Your monthly pay would not in anyway be a small amount if your are a performer. This is the primary reason why the company is called ePerformax, performers get perks. If you are good with what you do (meaning you meet all the requirements of your program), doubling your basic pay every month wouldn't be a problem. :)

ePerformax ako way back 2004.. (ka-batch ko c Reg Rubio ng Greyhoundz)

However, I was terminated after mga 10 days lang siguro sa floor.. Nag hang kasi yun PC tapos na-complete yun survey na tinitingnan ko.. Tiyempo naman monitor nun TM ko sa kin.. Malas..

Alam ko suweldo na nun kinabukasan nun pero hindi ko na nakuha yun suweldo ko kasi na term nga ako..

Ngayon, after 5 years, naisipan ko mag Clearance.. hehehe.. Tapos nalaman ko na lang wala na daw akong separation pay.. Kasi daw may training bond.. Tska daw meron daw akong 10 days absence na binawas nila sa backpay ko.. Nakakatawa, 10 days lang ako pumasok tapos absent ako ng 10 days? Ang labo di ba? Sabi ko pahingi na lang ng computation/document na magpapakita nung mga sinasabi niya.. Ang sagot ba naman e: "Wala daw siyang maibibigay!" Hay, buhay..

nung nag training ako sa eper nung june 07 every other day ang bigay nila ng allowance *** sa sa DIET or *** accent training depende sa level mo nun kng gano ka ktgal sa diet. may 1 or 2 wks meron tumatgal ng 3wks. meron ** naman na ready hire na ang tawag.1 day *** ata. after ng diet may 5k ka na makukuha na bonus. check un. tapos *** pst na. may sweldo na nun ng bi-monthly. depende sa experience ang basic mo. ok naman ang training nila dun. ok din ang pay lalo na kung wamu bt ka, ewan ko *** ngyon kc nga nabili na nga daw sila ng jp morga. so far un lang alm ko regrding sa ibang accnt nila like verizon or ebay or paypal eh hindi ko na alm. pero ok **** sila. medyo luma na nga lang facilities.

ePerformax ang first call center ko, sa Experian pa ako napunta. So, when I went to PeopleSupport, parang wala lang sa akin dahil hindi ko nakita ang difference ng inbound and outbound. The account wasn't that difficult. Para ka na ngang robot after memorizing the rebuttals eh. Easy money, if you ask me.

Hmm. Their website (http://www.bexceptional.com/2007_html/manila_ops_dda.htm) requires that you have a 4 or 5-year degree but I've worked for the company and I'm an undergrad. Still, give it a try. Nothing to lose. *okay*

Anyway, most call centers require prospective agents to have reached at least 2nd year in college. Kung 1st year ka pa lang, medyo tagilid ka siguro. Pero meron din tumatanggap ng HS grad lang.
