ey ciga, would u know why there are sudden events like reps being transferred to diff accounts? when i say sudden, as in the next shift training na agad for a diff account? hindi masagot ng mga sup, its like they are trying to cover something up..dami nila rason like overstaffed (eh queuing naman) or because of stats or randomly selected. would u know if the acct A*** v**** is dying?

hi! i just applied kanina... made it through the initial interview but for the call simulation, i flunked it.huhu actually, what the lady said was that my resume would be in the active file and they'd call me if ever there's an opening. however, she also said that they may or may not call so i shouldn't expect or something to that effect.

i really think that it was just her way of telling me that i failed BUT i still can't keep myself from hoping that maybe she'd call. so please, just tell me frankly the probability that i'd get a call based from what she said. coz, i don't wanna wait in vain...(for your love>>jok para kcng kanta.hehe) but seriously, please do reply.tnx!

*the day before i started my training sa ict, nawala phone ko. khapon nwalan ako ng isang wallet sa floor.malas yata ict sakin. may nagiwan pa ng 'post-it' sa station ko [sino? di ko alam][ano sabi?] nung 15-min break ko. pero secret lang, kame *** my alam. may name ko kaya for sure that was for me. tapos di natuloy gimmick kagabi kasi tatlo na kameng depress!!

I had my final interview last March, I was congratulated saying "I passed" & told by the interviewer that they'll get in touch w/ me for the job offer around May. She also said, I'll be put in a financial account thought I originally applied for a tech support position & according to her, at that time, there were no vacancies for the position I was applying for. I'm very excited & interested to be w/ the financial group because it's one essential aspect I can learn so much from. I am gearing up to start & make the best of it.

My concerns... It's already the first week of May & I've been waiting for approx. 2mos now. Nothing negative, it's just that if it'll take longer than May for ICT to come up w/ something & contact me, I may have to decide to move on. Regretfully, I may not have the luxury of waiting for another month anymore. I understand that it’ll be a privilege to work w/ ICT. Would you please enlighten me on these?... Having said that the interviewer congratulated me saying "I passed", does that guarantee me a job-a job offer w/ ICT? Does it normally take months for a prospective/incoming employee to be given an offer or schedule? Also, will it be possible to request to be put in another account where I'd be qualified? I wouldn't want anything to go down the drain-the selection process & all that's been exerted. I know that I deserve the job & ICT deserves to benefit from me. I wish to be more flexible & prove to ICT my willingness & desire to work for them.

Any help extended would be highly appreciated. Continue to be a force for good! God bless.

oo nga sana, minsan maaga ako sa ICT dumadating like 9pm pero mamaya baka saktong 10 ako kasi pagod pa ako galing bicuitan. kasalanan ng DOST kung bakit di ko kaagad nakuha NBI clearance ko!!!hehe pero ok na, kailangan ko na lang pumuntang cariedo bukas. buti na lang bukas sila kahit friday.

You're simply on standby. I know because I co-own a call center. Call centers are the ultimate nightmare of the HR practitioners. Everyday you get x-number of resignations and then you have to process x-number of applicants. THere is a huge demand for agents to fill in thousands of seats but definitely you have to qualify. Either they are just being nice to you or they have a huge backlog in the HR department.

magreresign nako. hassle acct namin, laging OT. buong march nga at half ng april OT kami 1 hr everyday tapos Sat mandatory pa. di na makatao e. wala akong problema sa mga tao sa ICT, mababait naman, pero ang trabaho di ko gusto. mali na yung laging may OT e. parang ang OT e naging part na ng shift.

nung tinanung kung willing ba mag work OT nung interview sakin, syempre sabi ko oo, malay ko ba na OT araw2x at 6x a wk. may time nga 54hrs kami per wk. kahit may OT pay yan, di parin sulit kung mamatay ka naman. ang masama dito pag di ka nakapasok dahil pagod ka dahil nga OT everyday, e apektado pati scorecard mo dahil may absent ka sa mga mandatory OT.

its either ICT management has a problem with forecasting the number of agents needed to work the number of hours the clients are asking, or management purposely want agents to go OT because it would be cheaper to pay for OT than hire new agents with basic pay.

well this is just my opinion. mabait mga tao sa ICT, ang trabaho lang ang may problema.

Hi, last year around Aug. I applied at ICT and Convergys. luckily for me I got hired first at ICT but then before my orientation I got sick of flu and couldn't attend the orientation, so I was told that ICT will just call me for the next sked. Then after a week got a call from convergys, so to make the story short I got hired at convergys. Last Jan. I resigned from the company, yet till this day ICT has not called me. If I follow up my application with recruitment will my stint w/ convergys pose a problem or will this just give me a higher market value, so to speak, he he. really appreciate your response. thanks.

Please help, Folks! Do you think it'd take another month for ICT to come up w/ a schedule for the Job Offer? Tsk. I can't wait forever. Their recruitment process was marvelously fast but the Job Offer? It's taking such a long time, much longer than any Call Center I know (correct me if I'm wrong). I have worked with Convergys, their recruitment process was lengthy but the Job Offer went fast.

I have a lot of plans in life and I'd even work on my day-off/render OT all the time if that'd fast track my way to success. I'm dead-serious and we are not gonna be young forever. :D

For CIGawette: Hi just want to ask if you give salary commensurate to experience like other call centers like hsbc etc. Kc ako I have call center experience na 1 year to be exact (outbound/acquisition), I had a stint with a bank as well and other jobs. .. I heard ICT pays really good, I was wandering if I applied there you have standard job offers or can I negotiate my salary?

eto talaga pikon na pikon nako sa ICT. hindi hassle yung papuntahin ka ng gabi para magpapirma ng clearance at sabihin lang pagdating dun na bumalik nalang sa monday dahil wala ang pipirma. so kung wala ang dapat pumirma, ano mangyari sa trabaho, pending din??? yung HR di ko talaga maintindihan ano oras shift. minsan andun, minsan wala. since graveyard ang shift ng most agents dapat may tao sa HR during that time kahit 1 lang. at yung receptionist na pang gabi, ang taray! lalabas ko na sama ng loob ko sa ict dahil mali na talaga to e. iisa-isahin ko na.

1) overtime lagi (sa account ko) may times na 54 hours per wk lampas pa paminsan. pag nag absent ka dahil burned out ka na, maapektuhan ang scorecard mo. kahit sabihin natin bayad ang OT, hindi parin makatao dahil mandatory lagi ang OT! aanhin ang bayad sayo kung magkakasakit ka naman! syempre mas mura para sa kumpany magbayad ng OT kaysa maghire ng mga bagong agents at magbayad ng mga basic pay! obligation ng ICT na mameet ang hours reuired ng clients nila, pero may obligation din ang ICT sa empleyado! inaabuso na kami e sa laging OT!

2) ang allowance kakaramput nalang nga taxable pa!

3) maliit na basic pay. hindi sulit sa trabahong hinihingi sa mga empleyado!

4) napakagulang ng commission scheme. pano ka gaganahan magbenta kung ang basehan ng commission ay hindi per sale kundi standing mo sa account nyo? alam ko maganda ang competition pero sa maling paraan ginamit ng ICT sa maling paraan kasi isa lang ang makakacommission ng malaki while ang halos lahat wala. dahil sa commission scheme nila impossible at 0 ang probability na halos lahat makakakuha ng malaking commission. siguro less than 5% lang ng account makakakuha ng malaking commission meaning 5thou-11.5thou. yung iba tag 1thou or 500 lang. sa hassle ng trabaho naming pagtatawag yan lang commission makukuha namin lalo ng kung bago ka at kakumpetensya mo e veteran na??

4) ang receptionist hindi accomodating!

5) ang labo ng shift ng HR. pag pumunta ka sa office nila, sabihin wala daw tao 1am palang. e graveyard shift namin e, alangan naman maghintay kami ng hanggang umaga para lang may makausap na HR.

6) ang last 2 payslips ko di ko parin nakukuha dahil di pa naapdate ng account dept record ko kaya naliligaw payslip ko!
