TECH SUPPORT call centers

My cousins gradutaing this december and i told him call centers have a lot of oppurtunities and he being a grad of a compuer course. Do you any call ceners with tech support guys? I only know etel, convergy's, link 2 support, contact world i'm bnot sure about the other call cenetrs. Your help and feedbacks would surely be appreciated. Thanks!:)

There's also one in Libis that specializes in Tech Support and gives extensive technical training (Cisco & networking stuff). The name of the call center is Link2Support.

yeah both RS and burgundy have tech support accounts... last time i checked they dont accept walk-in applicants anymore... to be sure punta nalang sya dun then let him apply on line din..

eh di doing tech support! heheheh kidding aside... depende sa account mo... like if ur account handles hhmmm... nokia cellphones for example... tatawag yung customer for nokia cellphone related inquiry... from how to's... to whys.... reklamo, troubleshooting... lahat lahat.... gets? ang labo noh? pero ganun yun...

meron din sa libis yung trend micro pero i'm not sure how techie kase parang nde sila tumatanggap ng mga taong walang tech background eh. anyway try mo nalang libis din yun. btw, one of the requirements there is you have to be really good in english sabi nung ka-chat ko before. anyway, try nalang din :o)
