hi GreedyFly from what project ka ba? pm mo naman sken hehe! :D nope, were not the ones who are in roxas blvd..*** isang account yun..kami *** nasa PLDT MGO ngayon..ok *** place namen dito..although not as big as the vocativ-hatchasia office. dito feel na feel mo talgang taga pldt ka hehe. laki ng canteen ng pldt dito..mura mga food grabe (unlike sa foodzone juice koh!)..laki ng nap room...and were still using avaya fones and our old headsets..kaci palpak *** supposed to be new system na gagamitin namin (like *** sa mga operators ng pldt na 114, 108, etc..na directly connected na sa computer *** headset). yeah..its true na dayshift nga kami and up to 10pm lang pero *** workload naman..nakakaloka..kaya dami ding nagreresign (tama bang sabihin ko to dito :P) naku..kung alam nyo lang din ang hinanakit namin..specially kaming mga senior CSR's..na simula't simula pa andito na..hayyyy..:rolleyes:

i dont like them..*** mga taga PARLANCE, sobrang feeling..well not all ah..pero MOST of them..kaci most of them have accounts with us..ang kakapal ng iba..kung kausapin kami kala mo napaka tataas nila grabe!!! ang hilig magpa escalate ng call sa mga TL namen grrr!! Porke alam nilang taga ePLDT din kami grabe talaga! minsan may naencounter ako na super irate kinuha full name ko then tinanong pa "Youre from vocativ right?" sbe ko "yes maam..why?"..sbe ba naman "Whats your employee ID number?"..huh!! as if no! di ko nga binigay! sbe ko were not allowed to disclose any information with regard to our employment with ePLDT..sobrang kapal talaga. at sinisigaw-sigawan lang nila mga TL namen! would you believe?! ganun sila kafeefeeling. pinagsabihan na nga yang mga yan eh sa pambabastos smen. *** mga taga Vocativ from other projects na may account samen, ok lang mababait naman. ngayon mejo tahimik na sila hehehe. pinagalitan ata sila..nakaabot na kaci to sa management lolzz...diba naman kaci, sister companies tayo..were supposed to respect each other.

Ganun..well i was interviewed by Miss Janine Lota wayback April 2002 pa at hatchasia..1pm *** sked ng interview pero dumating kami nung classmate ko ng 11am hekhek! so right there and then ininterview kami kagad..edi tapos! LOL! ngayon kaci sobrang dami na lagi ng iniinterview halos everyday yan..kaya matagal ka talaga maghihintay..and iba na ata process ng final interview ngayon..oh well goodluck Johnston. GreedyFly, yup added ka nadin sa friendster ko yey! Im not that familiar with Parlance's client..it has something to do with satellite dish i think..i dunno. :p

Actually, balak ko talaga mag absent sa Friday dahil may dentist appointment ako Saturday (pinabunot ko na one of my impacted ipin - I have two and papabunot ko yon after 2 weeks - para kung gusto ko mag probi, ayos na medical ko). Tapos nagkataon na LBM ako nung Friday so may excuse talaga ako para mag absent :lol:

well, you have to do call first. then the members of the team that has the lowest AHT will get to choose their scheds on the next month. so if you belong to that team, you get to choose the schedule for email agents, which are all on day shift.

hello chenelynkembot! from what account ka?by the way im from IBM. actaully, bawal na kahit sa amin ang mag-net surfing even during breaktime. in my case, ilang beses na akong dinale ng TL namin. medyo parang nato-trauma na ako amg-internet sa workstation ko.

kwento nga sa akin ng ka-batch ko, galit na galita nga TL ko eh. kasi naman may isang agent ata 5 beses nag dinale. isa pang hirit pa eh termination na ang katapat. grabe! nakaka-pressure talaga especially when it comes to QA results.

nadale pa nya ako kasi, naka-monitor pala yung live call ko last night. na-mis spell ko pala yung last name ng customer ko. hindi ko man lang na-verify. medyo conscious na nga ako sa QA results ko eh. kasi nga naman magre-reflect nga yun sa magiging results.

by monday, im gonna ask my TL what is my latest QA result. i want to know if im the lowest among our team.but im praying that i'll get a good result.

as far as i know isa lang account nila..it has somethin to do with satellite dish i think..unlike sa vocativ na parami na ng parami mga accounts kaya mas maraming agents sa vocativ.

hi angelbutterfly..congrats! :) its like this..ePLDT has two subsidiaries: vocativ and parlance. parlance has its own international affiliations i think.. for vocativ, it provides customer interaction center services for "teletech" which is a global provider of customer relationship management services.. as far as i know, teletech's the one which helps vocativ get international clients. for what project were you assigned? :D

well, Vocativ is an outsourcing company and a subsi of ePLDT. We were hired by vocativ for Teletech. So, Teletech and Vocativ are two different companies.

well,as much as possible, i dont wanna talk about it. coz up to this point, very painful pa rin ang nangyari. saka ko na iku-kuwento sa inyo. right now, as usual, start to zero ako. sending my resumes from one company to another. medyo nakakapgod na rin. wala pa akong tinatagalang work. hopefully makakuha na rin. but one such thing is, i've met all of you here. kahit hindi na ako connected dyan, friends pa rin tayo. sana we met each other before the holiday season and we hope sana magkaroon tayo ng bonding.

ok guyz! ganito ang nangyari...

last friday shift when these things happened. one of the TL's on our area approached me and he said " can you go on Aux 5 (w/c is for a "project") my shift was supposed to start at around 2am but he told me that i have to proceed to the quiet room and i have to bring my training modules and headset. when i entered the quiet room, i saw my other teammates as well as my other agents belong to the other group and were talking what is the purpose of our staying here, is it for coaching? meeting?or another set of training?

several minutes later, one of the SCSR's entered the quiet room and dala-dala na pala niya mga kagamitan namin. pinull-out na from our respective workstations. kinakabahan na kami and then, medyo napapa-iyak na yung iba kong kasama. akala namin kung ano na. parang kinukutuban na kami that something will gonna happen to us. then, my team TL had a chance to talk to us one-by-one and dun na nag-start mag-iyakan yung mga kasama ko. karamihan kasi babae. then, one of my teammates napapamura na sya sa inis. kinukutuban na din siya sa mangyayari.

yung SCSR namin pumasok sa quiet room then he started to cry. we asked them what happened, whats the purpose of our staying here and why did he pulled-out all our things there, ayaw nyang sumagot and he insisted hindi nya alam kung bakit. momentarily, our QA staff entered the quiet room and she also cried as she sympathized on what happened. she laso has no idea about this. and according to them, yung mga naiwan sa floor nakakaranas na rin ng tensyon. nagtataka sila kung bakit pinull-out yung mga gamit namin and bakit may nag-iiyakan. in fact, one of our batchmates started to cry maybe she knows already whats going on.

then, we went together to the meeting room and we talk to our TL and OM. they said they did everything, ipinagtanggol na nila kami over the IBM staff in the US. they insisted that were still on the learning process although were very much familiar with the system and procedure.and they said, the decision came in from the IBM itself. the IBM people insisted that kung hindi ma-meet yung standard then they have no choice but they need to pull-out the entire account. what was our OM did is, they followed the IBMs decision. kaming 12 agents ang isinakrpisyo. this coming 15th,on of the big bosses from IBM will return to observe again the calls then kung wala pa rin nangyari then obviously, the whole account will gonna pull-out.

kaya pala during the past few days eh. medyo nanlulumo yung mga TLs namin. alam na nila yun pero di nila sinasabi sa amin.were all insisting na OK naman QA's namin pati AHT's namin and even ACD's. yung amspeak naman namin kasi is for coaching purposes yun. wag nila sabihin na yun ang dahilan. but the bottom line there according to them is customer satisfaction which is very mababaw and lumalabas na balewala yung mga QAs namin. in fact, i got 100% during our second week on the floor. nung sinabihan kami tungkol dyan, sinabi pa nila sa amin na they working out on a possibility na i-transfer kami with the other account but according to HR people eh. wala pa sa ngayon. ang buong akala kasi namin is ililipat kami sa ibang account. personally, dapat pa akong mag-saya dun kung ioyn ang good news. i dont care kung sabihin ng ibang agents na galing pa to sa ibang account bakit luipat ito sa amin. pero hindi pala ganun ang nangayari.

ang dami naming sympathizers, the whole IBM, naiyak sila dahil sa amin.and the worst thing here is after our last meeting w/ them, they ask us to stay-out of the area even sa pantry hindi na kami pinag-stay dun. ang dami pa man din namin dala-dala, para kaming pinalayas sa isang boarding house.we opted to stay in Select ( convenient store of Petron). and we got drunk, pero beer lang naman. yung mga naiwan nga dun eh. kinakabahan na din sila because anything can happen. even sa ibang account ganun naman eh.

i've heard decision daw ito ng IBM... well, pag client talaga ang nagsabi, parang mahirap kumontra. nakakaloka. ang nakakainis ata sa nangyari, IBM is the one grading the CSR's. Kumbaga, yung QA Specialists nila, nag cocompile lang ng grades nila which directly comes from IBM... At eto namang IBM, sila ang pumili ng CSR's na matatanggal. At yung mga natanggal, some of them really performed well. As is high and perfect QA scores.

So bakit tatanggalin ng IBM mga Csr's na may matataas na QA na sila mismo ang nagbigay? ang labo noh!!!! walang sense...

syempre walang maibigay na reason ang management kung bakit kailangan ng forced resignation di ba, kundi "sabi ng client kasi eh". grabe!

Nag apply ba kayo sa epldt tapos na-assign kayo sa vocativ ganoon ba? kase last 3 weeks nag apply ako sa epldt tapos pinapunta ako sa teletech para sa final interview tapos nun binigyan nila ako ng papers para sa medical examination. Then dalhin ko daw sa pldt makati. Nasa akin na yung med result okey naman, sabi nung miss na nag interview sa akin email ko daw yung result. Na-email ko na rin yung result, so I just have to wait for her reply ganoon ba? Medyo naguguluhan ako sa setup epldt tapos napunta sa vocativ? Mahirap ba talagang mag work dyan at mababa ang suweldo?
