Boring ba work mo? How do you motivate yourself

do you feel you're doing the same thing over and over? parang nakakatamad at walang challenge? how do you motivate yourself?

ako iniiisip ko, pag bum naman ako wala akong pera maiinis din ako...so what i do is use my company's resources...browse to death...etc..hahaha

in what sense nakakaburaot ang work mo? Merong work ba ang nakakabobo? siguro nasa tao rin un kung bakit nabobobo sila. Perhaps ndi sila productive or talaga lang tamad. If you think hindi ka na productive sa current work mo, then might as well shift to another career or another company.

aside from that, nilalagay ko yung watch ko sa tabi ko and namomotivate ako sa every hour na dumaadaan dahil palapit na ng palapit ang paguwi ko, mas naeengganyo ako magtrabaho.. :)

how do i motivate myself? well, i always contemplate on where i am right now and where i want to be in the not-so distant future. that's what makes me tick and fight off the boredom.

kung bored ka sa work. Try mong mag research on things na makakatulong sa work mo. Initiate/develop projects on your area. I guess it will be beneficial on your company .. especially on your part... sobrang oras mo will turn out to be additional time for you to explore.

ako naman,masaya ako sa opisina ko, yun nga lang ang baba ng sweldo. no matter what I do, ang hirap ma-promote. dagdagan mo pa ng office mate na bwisit at inggitera at antipatika!

what if your work is already a routine then you've already made a couple of proposals to make the "system" work better but your stupid expat boss doesn't even know what its for....
