Hi, everyone! :) I passed my initial, call simulation, typing skills test and the final interview... :D But they said there are still no schedules for training right now... And they said they're going to call me up after 3-4 weeks after... Can I still be assured that I would get the call as soon as a training is scheduled or that's not a basis that I'm already in? The contract signing will be done after 3-4 weeks daw, once they called me up. Should I look for a job aside from ICT? Thanks a lot for your inputs! Are there already some other experiences just like mine wherein the person passed the interviews but HR did not call them again? Thanks a lot! I need to be assured! :)

I'm from Class 8 of GMAC MORTGAGE COLLECTIONS, the HARDEST ACCOUNT of ICT. So far I find the job VERY fulfilling. Salary pa lang, more than enough na. Sa mga naninira sa ict, well, just scrutinize first all the call centers in the Philippines and I assure you na 'pag padamihan lang ng pros ang pag-uusapan, ict is the no. 1... I must admit, may mga flaws rin sa company na ito. Pero anong company ba ang wala? Lahat naman may flaws. It's just that the good thing about ict is they're really determined to mend their impurities. Ang hirap kasi sa mga nagsasalita ng kung anu-anong negative dyan, hindi nila sinasabi sa management. They'll just spread the harsh criticisms and resign without even raising their voices. To make the long story short, ICT is one of the BEST if not the BEST!!!

i was with ICT for a mortgage account for almost 2 years.. starting salary they offered back then was P17k (ito yata ang offer pag more than 1 year call ctr exp) P2500 meal and transportation allowance. 10% night diff tapos annual appraisal up to 14% of your basic depending on your performance. may quarterly bonus din at before i left meron na din silang pay per performance monthly.. ok na din. challlenging yun account.. hindi nakakabobo. i was so happy working with my colleagues. management-wise.. well wala naman perfect na kumpanya..

sa outbound naman ang alam ko ang range ng salary is P11k - P15k depende sa experience. same allowance and night diff

there are accounts na monday to friday lang....yung mga financial accounts...may sat sked man,half day lang atsaka hinde linggo linggo...kumbaga skeletal staffing.

most of the part timers work for an outbound account. we are being paid on the hours we've rendered plus night differential, bonuses, allowances and commissions if we're able to hit the hours and sales. Well a part timer can take a pay similar to a full timer if he is really doing good and reports to work almost daily. (I know someone being paid for as much as 18k a month) Every cut-off, an average pay would be 4-5k.=)

i went through initial interview and call sim and then the recruiter told me that they don't have vacancy for TSR as of the moment. She just told me to keep my communications lines always open because they will just contact me incase they have already the account probably a month or so.

What do you think? I don't think that I failed the call sim . . .

I applied at the makati branch.

I told the interviewer that i prefer TSR position. With her tone of voice, i don't think I failed in the call sim.
she told me that they don't have technical account as of the moment. And they will contact me as soon as there is one. I didnt undergo the role playing part.

Re pull-outs, wala pa kong nababalitaan. Though meron talagang nagpupull-out na account, kasi yung iba hindi nagclick. So far, sa ngayon wala pang nag-pupull-out. Marami namang chismis na ganyan, yung iba natutuluyan, yung iba nag-lay-low lang, or nagbawas ng tao. If you are one of theie agents, wag ka matakot, maraming account na malilipatan at di ka nila basta basta tatanggalin sa company. Yun ang maganda sa ICT, pagnag-pull-out ang account mo sila mismo hahanap ng lilipatan mong account. E di mas ok! baka malay mo dun ka masmag-improve at mag-enjoy sa bago mong account!

There could be a number of reasons why he did not pass the final interview, ranging from the interviewer did not like his face (yes, it happens; after all, impressions do count) to probably his answers did not satisfy the interviewer. Those are the two extremes, and anything else can fall between them.

actually you dont need to specify the account.basically they would ask you what type of account u prefer kung inbound or outbound, kung technical or financial, u dont need to specify the account para alam nila na open ka to any account basta dun sa linya na prefer mo.
ako nga natatawa na lang ako pag naalala ko interview ko, nilagay ako sa financial, oo na lang ako, to think i hated math e wala na akong ginawa sa account na to kundi magcalculate!

So, they say that the salary doesn't compensate their working hours. They only get 5t to 6t every payday considering that it's full time job.

Also, another thing, i have friend who's husband is working for ICT and she was cheated. What's so frustrating is that thier supervisor tolerate the wrong doings of the husband even the he knows the fact that his agent has a family already. We dont want to be in a company that tolerates immortality.

So think twice before applying in this company.

actually, im for language proficiency training dis june 11 in a well known cc.. but dis 10 day training doesnt necesarily mean ul have d job offer.. i want to apply there in ICT maybe on thrsday at UB as TSR.

zpaul_010, as soon as u finish the process, they will or might ask you to report for job offer. Im just not sure if they will give you 2 weeks leeway. Besides, your the one's looking for a job, why would you want them to wait for you? If they schedule you for a training and you did not show up, that will reflect on you as applicant. And when time comes that you decided to pursue your application might be too late and lose the opportunity.
Make up your mind before you visit the office. This will help save your time, money and effort.
We hve several accounts in UB, inbound & outbound. we're occupying 11th to 16th or 17th floor i guess...And yes we have sleeping quarters!

actually class 16 kami and our trainer sa EST was Dan Dizon who is so kulit and galeng and one more thing, his voice is like Aga Muhlach, the way he talks.Monday will be our product training and it would be tandem of allan and mark mercado. Last friday, we happened to see the production floor and i should say, Semperian has one of the best production floor i've ever seen. That's why i can't wait to start taking calls and hopefully we all pass the prod training. our trng would start at 10pm-7am (love this shift!!) covered everything...hahahaha!!!

Yes. It's located in RCBC. It is a tough account. Mahaba yung training. If you have inbound financial experience, you have an edge.

Re pull-outs, wala pa kong nababalitaan. Though meron talagang nagpupull-out na account, kasi yung iba hindi nagclick. So far, sa ngayon wala pang nag-pupull-out. Marami namang chismis na ganyan, yung iba natutuluyan, yung iba nag-lay-low lang, or nagbawas ng tao. If you are one of theie agents, wag ka matakot, maraming account na malilipatan at di ka nila basta basta tatanggalin sa company. Yun ang maganda sa ICT, pagnag-pull-out ang account mo sila mismo hahanap ng lilipatan mong account. E di mas ok! baka malay mo dun ka masmag-improve at mag-enjoy sa bago mong account!

He's having a problem right now with his SSS bec he found out that he don't have a monthly contribution for the month of Nov & Dec. Can you please give me any contact number in ICT that concerns in SSS problem and contact number na din ng Payroll sa PBCom kasi until now he haven't receive his last pay and COE; as per my husband instruction i have to call the ICT payroll starting 9pm until 6am unfortunately the contact number that he given to me is just keeps on ringing and wala na syang ibang local na alam.

Currently he's out of the country for work kaya ako ang nagtrtry na magcontact sa ICT.

hi phaulah, atlast i already contacted the payroll. Just an info guys the last pay check will depends on your Separation Tag. Because my husband resigned last Feb 01 2008, unfortunatley his last paycheck is not yet available which is supposedly must be available by Mid of March if I would base on the 30-45 days of realeasing of last pay check. In my husband case, according to the payroll the Separation Tag of my husband was March 15... I asked her why.. she said whenever a employee pass his/her clearance to HR.. the HR is responsible for giving this clearances to the payroll dept.. and the payroll department will be responsible for indicating the separation tag. So probably the last pay of my husband will be realease by Last week of April, in total he have to wait for almost 3 months to have his final check.

I'm not sure if any company accepts those who just resigned, but if it's not too late yet, you might tell them you're revoking your resignation.
