ooohh don't get me wrong... of course it isn't. :) that's why i said "as close as I could get" because a dream job for me is an entirely different meaning altogether (like actually being paid to play).. and i know di po ganun sa account nyo, and i merely stated that because the account is of personal appeal to me. :)

Why didn't you apply as GM in any of the MMPORGs out there then?

my bestfriend is an accent trainer here and according to him wala pa daw naka schedule na accent training for XBOX..

just do good na lang sa MSN CS and then when there is an opening in XBOX apply ka na lang.. *okay*

Wala ako dun kaya no comment ako sa collections account on details.

Masasabi ko land dyan tumino ng malaki yung ulam as compared to the previous concessionaire.

YUNG FREE MEAL ...Unlimited rice, Tatlo ang viands/putahe + soup + desert plus a selection of drinks four seasons, pineapple juice, dalandan, ice tea, pomelo[may kulang pa ba ako?]. Nagkaroon ako tuloy ng indigestion at di ko naubos ang pagkain ko...mahirap tunawin yata yung meat pag graveyard shift.

Malupit ang battery of tests[though relevant to the type of work] dyan pag-nag-apply lalo na yung "CCES" seminar talagang sasalain....nahalata ko lang karamihan nung na-lagpak mga bata..mostly yung mga past 30 to over 60 pumasa. Saw a white-haired retiree[former bank manager] pass. Maraming bagong account po dito kaya don't be scared if you think you can't find an account to fit in[regardless of work background and age]! And yes, a marked improvement in the facilities. I said that the test was relevant so as to show a contrast...I was made to take a test on MS ACCESS in another call center for a CSR post.

Ubos na yung email support class for September[one email support class only].....dunno if there is any next month....oh well..hayyyyy. Mukhang long wait...

Question lang, yung +2k transpo/meal allowance, JP level ba yan wherein an agent must render 1hour mandatory OT daily + 1 mandatory work on restday per week for you to get +2k allowance? welcome to the family joey! to be transferred to email support would be very unlikely. a lot of email support agents are now being moved to voice support because of the shift in structure of email support. the xbox account is awesome, i'm sure you'll like it there. kaso maraming half pinay jan, ingat ka. hehehe...

Hindi kailangan na MS certified ka dito eh. The accounts current include ISP, gaming consoles and software support etc. so there's really no use for it in the meantime.... or never... if you know what that means :lol: :naughty:

Tanong ka sa upcoming Microsoft Support Center here in Manila, I'm sure meron don, huwag dito...... :rotflmao:

Ambergris is accepting part-timers for Xbox Account. Currently ramping up to1000++ agents. We have a job fair at glorietta on nov. 20-21, 2006 starting 11am-8pm.

oh i think that's a contradictory statement. when there's discrepancy, it could mean delayed pay. for instance, you're supposed to get P7000 but only to find out your atm balance is P0.00. :lol: so, when will you eventually get paid when there's pay dispute? the next pay day? :( what's RMH' case? coz i heard it first hand from a friend that payroll people suck big time.

well... the thing is the accounting's shifty... delayed ang pay slips, hence hindi mo agad nakikita kung magkano ang sweswelduhin mo prior to the payday... the payslips usually come after a week... pero as for delayed pay... having stayed for a year and a month, ala pang delayed pay... pag payday, may pumapasok ****... may isang instance lang na nadelay *** pasok.... around 11 na ala pa pero pumasok ng 1130

as for the discrepancies, pwede namang iaddress ito sa hr e

cnu po ba connected sa HR dito..kasi i've been calling ur hotline,pro wlang sumasagot..ask ko lang kung meron pang slot for part-time...tnx..kung cnu po pdeng sumagot,kasi good as hired na po ako but when they disclosed the sched for training, conflict sa sched ko sa scul,so mgpart-time nalang sna ko..dba un *** for 1 month lang.tnx..pki pM nlang po ako...kelangn lang po **** ng JOB..sbi nung HR,twag lang ako,pro *** po tlgang sumasagot.tech support po ako for gaming console,nd cyempre Xbox un.

ano na nga ba talaga ang pangalan ng rmh? is it plain "nco group" nalang? sa ads sa papers kasi nco group nalang ang nakalagay e. ngi wala ngang "rhm" na makikita sa ad e. pati sa bagong company jacket nco group nalang ang logo. nung unang lumabas yung jacket na yan, rmh lang ang nakalagay. tapos nadagdag yun nco with the rhm logo. pero ngayon nco na nga lang. hmmm... matagal ko nang iniisip to e. ano na nga ba talaga kuya? i know the history of rmh, that it was bought by nco. but can we please have a solid name already. ewan ko lang ha, for me, not having a stable name is a sign of an unstable company. now, im not saying that rhm is not a stable company because it is. its just that it is giving that impression. just my thoughts guys.

ano na nga ba talaga ang pangalan ng rmh? is it plain "nco group" nalang? sa ads sa papers kasi nco group nalang ang nakalagay e. ngi wala ngang "rhm" na makikita sa ad e. pati sa bagong company jacket nco group nalang ang logo. nung unang lumabas yung jacket na yan, rmh lang ang nakalagay. tapos nadagdag yun nco with the rhm logo. pero ngayon nco na nga lang. hmmm... matagal ko nang iniisip to e. ano na nga ba talaga kuya? i know the history of rmh, that it was bought by nco. but can we please have a solid name already. ewan ko lang ha, for me, not having a stable name is a sign of an unstable company. now, im not saying that rhm is not a stable company because it is. its just that it is giving that impression. just my thoughts guys.

grabe,pnakapangit *** naging experience ko sa cc na to..pumasa ko for tech support,then i knew na hndi daw pwede sa schedule ko *** training..ewan ko,my interviewer insisted on telling me na what if ganto *** shift,kasi nga enrolled ako *****,pro 2 subjects nalang..
then ngapply nlang ako for part-time, then tnanong ako nung hr kung willing daw ba ko mgstart on this date, ibgay ko lang daw *** contact info ko,after 3 days malapit na *** date na cnasabi nya..*** pa dng calls, *** man lang pasabi kung anu na *** nangyari,hndi mn *** naginform.. then tumwag nalang ako sa sangkatutak na # na wala nmang sumasagot..
at nung my sumagot na,salamat..*** na daw available position..
prang nagbibigay lang *** ng false hopes sa mga applicant nyo...

Ask for the 2316 for the previous year 2005 (based on what you said that you've been an RMH employee since last year), it has been ready for pick-up as early as first quarter of 2006. :eek:

mabigat pa nga pero mas ok yung tela. the jackets they rolled out this november only had the nco logo, which looks better than when it had the rmh logo with it. para kasing ginawa lang sa wordart yung logo ng rmh e. :rotflmao:

What I meant to ask was if I can apply as part-time, as in I work for certain hours every night only. I think what Lady_Dawn means in her post in the previous page, regarding part-timers being accepted, is that I will work for one month only but I still have to work a whole shift. I can't work on a whole shift because I already have a day job. :) I can work a whole shift on Sundays. I hope that is clear. Thanks for referring the previous page, though. :)

LOL @ growing account. That's been said and done sa MSN TS account and look what happened to it? OR you didn't know? The worst-run CC account I've and will always known. :rotflmao:

FYI: When XBOX was launched in Q1 of 2006, it immediately created massive outcry and "you know what" among MSN TS agents. Why? Ask the FEW people still working there who started the MSN account (Waves 1 to 9, I think) and they should be able to give you a detailed description... :eek:

Lastly, one very Senior XBOX person became lucky that time thanks to that person's "fashion sense" and the ever-reliable "close *toot* ties" with... :bop:

and it will be much appreciated na sana wag mo naman masyadong ibad-mouth yung company...

so far im enjoying my stay here in NCO-RMH despite the numerous pay disputes, equipment issues and sucky management ... ^_^

Well, I used to NOT badmouth the company... until that same company tried to accuse me of something stupendous while I was a MORE MORE MORE MORE TENURED (and HAPPY/CONTENTED) EMPLOYEE prior to you getting in... and there's a pending case about it in one of our ever-reliable local courts (which of course you can check), how's that? :naughty:

Lastly, getting acquainted with the skeletons in their closet would seem like a background check for a future employer... it's every applicant's right to know everything (like reading the black and white), right? :bop:

Hi there!

I have applied on this company last week of January. I have pass the exam except that they want me to start on the following day. I told them that Im still rendering my resignation still with my current company to at least show appreciation. They told be that they'll be calling me back a week after. Unfortunately I havent receive a call from them.

Ganito ba talaga yung HR nila?

yep, ganyan talaga. malamang tawagan ka nila kung magsstart na yung next wave sa account na ilalagay ka. could take a month.

hi...

i applied last january as TL, passed, was offered good basic salary, signed JO and was supposed to start last Feb 6. Unfortunately, i did not go push through with NCO. nagdalawang isip kasi ako sa over-all package nila (TL post). but now, parang nanghinayang naman ako... hehe.

if i we're you peepz, just apply on the company I'm in... 12k starting salary, plus 2k rice and transpo allowances, 20% night diff pay, after 6 months of probationary status you'll get an increase depending on your performance plus medical benefits including family members, insurances then on the first year of your stay at the company another increase is instore plus 10 vacation and 10 sick leaves. LOL Eh bakit ang balita ko (sa mga nandyan pa rin na mga friends ko), wala na daw Accent training (at direchong Client Specific training na wala ring kwenta) ngayon kaya lagpak ang mga TSRs sa spokening english????

1st,listening skill exam. you'll be in a room den may answer sheet sa harap nyo makikinig kayo short conversations den may question after each. just pick the right answer.

2nd,reading comprehension. total of three essays then may mga questions after each. what i did was i read first the questions and looked for the answers sa essay. (whichever you prefer) time limit of 15 min,

3rd, group interview. tatlo kami den you'll speak for about a minute about yourself (syempre english) after that they'll gonna ask a question like "what would you do if you were invisible?" just to check how fast can you think.

4th, examinations. first exam was spelling (which was easy) second was typing exam. third exam is about the internet(pero kayang kaya nyo yan. (bonus: find out out the differnece of "http" and "https" )). fourth exam was regarding xbox (just questions about gaming consoles, games etc. ex. what is an RPG) 5th exam was much like the internet. (halos pareho lang mga tanong. may dag dag lang konti. Nde naman masyado technical . ok lang.

after that Interview with the operations manager. then job offer.

balita balak daw magexpand ng NCO masyado na daw cramped sa elj. ganyan din exams ko at interviews ko just like venus.gospel said except that she was applying for a different position with more exams to take. In my case I was told to come back the next day for the final interview. but the interviewer was unsure and that she would call me. so i was thinking i didn't make it, so i applied in another call center, but by night time i was surprised someone called from NCO and said that i passed and i should see gelli the next day.

I can see the frustration of my boyfriend since XBOX offered him a job at their account telling him there is a high chance of getting a higher position in just a short span of time. He was from Collections but I won't say where in Collections because a lot people know him at NCO.

He started training at Hardware and started taking calls without even having the chance to touch an XBOX console. Why? Because they only gave 2 consoles for around 200 trainees to play around with and know what an XBOX console actually is. They started taking calls but when Supervisors were asked on what to do on certain calls, they give different answers or don't even know what to say at all.

He became a cross agent from Hardware and Billing but no extra pay for that. He worked 18 days straight from the start of year 2007 but most of his OTs were never paid and he's got so many OTs especially on holidays and his off days. He helps his co workers when they have questions regarding client calls and then those co workers were promoted to be Supervisors? He is supposed to be trained at Sales and he's been waiting for it for weeks now but then he was not included in the training because "they cannot train them all at once". They did not even consider his good records compared to the once they chose to train. He was asked why he has so many absences, halfdays and lates when most of them are days when the clinic asked him to home or the log in stuff is not working or his pc is not working.

I also heard stories from him that his co workers with good records are also not given what they deserve. I hate the fact that they offered him a job at XBOX but won't even take care of him or treat him accordingly. He's not some random people who badly wanted to be in XBOX. He was doing fine at Collections and was having fun when they made that tempting offer.

And to the people who wishes to work here...
see how they make people change, err I mean treat them like robots (and make them do one thing and do a complete opposite thing the next time) that easily around NCO???

Gagawin daw kayong versatile agents... LOL would you even consider transferring to Sales (which you like) to Tech (which you have no clue about) or vice versa (as her bf's example) if given the chance?

That happened last year too (from MSN to the nw-defunct account they had... FIZZ out about 3-4 months after the launch... ang saya nila di ba? Ü

Tama ka diyan. Just to let you know, May friend ako sa nco, nagstart siya ng training last january for MSN L1.walang accent training, straight sa 2 wks,product(5hrs pa), after that calls na for the whole shift,3 support nila sa floor, minsan isa lang, that's for the whole batch of 29. ang gulo pa ng sked, bumaligtad nga daw araw niya kasi minsan 6am -2pm, bukas 10pm-6am,pano ka daw matututo sa training eh inaantok ka..walang kuwenta training(para daw minadali). Dubious pa payroll, 6*** lang natanggap niya for the whole month?????.sabi ng hr sa contract signing, for 2wks, min wage lang, after that normal na ang pay.pero for the whole month, nung natanngap niya pay niya min wage lang, wala pang night diff.Usapan duon na pag di mo nameet ang req, eh forever ka nang min wage, at may right ang mgt to give you that pay at their discretion??? .Magulo management, para daw niloloko ang mga agents. May aaply sana ako dito pero wag na lang.

L1 voice support for MSN premium software and dial up internet. Just this year, 2007.Maganda rin daw sana yung mga account dito,pero its the management that has a problem.

What do u mean when you say "MINIMUM REQUIREMENT" ? Are u referring to the pre employment requirements, like NBI and Medical? Or the diploma/transcript? OR worse , di pumasa sa product training pero pinayagan mag floor?

ANSWER PLEASE! Coz I'm currently doing Accent Training with this company.

After a week of being suspended because his Manager took so much time in submitting his letter to prove that his attendance record is not accurate, my boyfriend is finally resigning.

The suspension letter said when he is proved right, they will pay him for the days he was absent because of the suspension, but turns out they are not paying him and when my boyfriend told them about that they can't say a thing. He also told them he can sue them for making him work for 3 weeks straight and still they have nothing to say. After the conversation he said he is resigning if that is the case.

I actually want him to sue them. They can't continue with this kind of treatment to their employees.

I think people should be warned about this company.

That's one of the problems of NCO since we are cramped inside elj bldg which is also the office of abs-cbn. The only floors that we are occupying are the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th (correct me if I'am wrong) and I saw the country manager doing a tour with a prospect client for a new account and I'am wondering how the hell would we all fit in.

about the payroll? we haven't received our salary. but that is a major concern If your friend says about the dubious payroll.

regarding the training madali lang sya if only the software is working because you need to talk at the same time you need to type the report and it has to be documented. It's not only our wave that is dissapointed even the product trainer as well. According to him the last batch for the whole week the software wasn't working and they have to visualize. kaya puro handouts tsaka spiels for every scenario and issues. not to mention the american client for the account will be training with us.

I think what KnightofLetran meant was the clients requirements(Quality calls, good audits, cst,aht) inorder for a trainee to become a tenure agent not the minimum requirements.

Stephenyan- the token account for msn was given to them after the training.When they hit the floor, he really had a hard time troubleshooting and probing for the concern of the cust.Also, what nco should do is be straightforward to their agents, during contract signing and be specific in what will happen at the floor. I have read his contract and it clearly states that the min. wage is only for 2weeks training, and after that its reg. wage + ND. After you have received your salary, can you verify for me what my friend told me regarding his salary?If you will also get 6,*** for the whole month and the stories floating around at the floor, about not meeting the qa, regarding the min. wage payment? Bec. I don't want to believe that he received only 6,+++ for 1 whole month, since this is a call center.

wtf?! our training is only 3weeks don't know about abay and abay+ according to our trainer after you become a tenure agent you get 600++ (not sure) but for training from my understanding 400 sumthin. He got only 6k no f**kin way! I'll let you know if i pass the training and will be regularized it's really hard to believe what your friend got.

How is suing a company FOR A LEGITIMATE REASON be sufficient ground for THAT STUPIDITY? If I would apply (but not in the near future) and I get that kind of "feeling" from a certain call center company, I would think they're up to something... ILLEGAL or INHUMANE (ahem*previous*post*ahem) perhaps...

I have to say Stepehenyan is quite right. When a company learns my you sued the last company you worked for they will think you are a threat to them. It's stupid but it's reality. I think my boyfriend is going to stick to his field from now on.

As to the question why he was suspended. It was because of his absences/lates/halfdays.

There were times when the clinic told him to go home and the HR recorded that as NCNS. There was a time when he failed to go to work because he didn't know he was supposed to go to work because they didn't give his schedule. There was also a time when he was told it was his OFF so he went to Baguio and when he got there he was told to go to work, and so he did. His lates were mainly because he thinks it is unfair to log in then set up his workstation while the others are already taking calls so he makes it a point to set up his station first before logging in. His half days were mainly because his computer failed to work so all he did was support the Hardware guys.

No matter, he already proved he was not guilty of the accusations in the 15 minute meeting they had (mind you he had to wait a week of "investigation" before that meeting meaning no work for a week). But after the meeting he was asked to sign a paper saying he was the one at fault and if he doesn't sign it he won't be able to go to work. It was a mistake on his part to sign it.

Last I heard, the service level of Billing went down when he left and when another one good agent left. They hired around 20 agents but they still cannot up the service level.

Oh well, enough of this. My boyfriend loved that company because it allowed him to work here in Manila and be close to me at the same time. He made good friends there. He was loyal and fair to the company. It was just really sad that this thing happened.

^it's always good to know who lost who in the process. marami namang kumpanya ang ganyan e. they won't know what they lost. tingin kase sa atin minsan madaling mapalitan. yan din naramdaman ko nun. i left the company a loooooong time ago. pero sympre, andun pa rin yung regrets kase kahit san ako mapunta, iba yung samahan ng mga nakilala ko sa rmh.

di uso palakasan dito. pero me nakakalusot nakakapagtraining ewan ko lang kung nagiging tenure agent sya sa huli. Punta ka sa elj bldg leave your ID at the front desk and proceed to the 4th floor me kwarto na marami applicants pag tinawag pangalan mo exam agad sa isang room. pagkatapos nun malalaman mo resulta.paano?! pag tinawag pangalan mo at lumabas ka sa kwarto ibig sabihin nun better luck next time. yun di tinawag pasado yun. tapos me interview na tell something about yourself and then english proficiency assesment tapos pag tinawag ka sa labas ng interview room at kinausap ka na kumain ka ng lunch ibig sabihin magexam ka uli tatlong beses and then wait yung maginterview sa yo para sa account na papasukan mo. yung iba inaabot ng madali araw ako pinabalik ako ng kinabukasan ng umaga pinakamatagal na dalawang araw kung pipirma ka ng kontrata o hindi. pag lumampas ka doon at di ka tinawagan sa telepono goodbye. ako kasi tinawagan sa phone kasi yung final interview ko di pa daw sure assessment pa . dapat 9am andito ka na para mabilis process.

my apologies if my message is not of any relevance to the ongoing discussion but i just want to share MY side of story regarding RMH Teleservices and more on specifically with its payroll employees.

I heard and read a lot of negative comments and violent reactions here in PEX and inside the premises of RMH office as well about their recruitment which of course is under the Human Resources Department. Well, my side of story is quite refreshing here since my "recruitment experience" was not that bad after all. The recruitment happened so instantly which was an advantage for me since I needed a job and purchasing power badly. It was the last week of January last year, and I went to ELJ building at exactly 10 in the morning eagerly hoping that I would get THE job because:
-it is near my place.
-it is a big company.
-and based from the "misleading advertisement" which was posted on the walls of ayala MRT station last year...the company initially offers Php 18,000 for their call center agents. ---and some benefits as well. like free food, etc.

Of course, me and my boyfriend would not be able to get in not passing the "reception booth". So we did pass it, and there, 3 not-so-accomodating ladies were giving out IDs or stickers as pass inside the building. I always thought that "reception people" would be happily of assistance, but then, I was proved wrong. So from there, I decided not to ruin my day and move on with their kind SERVICE. I went up and told the guard on duty that I am an applicant. I then was instructed to put my CV on the table and wait to be called. So I did. After less than 20mins, me and 10 other people were called inside a room. Then on, recruitment was in process the whole day-literally. There were 4-5 people who gladly accomodated us (applicants) and I was pleased because they (HR-recruitment) were really polite and sincere. Anyways, after passing all tests and interviews, I was ordered to stay and wait for a Team Manager to complete the recruitment process and perform the "final interview". So again, we stayed. time check... it was already 9 in the evening and after 2 hours of waiting, a Team Manager finally showed up.

As you can see my "recruitment experience" was rather nice.

A day passed and HR-recruitment called and informed me that I am hired and they would like to present me with the "job offer". I was ecstatic and so I went to RMH office immediately, signed the job offer and from then, we (my batch) were oriented with payroll, with our superiors, with the job and so on and so forth. Training then at once started 2 days after having signed the job offer.

I was good in their 1 month training, so I passed it as well and went from trainee to probationary agent. 6 months later, I was regularized with flying colors. But, I was dissatisfied with my position, stressed out with the callers and some policies of the company, but still, I can honestly say that I did my work competently and admirably. I met my manager's expectations, as well as that of the company from me.

After 1 year of employment I decided to resign. And as soon as being officially unemployed I directly went with my clearance and my exit interviews. Everything went on smoothly and dramatically. Then as I went out the "Payroll Department area", someone gave me a number to call (that is regarding my backpay) --saying: "call us after 2 months".

GREAT. 2 months of waiting is not that long isnt it?
So, as I was instructed, I waited. Im very obedient as you can see.

2 months passed and as I was INSTRUCTED I called. Enthusiastically anticipating the money that I have worked on. Well... the bad experience began. I placed 5 calls yesterday, patiently waiting for someONE to answer. No one did. So I thought... hmmm, i'll just call tomorrow.

Tomorrow's a good time PROBABLY.

I called again PAYROLL, a girl answered (at last!), the conversation went:

PAYROLL: hello?

ME: hello! Good morning! I'll just ask if my backpay has already been processed?

PAYROLL: Can i get your name please..

ME: ( I then stated my name CLEARLY)

PAYROLL: One moment Ma'am. (with the sound of her typing the keyboard)

Can you please hold?

ME: (obedient me said:) sure.

AFTER 30 LONG annoying MINUTES at the end of the line. I decided to hang up and call again ---maybe they forgot that I was at the other end of the line, or maybe they intentionally made me wait for 30 long minutes. --SEE, I gave myself 2 choices. I called again for the nth time---that was 10 times actually.. no one still answered. I called the other number for HR that was given to me during training and obviously, I was accomodated BUT the one who answered was not happy entertaining my call and my right to KNOW what's up with the payroll department not answering phone calls.

And just like that, I was shoved off, after professionally working for them. Clearly, my question left unanswered which can be easily responded with only two (2) options:

OPTION 1: YES Ma'am it's already processed.
OPTION 2: NO Ma'am, Im sorry it still is in process.

GOD!!!! are these lines hard enough to be uttered or maybe MEMORIZED?!?!

-IS IT NORMAL FOR EMPLOYEES IN AN OFFICE NOT TO ATLEAST ANSWER A PHONE CALL AGAIN WHEN SOMEONE ALREADY ANSWERED IT?
-DO THE PAYROLL DEPARTMENT TAKE DAY-OFFS DURING WEEKDAYS AND TAKE BREAKS DURING OFFICE HOURS?
-ARE THEY REALLY DOING WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSEDLY BE DOING?
-IS THEIR SOMEONE REALLY ASSIGNED UNDER PAYROLL?

I just want them to know that payroll department does not give out good and satisfying service. It sucks knowing that they are not performing their job well.

I hope to see, hear and feel changes. But as long as they (PAYROLL) are not properly educated regarding work ethics, I think we would just undergo their horrible service.

wtf?! our training is only 3weeks don't know about abay and abay+ according to our trainer after you become a tenure agent you get 600++ (not sure) but for training from my understanding 400 sumthin. He got only 6k no f**kin way! I'll let you know if i pass the training and will be regularized it's really hard to believe what your friend got.

6,??? lang matatanggap mo for the whole month???? parang di ka nagtrabaho sa cc center niyan ha.is this true?

mace22 i totally agree, hr/payroll people suck..... i have been trying to get my back pay from RMH, no one is answering the freakin phones!!!!

i tried going there to sort things out, but payroll/hr people, dont seem to exist.....?????

what kind of company it this?:grrr: :angry:

So its true after all, that their payroll department is bogus. kaya pala lagi silang may jobfair, eh andaming nag-aawol at nagreresign. correct me if i'm wrong, so for 3 weeks, 5k lang. so malamang kung 4 weeks/1month, eh makukuha mo eh mga 6,300, around that figure. Mabuti naman at na enlighten ako. Lugi ka ata dito, kasi magpupuyat ka, katakot-takot na stress, for that lousy pay??, pang 15 days lang yan sa ibang cc's,for agents na under training din. eh di mag dadayshift na lang siguro sa bangko, kasi min. wage na ngayon is 9,000, normal rate. may narinig akong balita sa isang agent, eh 4 months na siya sa rmh-nco, ganyan parin sweldo niya, 6,??? .:eek:

meron nga ako nakausap sa accnt ko closer ang shift nya mga 11k nakukuha nya 4am-1pm. eh pagtyatyagaan ko na lang i need the experience and since it's convenient from where i live saka na lang ako lilipat pag me ibubuga na ako di naman ako makahanap ng papasukan na day job. kaya i was wondering about the 15k that there talking about.

Hay nako, kalokohan talaga yung sweldo jan. I have now moved to another call center with an similar salary system, the bi weekly system. di hamak na mas malaki ang sweldo ko dito sa bagong company na to pero mas maliit yung tax na kinakaltas sakin. may mali talaga tax computation ng rmh. matagal ako jan sa rmh and i have been a loyal workhorse. nakakadismaya talaga.

ako i applied online for T1 tech supp last march thru jobsdb. I had a phone call on a sunday afternoon asking me for a job interview. I was set for a 630 pm appointment and I was the last person to be interviewed. I went over the process so fast because there were no longer any peeps aside from me. I was then interviewed by Dianne Estrellas, an Operations Manager and within 2 hours I got a job offer. I was told to report for the training the next day. I went back home by 830 pm and so far, that was the quickest application i've ever been to.

Ok naman ang training. Xbox 360 ang account and to tell you people, after 1 month of immersion to the account, pwede ka ng maggantsilyo sa sobrang dali ng account. Daming avail time and pwede ring maglaro ng xbox habang nasa floor. Easy money for a short term career (na pwede mong iprolong).

Maganda rin facilities, spacious pantry, free meal, spacious rec. room. Medyo mababait din tao. Sa pay, wala pa ko masasabi kasi wala pa ako 1 month, pero anlaki ng kaltas.

May opening pala for Xbox 360 account and next week na ang training. Kung gusto nyo ng details, text me at 09166460413. :)

talagang malaki ang kaltas dyan...nde ko nga alam kung pano nila na-cocompute yun eh...wait until malapit ka ng mag 6 months...then you will feel yung mga kaltas at mga discrepancies sa pay. =)

hi guys! i'm with GE Collections, ok sana ang basic, 18k (all collection agents have the same basic regardless of call center experience) but the thing is, we dont know how they compute our net pay. we dont know why an individual would get more from those who are in the same batch, same basic, same number of hours worked, same tax status, same sked (which is the basis for night diff) and all of us dont get commisions yet so, theres no way that the excess would come from commission. nakakaloka talaga PAYROLL dito, pero as long as walang masyadong malaking discrepancy sa pay ko ( within a few hundreds), i'll stay.... i really love the job... i've been in the call center industry for more than a year now(financial- customer service - inbound), but this is the first time that i always get excited of doing calls (outbound). everyday i look forward to exceeding my EP count (electronic payment). why not? coz if you'll just be complacent with the job, you're just a month away from termination. and i dont wanna loose my dear job, not for the salary but for the challenge and adrenalin that it gives me.

hay! it's too bad to hear that the company who has been my home for more than a year turned out to be like this. :( sure we had issues with payroll during our time but everything was okay. back in our days and that was in 2005, accent training was for 2 weeks and product training was for 2 weeks also but we never had issues about salary a and salary b because upfront we were offered the basic pay. management has really turned to the worst with in the middle of the first quarter of 2006. we had a CM who was pro agent but rumor has it that he was chased off from his post by an anti-agent CM and his gang. :bah: what's left of that pro agent CM's legacy however short it was is the new pantry, recreation room and sleeping quarters for the men. but life goes on for those who left this company. we all have our own share of great memories as well as bad memories. i'm just proud that this company had taught me a lot about survival in the call center industry.

hmm...sounds like a eulogy but from what i heard from my ex-coworkers and the messages here, things have changed a lot. :unhappy:

hay. ok naman dito. but i resigned last march. masaya yung sa dati kong accnt sa outbound sales kahit hirap ako bumenta. and i have no regrets working there. but when i got transfered to another account sa inbound sales... madali nga bumenta pero i didnt enjoy it naman. for me kasi, mas maganda *** teamwork at support ng co-agents dun sa dati kong account. *** tipong maglo-logout pa *** sa computer just to help u kahit d ka nila kilala. kaya kahit stressful, ok lang. e dun sa napaglipatan ko. hay nako. di mo makausap pag may call at di rin *** masyadong approachable at helpful. kaya nung first day ko sa floor on that account, hay nako! gusto ko magwalk out! la man lang tumulong sa min! day off pa naman *** tm namin. nakakaloka. sabi nga nung isa kong kasamahan sa dating account, *****, kung d me nalipat ng account, d ako nagresign ng maaga...

anyway, oo nga taas ng kaltas dito! almost 2k nga nababawas sa kin e. nagkadispute pa sa sweldo ko and i found out the day i informed my tm about my resignation! kaya naubos pera ko kakapabalikbalik sa abs. sabi ng tm ko, makukuha ko daw un sa backpay ko 45days after resignation date. but then, sabi sa hr, napull out daw *** check ko kasi nasobrahan *** amount na nalagay sa check kaya iaadjust pa raw. inform na lang daw nila ako pag ok na. iniisip ko lang, baka it has something to do sa dispute sa sweldo ko, at kinaltas pa nila *** dapat sa kin! sana mali *** iniisip ko. naiinip n nga ako e. more than a week na ko naghihintay. ang bagal. kaloka talaga payroll!
