying equipment (or lack of it), not to mention the utter lack of certain basics common to other call centers such as free coffee. Of course, the basic things that we need to fulfill our function as technical troubleshooters are not even reliable. If the tools are not down, they are slow. If they are working, we are not allowed access to them. If the tools are upgraded, they work for the worse and
should actually be called downgrades. Needless to say, I believe we should start troubleshooting our own issues before we even have the nerve to start troubleshooting our customer's concerns.
I do not think that you even realize what you are losing in me as an agent the same way you did not realize what you were losing in other agents. The same way you do not realize what is driving your agents away. In my previous company, the Operations Managers and the American clients themselves held monthly formal meetings with agents to discuss issues on the floor for company-wide policies and account-specific standards respectively. This was aside from their informal one-on-one talks with us. They gave us better tools, higher pay, and higher tax-free allowance. Without our even asking for it, they also gave us higher incentives, better prizes and giveaways, special events, a shuttle service that would pick us
up during storms, and a host of other things. In this company, I do not see any effort from upper management to understand the issues and demands that they are placing on their agents who are the backbone of operations and who bear the brunt and the blame for everything.
For an organization that has customer satisfaction as its main target, I find myself wondering if the company has ever asked itself or really done something about agent satisfaction. If you ask the agents on the floor, a great majority are staying because they believe they have no other options or that this is the best they can make of a bad situation. At the risk of sounding arrogant, I am not your average agent. An average agent doesn't finish 20 to 26 service requests a day. An average agent doesn't work 72-hour work weeks. I have other options and, more importantly, I am not
afraid to take them. I have many skills and I am neither afraid of
utilizing them nor am I afraid of learning new skills. Unfortunately,
unlike the previous companies that I worked with, this company consistently fails to recognize the effort and dedication that I have put in my work. Hence, there can only be one solution as I no longer wish to be associated with a company that I neither trust nor respect since it has never given me cause to do so.
As I write this letter, I am getting a lot of feedback from my fellow
agents that I should not render 30 days notice and I must admit their arguments make a lot of sense. That a company that has never been able to pay me properly will be likewise incapable of paying me my separation pay or tax refund. That their previous teammates who resigned were not paid their separation pay. However, despite my problematic financial situation, I have never compromised my principles for money. I believe in due process
even if the company has never given me like treatment. I believe in it and I practice it and I am better than this company. Thus, I am giving sufficient notice so that this company can find another unfortunate agent to replace me.
I cannot even say that I enjoyed my time here or that I learned new skills that I can apply to another position because I have not. I cannot think or say anything good about this company and I am not the kind of person who can continue working for a company that I no longer respect. I cannot even expect the company to pay me the correct amount for my separation fee (if at all) seeing as how it cannot even properly pay my basic fee. Let's not
even go into all the overtime that I rendered.
I can no longer live on false hopes and promises. I cannot even work out an accurate budge due to the amount that is always missing from my pay-slip. I have myself to think of and a family to feed. I could go on and on with my list of grievances but I do not wish to waste any more of time on this the same way that I wasted a lot of time filing payroll disputes that were never paid. Since the company has failed time and again to recognize my rights as an employee and as a human being, there can be only one inevitable conclusion.
In summary, I look forward to my freedom with the utmost eagerness and satisfaction.

i'm so sorry you feel that way. all call centers (or any company for that matter) have their ummm, shall we say, shortcomings.it's just a simple matter of choice. we are all given free will to choose. choose where we live, our friends, our line of work, where to go, what to do... there are tons of choices. and.. there are drawbacks to these choices as well. it's just up to you to decide if for example working in makati when you live in tandang sora is a smart choice given the same salary if you'd rather not work with people like sharigan, for example. it's all a matter of choice.

I’m relatively new in RMH and it does take some getting used to compared to my previous employer that “babied” me. I left my old company because the pay was not good enough for me (although they made sure that the benefits will be more than enough to keep most people happy) and I’m deciding to stick with RMH because of the salary, the free food (hehehehe), and my TM.
RMH is not unlike other call centers in the country where you’ll meet excellent HR people along with people that just make you want to go ARRGGGHHHH. There are considerate RTA employees and at the same time those that have no compassion (bato, bato, sa langit…). But I like MOST everyone that I’ve met in this company especially the people that sit next to me (iba-iba ata araw-araw, so you make new pwends ebriday), my wave mates that I e-mail almost hourly, my teammates, the trainers, TMs, QCs, SMEs, and TLs that I get to interact with on a daily basis. The emphasis here is the word “MOST” kasi meron at meron ka rin namang nde makakasundo sa isang kumpanya, pero you need to try and get along with them para hindi masira groove mo (hahaha).
I’m with a TM that cares. Naks! If only he knows how big a difference he makes in our lives in RMH. He walks around 6 days a week (my ever dedicated boss usually just has a day off) to ask us how we’re doing, if we need anything, or if we basically just need to talk. If you can’t make it for work because you’re sick, you had to bring your mom to the hospital, your wife just had a baby, etc., all you need to do is tell him. Sure RTA may ask you to do a half-day shift but then again it all boils down to the fact that it’s your TM that gives you the permission to GO! I especially like the fact that he makes us FEEL IMPORTANT, that the company needs us, and that he makes it a point to emphasize where we are doing great and just nudges us a bit to improve the areas where we are lagging behind.
The administrators may suck and the company policy may not be as pro-employee as you want, but if your IMMEDIATE BOSS is the ONE… You STAY! *okay*

Sa pagkakaintindi ko, Tax Refund yearly eh. So Iba *** Tax Refund mo nung Feb 2005 at Ngayon Jan 2006. Kaya ang filing ng tax yearly so refund is also yearly.
Pero depende rin kasi mukhang *** Tax natin with RMH eh adjusted na. Para di na kalakihan ang refund. Hassle nga naman di ba kung rerefund pa ng malaki. so palagay ko, gawa nila... ini-exact or kung di man, at least CLOSE dun sa due tax mo.

as far as i know this company sucks... :bop: leaves are supposed to approved that you have filed it on the approprate dates right?... oh well, stupid RTA will always hit you by surprise by your leaves denied and the reason? staffing??? to hell with it...
that is the reason why it is called advised absents??? so they can adjust the people working for the specific shifts...
oh well... some are just easily fooled by heresays... but this one - proven.

kidding aside 2lits, ang aming kumpanya ay hindi perpekto katulad ng iba ring call center.mga mga flaws pa rin dito kahit malapit na mag-3 yrs ang RMH. hindi mo maalis din na may mga ma-reklamong mga empleyado dito na walang ginagawa kundi mag bad mouth sa rmh. kahit ang mga well-established call centers,may mga nag-rereklamo pa rin.if gusto mo ng maayos na pamamalakad ayon sa gusto mo, wala kang makikitang ganon.
naway mahanap mo ang kumpanya na babagay sa iyo at ika-sisiya mo kapatid. happy new year! :)

meron pero hindi ko lang alam kung hiring pa sila for that medium of support. kasi as far as i know they just crosstrain or transfer agents pag may need for email support agents e. mejo lugi nga kaming mga phone agents sakanila kasi pantay lang sweldo namin pero di hamak na mas petiks sa kanila. pero ok lang, kasi bihira or actually wala pa akong narinig na email support agent na umangat ng position. usually dun lang sila sa maliit nilang mundo. hehe... pero i guess that works for some. a job with less stress, less worries with a "good" (subjective) pay.

Econ_major, are you sure about RMH being considerate about schedules?
The first time i applied at RMH, my application was denied because i said i'm still studying (tingin ko un *** dahilan).
The next time i applied, i did not tell them i still plan to go back to law school, application accepted. Pero dahil sobrang tagal nuon ng job offer, sa teleperformance na lang ako nagwork.
Now, I wanna try RMH again. But having serious doubts about telling them that i plan to go back to law school for fear that my application may be denied yet again because of it : )

in fairness kay russ (yung bagong country manager), malaki rin ang pinagbago ng rmh nung siya na naghandle ng rmh... chaka nung hindi na si "X" ang "SDM" ng account namin. hehe... the food benifit for one is DA BOMB! imagine eat all you can plus 4-5 choices of viands. may times na olats yung ulam pero overall ok naman. the food surveys would prove that. ang laking tulong din nun sa bulsa. you can eat 3 times a day and not spend a thing. magkano rin matitipid mo dun. ATLEAST 200 pesos a day. ang laki narin nun! i also overheard russ chatting with his wife (i think) sa elevator about his plans for the "5th flr would be rec room". sabi nya it would be the best rec room. the wife even asked russ kung it would be better than _______. hehe... hind ko na maalala kung saan nya kinompare pero im sure swabe yung rec room na pinagcocomparan nya nun. pero shempre all that remains to be seen. 1) may tech, customer service, collections, directory assistance and sales... cant say the account names e, sorry.
2) as far as i know walang bond sa RMH
3) no premiums for cc experience here (i think). ang pay depende shempre sa account and position. "bi-weekly" ang sweldo dito, meaning every two weeks ang sweldo (every other friday). the salary will range from 12-18k for agents. TMs or TLs di ko alam, chaka bawal ata sabihin e. yung net pay is around 23% less than your gross for that payout (based sa sweldo ko yan ha). Ü night diff is the usual 20%. allowance... di ko alam yung ibang accounts pero samin wala. pwede ka magapply ng TL/TM but your chances would be slim. kasi sa nakikita ko, either they hire from the ranks or experienced TL/TMs ang kinukuha nila e. kasi nga naman, kung kukuha rin lang sila ng walang experience e di yung galing na sa loob atleast alam na yung account and knows the culture as well. thats my point of view lang bradikoy. Ü

Madaming account sa RMH, MSN Technical Support, Voice, phone and chat. MCI, vonage, Directory assistance, Customer Service, Collections.. Meron pa ata, hindi ko lang sure alam kung ano pa yung iba eh. :lol:
Bond? As far as I know, 30thou ata for 3 months. Sa Wave namin yun ang naabutan namin eh. So, i guess, goes with the same waves as well. :rotflmao:
Salary is basically the same no matter how long you are with the call center industry. L1 is 15K basic and L2 18K basic. We have our incentive that can go up to max of 1600 every 10 days. Kasi Bi-weekly ang sweldo sa RMH. You can earn as much as 14-18 thousand every payday as TS. Depende sa sipag mo mag overtime kasi as of now, they have the Overtime incentive na 100 on top of evey hour you render overtime. So, kung masipag ka, malaki sweldo mo. almost 1 year na ako. pa-assist ka kay edil,magaling yun.sya FT ko ng sa fitness advantage pa ako eh. regarding sa beer belly mo, minimize mo lang ang rice intake mo and you'll see the results.syempre do a lot of cardio ,mga 20 -30 mins a day. nakikita mo ba dun si aloja montano? eh si apriel tolentino? :D

Bond? As far as I know, 30thou ata for 3 months. Sa Wave namin yun ang naabutan namin eh. So, i guess, goes with the same waves as well. :rotflmao:
Salary is basically the same no matter how long you are with the call center industry. L1 is 15K basic and L2 18K basic. We have our incentive that can go up to max of 1600 every 10 days. Kasi Bi-weekly ang sweldo sa RMH. You can earn as much as 14-18 thousand every payday as TS. Depende sa sipag mo mag overtime kasi as of now, they have the Overtime incentive na 100 on top of evey hour you render overtime. So, kung masipag ka, malaki sweldo mo. FYI lang po... RMH 4F will be open na next week kase they are closing down the 5F for construction, haven't gone there yet pero balita ko ok daw... so much for unfulfilled promises... sa tingin ko, unti unti nang inaayos ang mga broken promises na yan...
regarding pantry food, they have 2 lines na especially sa breaks na always madami ang tao, although the food today sucks, as far asi heard from friends who ate today... ahhhh well, everyday can;t be your birthday, right?

people are not taxed on a 30 day basis. we are using the fortnightly tax table. gross tax is always dependent on your gross salary for that period minus all the government deductibles i.e. sss, nhip and hdmf. hope that clears things up

mag2 years na me sa rmh...it's true na maraming umaalis, taas ng attrition rate sa technical support, pero kasi iba-iba din naman kais tayo ng gusto di ba....in fairness kay russ, may mga improvements na talaga at makikita mo naman...sa ngayon, ginagawa na rin nila yung 4th floor....saka yung unlimited free meals, laki ngang tulong non, with free iced tea or juice pa....o di ba, kahit pamamsahe lang dalhin mo araw-araw....medyo malaki din sinasahod ko pag payday pag may rest day ot ako, yun nga lang, pag walang ot, as in absic lang talaga...i started at 15 k way back inbound sales pa....then abtch 1 ako sa ts l2, ginawa nilang 18 k nung transfer kami sa ts, then ginawang 19k, then this coming perfomance appraisal, madadagdagan na naman...i admit na di **** perfect ang company pero may perfect nga bang compnay....madami nga lang epal na iba pero kasi ako napapaisip din akong lumipat sa iba kasi nga nakikita ko yung improvements nung nandito na si russ; it seems that ang dami nyang plans for the company, besides, being in chat support is not stressfil at all, nakaupo ka lang, then bibigyan ng ilang calls, o di ba okay na...so magdadalawang isip ka din na lumipat sa iba....kung agent ka lang din naman sa iba, e di dito na muna

olats nga naman talaga yun rmh... noon! right now its still far from being perfect pero atleast ok naman yung improvements. its almost free from its "birthing pains" then next will come the "growing pains". thats life... if you only care about yourself and not for the company, you will ALWAYS ALWAYS find things to pick on any company.
in fairness kay russ (yung bagong country manager), malaki rin ang pinagbago ng rmh nung siya na naghandle ng rmh... chaka nung hindi na si "X" ang "SDM" ng account namin. hehe... the food benifit for one is DA BOMB! imagine eat all you can plus 4-5 choices of viands. may times na olats yung ulam pero overall ok naman. the food surveys would prove that. ang laking tulong din nun sa bulsa. you can eat 3 times a day and not spend a thing. magkano rin matitipid mo dun. ATLEAST 200 pesos a day. ang laki narin nun! i also overheard russ chatting with his wife (i think) sa elevator about his plans for the "5th flr would be rec room". sabi nya it would be the best rec room. the wife even asked russ kung it would be better than _______. hehe... hind ko na maalala kung saan nya kinompare pero im sure swabe yung rec room na pinagcocomparan nya nun. pero shempre all that remains to be seen. Ü now with regard to the swedo, i earn about 8-10k every 2 weeks. pag sinipag ako umaabot pa ng 14k per payout, and im only an agent. i would say na thats not bad.
anyways, if you are an employee of rmh or a jobseeker... rmh is a young company, magthithree years palang siya this may ata. for a company this young, i'd say its not bad. so if your looking for a company who will baby you, this company is not for you. if your looking for a company to grow with and help build your character, this company would be good for you. i have my share of horror stories here in rmh...but thats life, its not and will never be perfect. its all a matter of perspective, attitude and priorities.
bottomline, rmh is not for everybody. to all who left and will leave. i wish you guys well! to those who will stay and to those who's only about to enter... well... i wish you guys well too! hehehe...

Question: At MRT Ayala Station I saw this large RMH ad saying that the (basic?) gross salary they offer is 15k-18k. Totoo ba ito? Since I have 10 months call center experience, I will get 18k, right? Tapos 20% night diff, so may additional pang 3,600 pesos, pwera pa ang hazard pay or allowances. So ang net takehome pay after taxes and SSS and Philhealth, etc. is 18,600 pesos, right?
Sabi ng friend kong dating taga-RMH na the 15k-18k applies only to Tech Support; pag CSR daw eh 12k lang daw. Ano ba talaga?

Our Outbound Sales team is on a massive ramp. Vonage is growing to 200 seats within the next 2 months. We're adding three other outbound accounts to our portfolio... Nextel, Fizz (UK) and another UK acct (nakalimutan ko name eh).
Xbox is confirmed. They're planning to occupy the fifth floor. Our MSN Online Services has been awarded 100% of volume (yehey!). Pretty soon, we'll have majority of the Passport volume (chat and email) as well.
We're continuing to grow CS, TS and DA. (Verizon i'm not sure)
We're looking at a lot of growth soon that we had to lease out the 8th and 12th floors as well. Wow! That's going to be a total of 6 floors (with approximately 500 to 800 seats per floor) !!!

2:no part timers, as far as i know. but i do have co-workers who still go to school and their shift is set to accommodate their school schedule.
3: madami e. almost all kinds of account andito na (magbackread* ka lang dito sa thread na to, may post jan na nilista lahat ng accounts sa rmh) including all mediums (phone, email and chat), ang wala lang siguro is yung sa horoscope o sa psychic hotline or something like that. hehe... Ü

if i were you,id be happy at napunta ka sa MCI instead of MSN..
money-wise,d msyado mganda **..unlike sa iba na umaapaw ang knilang incentives and bonuses...basta,magaganda accounts ng RMH,u could call HR or recruitment and ask them *** status ng application mo..accomodating naman *** eh..

ginagawa pa yung 4th floor. sa 4th ilalagay yung training, hr, recruitment, sleeping quarters ng men at iba pa. sabi nila matatapos yun by march, di ko lang sure kung anong week. madalaw nga mamaya kung ok na. hehe... :D

jan_tre', you were endorsed to msn then you didn't make it kaya ka nila pinasa sa mci? for what acct ka ba supposedly, msn CS or TS? if you're just new to call center din and you're not used to multi task, i don't recommend mci because of their tools. but if you're looking for everyday challenge, you may go for it. if you think you can SELL naman and you're also after money, you may want to try out SALES. kasi alam ko rin na malaki kita dun. but if you're into customer service and pressure applies only to required metrices such as quality monitoring scores, call handling time, csat if an account has it, i highly recommend msn.. you may also want to try out DA.. :)

i applied there yesterday around 9 pm,i was able to pass all the screenings however theres no opening for tsr position so the interviewer asked me if im willing to be assigned for a csr postion and so i said yes..reight now im just waiting for the schedule of my operations interview,1 week before the training starts..hmmm..i cant wait..

i work sa rmh, compared to other call centers, eto yung hindi sobra yung pressure and still ur earning sumthing, d nga tulad ng iba na malaki *** offer pero patayan naman yung trabaho. we are a growing company, take the experience wala naman mawawala sayo e!!!!!! it is your attitude towards the job hindi dahil sa account na hinahandle mo.

nakakatamad magabs e. got good gains sa lahat except sa abs, tho lumiit na siya ng konti. hehe... ang panget nga e. panira ng view yung tyan ko. pero aayusin ko na. ill do abs after every workout and ill focus on cardio and abs during the weekends, that would be my "rest" session. taas pa ng body fat ko e, asa 26% pa. got to trim that down.

i work sa rmh, compared to other call centers, eto yung hindi sobra yung pressure and still ur earning sumthing, d nga tulad ng iba na malaki *** offer pero patayan naman yung trabaho. we are a growing company, take the experience wala naman mawawala sayo e!!!!!! it is your attitude towards the job hindi dahil sa account na hinahandle mo.

nakakatamad magabs e. got good gains sa lahat except sa abs, tho lumiit na siya ng konti. hehe... ang panget nga e. panira ng view yung tyan ko. pero aayusin ko na. ill do abs after every workout and ill focus on cardio and abs during the weekends, that would be my "rest" session. taas pa ng body fat ko e, asa 26% pa. got to trim that down.

Kung gusto nyo ng totoong L2, Resolution Specialists also known as L2 sa Dell is open since Feb 13. Mag apply na kayo sa www.dell.com/manila dahil isasara na nila ang posisyon sa July. Ang sweldo 27,000 basic hindi pa kasama ang overtime at night diff dahil kailangan nanjan ka hanggang matapos ang last agent sa team mo sa calls nya. Wala pong taking ng calls ang L2 sa Dell. 2 1/2 months ang "petiks" training. Marami rami na ring RMH/NCO na L2 na RS dito sa Dell.

i don't see anything wrong with talking about another call center in this thread. we have the freedom to share our views and ambitions about the call centers we work at and those we plan to transfer to. it's really unavoidable that we compare these call centers.
anyway, i think Microsoft Xbox will be ramping up in a few weeks and they will externally hire 50 agents, but they're currently looking for Team Managers. you guys might want to check it out.

i called the recruitment team last march 29 to inquire if theres an opening for tsr position,i was still waiting for the call for the ops interview for csr position..i asked the personnel if they could just reconsider my application for the tsr postion since the interviewr (i think her name is mella)told me that if they would have an opening for tsr position,they would just reaasign me,however by that time..march 10 ata nun,only csr/da/sales position wer open..sabi nung tinawagan ko sa recruitment,theyll just call me back..hmmm..i cant wait...any advice?

Ako.. galing CVG now working here in RMH.
Okay ang CVG sa employee care nila like *** Medicard ( Fortune na yata sila ngayun ) upon training, meron na kagad. Salary, ganun din, upon hiring. Nung time ko, starting is 12,500 plus 1,000 meal allowance tpos me increase ka pag naging regular ka. Before ako maregular, nagkaroon rin ng salary increase na 1,000. Ngayon, inde ko lang alam kung magkano na ang total salary ng mga agents dun. Balita ko, nasa 17K tapos me mga allowances sila like meal, transpo. Me mga incentives din like pag nakakuha ka ng mataas sa POSE ( CSAT dito sa RMH ), Pay for Performance ( BOE naman dito ). Inde ko pa alam kung anu pa *** mga dinagdag nila kasi inde ko nakakausap *** mga barkada ko dun e.
RMH- training allowance lang pag ala ka pa sa production floor. Medicard upon regularization lang.
Working environment, eto ang inde ko gusto. Mga agents dun, CVG, kanya kanya. Walang pakialam sa isa't isa. Pag di kayo magkakilala, inde kayo magkakilala. Minsan sa isang team, inde magkakasundo. Mga burgis pa ang mga agents dun. As in sobrang pasosyal. Pag di ka in, ala ka. Buti lang kung me mga true frends ka na makikita dun. Pag pumapasok ako ng building, taena, amoy na amoy ang stress! Di ka pa nagko calls, stressed ka na.
RMH-Di katulad dito sa RMH, kahit na sabihin mo na inde kayo magkakateam, magkakakilala kayo. Okay ang bonding ng mga agents. You can talk to your TM pati sa mga QCs nyo. Sa CVG, inde mo nga nakikita *** mga QAs. Nasa "aquarium" lang sila. Hehehehe.
Sobrang hirap ng trabaho sa account ko nun. As in q-ing lalo na pag nyt shift ka. As in ihi lang ang pahinga mo. Maswerte na rin ako napunta ako dito kasi kahit nagq- q-ing sa phone, ala pa rin yan kung nasa CVG - SBC account ka. Kahit sabihin mo na me manda OT, ala pa rin yan sa CVG kung hirap ang usapan.
Sa kin lang, aanhin ko naman *** mataas ang salary kung sobrang pagod ka naman and pressured, inde ka masaya sa working environment mo, u do not feel important because of your TL kasi me sarili syang favorites.
Kahit sabihin natin na me mga inde ring maganda na nangyayari dito, un lang naman ang problem e. I gained a lot of friends here, I love my TM, I love my wavemates ( sa CVG kaya, sayang saya pa ako nung nag production kami kasi inde ko na makikita *** mga burgis kong ka wavemates! ), pati *** place kasi malapit lang din sa min. So, san ka pa? Sana lang, magtagal ako dito :)

ewan ko dun sa nasa taas ko ^^ pero para sa kin, mas ramdam ang team spirit sa cvg. unang-una, sa troubleshooting pa lang, kasama mo ang mga team mates mo. bukod sa magkakatabi kayo sa row na malapit sa station ng tm nio, eh meron pa kmeng quickcomm (parang messenger dito). so yung buong team pwedeng mag-usap during troubleshooting. andun din yung TL to give feedbacks kung may question ka or something. tas, kung avail (lalo na during mid-shift) eh wala kayong ibang gagawin kundi mag-usap sa quickcomm. ang saya. hehe. kung anu-anung trip tuloy ang nabubuo sa quickcomm.
tapos pa, sa cvg, regular ang mga team meetings. so you really gets to know your team mates. lumalabas pa kme ng team namin every for team-building almost every month. dito sa rmh, hindi ko naramdaman yun khet kelan. nakilala ko nga lang ang mga team mates ko sa after na 'kong maregularize. never kseng nag-team meeting dito e. pa-isa-isa ang meeting sa TM.
pero one thing which is so true sa cvg is queueing! sobra! pamatay! saka sobrang hirap ng stats. napaka-unfair pa ng POSE (CSAT dito na QOS na raw ngayon) dahil it will really be taken against you kapag sumablay ka. it's all or nothing kse yun e. pag 10 okay pero pag nde, lagot ka. ganun dun.
saka pala sa sbc (cvg ortigas), magandang facilities. malamig, maluwag ang mga workstations (yung dalawang station sa rmh isang station pa lang dun), may sleeping room, may shower room, may xerox for agents, may fax, may phone for outside calls (mga TL stations), etc. nde nga lang free food pero ok lang yun, may allowance naman e. saka ako nun, sa 14500 ko na basic e kulang-kulang 9,000 ako every kinsenas samantalang dito eh 18000 nga, pay slip mo naman maswerte nang umabot sa 7K (wapak!)...
ask me why i'm here? proximity reasons plus free food plus it's in abscbn...i can go to my raket just after work. :)

swerte ka lang siguro kasi napunta ka sa maaayos na team. *** 3 teams na napuntahan ko masasabi ko na wala talagang nangyari samin. San ka pa ba kung sa team ninyo e 3-4 na tao lang ang pinapakinggan ng TLs mo. Nakakababa ng morale pag gnun di ba?
Gnun **, nagpapa team building din *** TL ko dun sa CVG.. madalas din un... mga labas namin ng team. Me motibo kasi *** TL ko. Kasi gusto ng TL ko na lagi kasama *** Girl TL na kinakarir nya though me boyfriend na ito at me asawa naman ang TL ko. O di ba? Yun ang dahilan! Pakita pa samin *** pagtataksil nilang dalawa! Hehehehehe!!!!!!Hahahahahahaaha!!!! Hohohohohohoohooo!!!!
Pasaway pa ang HR. Winala *** SSS digitized ID ko. Bago ko pa nakuha *** sickness benefit ko e inabot ng 5 months at muntikan ng mawala rin. Dahilan nila: "Kasi nagresign na *** nag hahandle nun dito e. Inde naman samin sinabi kung saan nya tinatago *** mga papers. Hindi sya nag turn over ng mga files nya."

Yeah, I know Quickcomm. Nung time ko, pag alng TLs dun humihingi ng escalation approval sa QSPs ( SME dito sa tin ) which takes a lot of time bago ka makahingi ( goodluck sa AHT ), pede rin na conference chat ng team. Pag me mga updates, dun din nila pinapadala. Sana meron din dito nun.
Maganda din dun sa CVG, pag absentee call ka, they would simply ask ur name, ur shift, ur TM and the reason why you will be absent. Tapos nun, ayus na! Ala nang cheche bureche. Di tulad dito, makikipag away ka pa sa RTA, di ba?
Sa clinic, gnun din. Pag alam talaga nila na di mo kaya mag calls ( cause they know that you won't be able to perform ur job if you are not feeling well. stressful na nga *** work e di lalo ka pa mai stress, mas lalala pa *** sakit mo. ) papauwiin ka na nila. Pero of course, advised to go home ka if only na assess nila na talga me sakit ka kasi *** iba nagdadahilan lang naman. Then, tatawag *** nurse sa workforce at ipagpapaalam ka sa TL mo tsaka sa workforce na advised to go home ka na.
Ewan ko, **** gnun na ok ang facilities, etc., etc., mas naging organize *** pagiging call center agent ko dito kesa sa CVG. I found new friends and nice TM, QCs. Ewan ko lang sa mga OMs. Pero I owe it din naman sa CVG, *** knowledge ko about troubleshooting. Marami din ako natutunan dun, un nga lang medjo di maganda experience ko dun.
Yun lang po. Sana I can have the best of both worlds... kaso malabo :(

AY korek ka jan. Me mga flaws din naman ang management pero at home talaga ako dito. Dami kong friendships and isa pa nakakalabas ako after work kasi inde naman masyadong pagod. Inde katulad dun sa CVG na sa sobrang q-ing e windang windang na ang buhay mo.. mwawalan ka talaga ng social life dahil masakit na ulo mo pati lalamunan mo kaka calls.
