Pano ba naman kasi, diba nung naglipatan kayo, hanggang 11 pa shift ko. Bastos na babae! Alam mo bang, nandon pa mga gamit ko and I was taking calls, kapal ng mukhang ginalaw at isinangtabi ang mga gamit ko to make room for her things! Aba! Hindi man lang nagpaalam. FYI: During that time, that station was still MINE until end of my shift!!! Kaya wala syang K na hawakan mga gamit ko ng walang paalam!

Tapos, sabi pa niya bago sya umalis sa isa nyo rin ka team, "Mawawala ba mga gamit ko pag inilagay ko dito?" Grabeh! Tumaas ang kilay ko abot sa scalp at lumaki butas ng ilong ko!!! Imagine that?!? Parang pinagbibintangan pa niya akong kleptoh!!!

Nung sinabi ko nga kay Mama Grace (hindi nya narinig kasi she was also in a call) biglang tumayo at parang gustong sugurin! Sino bang hindi magagalit don? Wala syang ka-class class! Taktlesang babae!

Sino ba naman magkakagustong kunin yung mga gamit nya na mukha namang cheap?!? Hay nako ha! Tigilan nya ako! Tuwing nakikita ko pagmumukha non! :mad:

Ganon ginawa ko sa isang caller na babae nung dada sya ng dada e. Tapos, pag kinakausap ko sya, sabi nya bakit daw may naririnig syang echo tapos sabi ko, wala naman ako naririnig. Tapos dada uli sya ng dada, pindot ko uli yon. Echo nanaman daw! Di nya kaya, ni-release ako! Ahihihi :D Funny!

question lang.. ilang interviews? and exams? as in buong araw ba yun? ganu katagal ang processing and evaluation ng application?

tell me about the bond.. and salary.. perks.. etc..

and.. are they the one to decide kung sa vocativ or parlance..?!

well, what position are you applying for anyway? asko naman kasi dumaan sa headhunters via Add Force, i took a very (he/she), (was/were) test, kaya diretso na ako sa Vocativ Fort Boni for final interview -> medical exam (may ibang taong bumabagsak sa med exam) -> panel interview (minsa kahit last step nalang, bumabagsak p rin). Then training na...

The bond is useless although it is still a contract and although even it was stipulated that u are not allowed to leave the company in 6mos or pay 20k, may mga butas ang batas.
also, in vocativ you are not allowed to work on another call center 1yr from the date of termination or resignation. pero ndi lahat ng oras applicable ito... hmmm.... are you sure u want to apply to epldt as an agent/csr? have you tried teletech?

teletech.. i think this is the company na nag-eemail saken, nischedule ako for interview.. pero di ako nagreply. bad! bad me! maganda ba dito? (for what ive read here, maganda daw yung office..) how do i apply again?

My gosh! Im having my regrets now, kc I am now presently training in our school for a call center fundamental program which is affiliated with ePLDT. We trained for a month then they are going to send us sa ePLDT for another training. and masaklap hindi pa pala kami sigurado kung maha-hire kami or hndi, kumbaga after the trainings and all wala pala kaming assurance. Unlike sa ibang call center they will hire you first then they will train you na, in that way you can be sure na may work ka na. Now, I feel like na Im juz wasting my time. I wanted to quit the training but they said I have to pay P3500 para sa school training and P20,000 sa ePLDt so all in all I must pay the total amount of P23,500 before they will let me go..after I heard the comments regarding this call center lalo kong gustong mag-quit kaso wala me ganun kalaking money. They said na pathethic yung salary, *** benefits eh hindi rin good, tapos may ngsabi na if you are on 6 month probationary period you will not get any benefits pa from them kumbaga kaylangan at least one year ka na before you'll get any benefits. Cud somebody here help me regarding my concerns? Thanks!

PERO make sure may natutunan ka sa accent training sa epldt... para ma-impress ang intreviewer na wa kpa experience sa call center pero may accent na... o dba?

Bago na ngayon! Balita ko pa, wala na raw sweldo yung mga trainees diba kase date, after training, karamihan sa mga baguhan e nag resign na agad. So, natuto na Vocativ kaya balita ko di na nila sinusweldohan ang trainees.

the lesson of the story is:

Don't go jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire. You might think you're better off finding greener pastures when you're already ok.

Maraming agents in a rush to jump ship without finding out first about where they're going. Each call center is unique, offering different career paths. My background info is on what makes each call center unique - their history, specialty, culture, track record, future, industries served. Maganda lang lumipat kung may nakikita kayong "career fit" and di lang basta nadadaan sa suweldo. I hope this clarifies people's questions on my post.

My service is career advice. Sayang lang and 6 years of consulting experience ko sa call centers kung walang makikinabang na mga pipols.

actually ganyan din ang "gimik" ng ePLDT sa school namin (I suppose you study along the UBelt area din) I haven't decided to take the course now, but I read the contract. sabi dun kung di mo tatapusin *** course magbabayad ka ng P5,000; me babayaran naman na P20,000 pero pag di mo tinapos ag 12 months na contract na magtrabaho sa kanila kinda odd na nilagay pa un sa kontrata to think na *** kontrata is about the taking of the course lang and not for the job itself.

I have read the posts here; somehow nag-aalinlangan ako. I mean the course sounds nice but after hearing your stories here about the company, I'm gettin :confused: So guys, I hope you can give me some good advice before I might get into some "fine mess." Thanks!!!

iots not really against the labor code because it's a company policy. if you really know the worth of the training per agent it's almost 9 months worth of salary. but since it's too much suffering for the person not call center material, they lower it own. like etel, 2 years ang bond before but i heard 6 mos na lang.

but epldt from 6 mos moving to 1 yr bond?! that's somehow, inhumane, ayaw lang nila aminin na tinatamad silang mag process ng mga umaalis coz it's money spending procedure too. kuripot talaga itong mga cojuangcos & the chinese directors
