mula sa sss insider mismo (kasi kung agent ka lang, para namang aaminin ng management sa yo pag tinanong mo), penalties lang ang binabayaran ng itouch ngayon. kaya good luck.

how much is the NET TAKEHOME pay of a CSA there at Itouch? Is it inbound or outbound? May bond ba? I used to work at Etelecare.

Last I know is that for Directory Assistance, 14k starting, basic pay for people without call center exp. 16k for those with call center exp. :)

16 k a month for CSA's....is that NET TAKEHOME pay, meaning wala nang babawasan na tax or other deductions? Wala na bang dagdag iyan na night diff pay and other allowances, etc.?

Is it inbound or outbound? May bond ba? Magkano naman ang NET TAKEHOME PAY ng mga Trainers diyan? May bond din ba?

problem is
nagmass hiring sila for the past months diba? almost 600 positions.

they placed the company's quality in peril, nagpull out ang mga accounts due to the newbies incompetencies.

mass downsizing ngayon. i have friends who were issued non-regularization status and werent even allowed to complete the six months supposed probationary period. all because of attendance?

i have loved the company and enjoyed every minute of my stay here. what only concerns me is the security of my job.

i hate hr pramis.

pede ba tulong? i want to contest sana *** sa friends ko eh. nagiisa na *** ako sa barkada namen na nde pa naiishuhan ng non regulatory status. altho im still not sure kse nde pa ren ako nareregular.

the only basis that they have is that more than 5 combined lates, absences and undertimes, ligwak ka. without any regard to your stats, (call processing time, quality and productivity)

it is highly unfair diba? tapos *** pinirmahan namen na contract is a six month probationary period. altho i admit na its upon their discretion *** termination ng contract, i reckon that mere attendance is not sufficient grounds for non regularization. nagligwak sila ng top agents, team experts for the matter dahil dun.

A friend of mine resigned from this company and had a hard time getting her back pay after more than 3 months of saying na makukuha na nya ang pera naku kung hindi pa *** nagalit ng sobra at nagsabi na dedemanda *** eh hindi pa nila bibigay ang backpay niya...And according to some resources eh nalulugi na daw ang company na to...tsk tsk

but come to think of it now, i think that the company is going down the drain.

the vp, tuan nguyen, is facing a lot of lawsuits, their top people are resigning, they dont have a decent account that would really last, let alone the people to last them, (top resources are resigning), toxic ang calls, *toot* ng *toot* ang tawag,

i checked my sss and ive resigned from the company four months ago and received nothing (backpay), and i stayed with it for 5 months. (kahit sss ko ala pa, last time i checked was a minute ago)

well...

but my training their is really good. kudos to those people, i wouldnt trade it with anything else

another way also is from Sta lucia, ride ng pa-cubao, baba ng Santolan, ride ng pa-Pasig, baba ng Jolibee tabi ng Manggahan industrial park (tama ba un?), sakay tricycle, sabihin mo MOnark, guy will drop you off beside Honda Cars Pasig, very short walk to Eastwood.

the latter is kinda confusing. when youre from the east area, its the best choice.

Actually, SSS and iTP have compromise agreements na and I disagree when you say that we don't have any accounts that would last. We have one of the largest Telephone Companies in the US as our client and we have upcoming non-DA accounts.

Okay dito; sana lang mas malamig aircon kasi parang Sauna bath eh minsan nga pumapasok ako naka Bath-robe lang. :D

check it again deary. check the cycles. i know a lot of people who have pending lawsuits with tuan due to the ss thingie. if they did then why dont i have any sss remittance in my account when i left roughly seven months ago? why is that there aint no remittance with my colleagues sss who left the company a year ago? same goes for my friend currently working there..


as far as the decent accts go. give me at least one account that stayed with the company for so long.

hmmm.. i worked there for almost 2 years. yep we had problems with our SSS, salary, etc. (but that was dati pa talaga kasi wala pa acctg dept and stuff..isa lang gumagawa.)
i just recently checked my sss contri online and it has been paid off na. i was able to file for a salary loan with sss and ubos na sya ngayon. heheheh!

sorry but until now, hindi pa nila nababayaran sss ko and i've out of that company for more than two years already! that's one reason why it sucks.

another one, people who resign from that company can anytime RETURN with the same salary and position. so pwede kang mag-try sa ibang company then balik ka sa itouch kung ayaw mo na sa company na yun. ang saya! how can other people get promoted kung ganun ang sistema? bulok!

imbento lang yung ibang (higher) positions and departments. pagkadikit mo yung mga nasa taas, gagawa sila ng isang bogus position or department para mai-promote ka. minsan yung iba pag may nakaaway sa department nila at nagsumbong sa (kaibigan) nasa taas, lipat ng department, no questions asked. kung type ka ng isang manager ng isang department, ipo-promote ka niya wala nang interview na dadaanan! hindi mo nga alam kung sino talaga ang boss ng kompanya dahil lahat naghahari-harian.

you might say that i've been out of the company for a long time but some of my friends are still there so i still have updated info. hindi ko nga alam kung bakit nagtitiyaga mga yun sa itouch eh.
