May nakakaalam ba dito? I'm thinking of investing in one.. condormitel = condo, dorm, hotel. You pay 30% downpayment (about 5900/month for 24 months for the smallest unit). Once you've paid the 30%, you can already live there, and pay the remaining balance in 5, 10, or x years (ex. 7300/month for 5yrs, 5000+/month for 10yrs).

Naisip ko kasi, nag-rerent ako ng room ngayon, why not invest in this.. at least in about 7 years, sa akin na siya. The units are in Kings Point subd. along Quirino Highway, Mindanao Ave., QC.

Tanong ko rin sa mga 1-2 years pa lang nagtatrabho, what have you done with your savings so far? Is it too early for me to invest in this kind of thing? Hintayin ko na lang bang mka-afford na ako ng lot/bahay sa isang subdivision (hehe)? Btw, I'm not from Luzon.. I studied here, now working here in Manila, so ok talaga na may permanent residence na ko dito.

Condormitel. Bago yun ah. ;)

Is the construction work completed? Baka naman sinasabi nila na pwede mong tirahan pero hindi pala tapos, anung klaseng usapan yon?

And even if they finish your unit when you pay your 30%, will they also finish everything else? I don't think you deserve to live in the middle of a big jobsite.

Hindi pa nga tapos. Phase 1 will be finished this Dec. Phase 2, Dec. 2004. Phase 3, in 2005. Magkakatabing buildings sila. Oo nga, pag nakatira ka na doon, eh ginagawa rin ang ibang buildings.

Anyway, I've decided against this. Maliit (13 sq. m).. don't know if the price is reasonable for the size. Madami pa naman ibang options..

Thanks sa reply.
