there's a thread on call center salaries a few months ago. di ko ma-search, but i have copied the posts from there dati. here they are. i dunno how updated these are though:

Convergys - 12K for fresh grad, 15K with call center exprerience (+ 1K allowance)
Sykes, Asia - 10K (+ 1k voice support allowance,+ meal/transpo allowance, + hazard pay, depending on your schedule and location)
PeopleSupport - 12K (+ meal/transpo allowance)
InfonXX - 10K
Link2Support - 9K (+ night allowance, + proficiency allowance depending on employment status)
eTelecare - 12K (for techsupport, don't know for customer service and don't know their allowances either)
C3 - 11K
GlobalStride - 10K

Salaries are for probationary employees only, upon regularization, siempre may increase. Night differential rate varies from 10% - 30%.
16K daw sa iTouchPoint for people with call center experience. For fresh grads 14K. Not so sure about this though.
My friend got 17T as a starting salary in Itouchpoint with lots of other bonuses. I think his salary there right now is almost 27T since he was promoted to a shift supervisor.
Itouchpoint and Convergys gives out the highest entry level salaries for those with call center experience.

Actually sa SYKES, depende sa project account yung basic salary
10K pero yung iba like yung sa MCI 11K yung sa iba, yung tech support, 12K and this is true: (+ 1k voice support allowance,+ meal/transpo allowance, + hazard pay, depending on your schedule and location)

PeopleSupport - 12K (+ meal/transpo allowance)

INFOnxx - 10K + 3.5 allowance

eTelecare - 12K for techsupport like sa Dell Account plus 1.1K pag graveyard shift ka pero allowed mag overtime kaya mataas gross pay nila. yung mga first few batches, basic salary nila, 15K talaga, pero ngayon, 12K na lang.

APAC Customer Services - 12K basic salary up to 16K depending on your sales volume. outbound sales kasi.

ePacific Global Contact Center - 12K basic salary pero yung taxable lang is yung 9K. the remaining 3K is non-taxable meaning makukuha mo talaga ng buo yun.

may bagong call center, Sterling Global Call Center - 12K basic salary plus SPIF / comission depending on your sales volume. outbound sales din kasi.

Masarap kasing mag outbound sales keysa mag technical support, customer service, or directory assistance kasi rewarding yung salary at mapapatunayan mo talagang magaling kang Call Center Agent.

Sa outbound naman ng Etel, starting is PhP10T pero as stated above attractive yung night diff & overtime p ay plus a similar "hazard" add-on.

but i think in general IT firms still offer much higher salary than call center plus the fact that it's really hard to work in night shift at call center on a regular basis!

tsr3: 21k

lahat po yan may 3k na allowance, tas may night diff pa.

pag csr, provi is 10. pero may commission ng 100 kada 1 sale per day. plus pa *** night diff tsaka *** 3k na allowance

So, what benefit or advantage does one get being a callboy or a callgirl? Petty fixed salary, confined, sedentary and unhealthy work environment, stagnant mind. Nothing really, except that one wouldn’t bother about what he wears at work. Sa mga fresh grad: Get actual training in more profitable and enriching jobs, like selling (particularly insurance and real estate), and learn from other’s business ventures and put up your own business. Unless you want to grow old dull and talkative, and wanted to spend much of your productive life like a bird in a cage and fed with the same scoop of seeds everyday, there is no life for you in call centers.

Startting salary depends on the account that you're going to be with. I'm blessed because the account I'm in right now gives 14k for every regular CSR (14k is for basic only) plus other allowances. If you total the basic pay plus other allowances, each CSR in my account gets at least 16,800 pesos per month.

Technical Support Engineers in my account get 20k (at least for probationary employees) plus other allowances. So, a probationary Tech Support Engineer gets 24K to 26K per month.

Our senior Technical Support Engineers get 30K to 50K per month (still, depends on the lenght of service).

Wow! I can certainly understand why a lot of IT guys are moving to call centers instead. What call center do you work for? I know a lot of qualified personnel who'd really be interested with the kind of numbers your posted.

ano difference ng Technical Support Engineers sa Technical Support Representatives?

No difference at all. We just call our technical support representatives as engineers. Besides all of 'em are Certified Software Engineers.

Hope this helps!

To the_End_sHIFT,

It's up to you if you do not want to recognize the fact that we, call center agents, are receiving renumeration more than what some Managers receive.

I will assure you that all figures I posted are ABSOLUTELY CORRECT! Are you working in a call center? If you do, you will find out that those figures are not impossible. My account is not a SALES account, so we do not have commisions. We do software trouble shooting, fix networking issue, address server concerns, provide step by step solutions on how to handle hardware crash and even kernel panic.

Cheers!

Can someone please tell me which call center gives its non-IT CSAs a NET TAKEHOME pay of not less than P20,000 a month? I have someone here on my end who wants to return to call center work becuz he wants out of his day job that wears him out with 12 to 14 hour workdays, including Saturdays. Please help naman daw! However, he wants to make sure he will make the same pay he makes at his day job before returning to call center work.

Since Convergys pays 15k gross per month to people who worked na in a call center before, how much is the TAKEHOME pay kasama na ang benefits and allowances?

Hello Brandon96!

I have some friends in Convergys and they receive 6,500 pesos (daw). There are mandatory deductions that are taken from their salary, so instead of receiving complete 15,000, they only receive P13,000/mo.

Hope this helps!

Cheers!

it's like your gross is also your net....almost, because of all the allowances you get plus the night diffs, it is like your allowances & night diffs are your payments for your taxes
