Tech support has divisions for providing better assistance to customers. Dial up customers are handled by Tech support that specialize on dialup issues. Broadband customers are handled by Tech support that specialize on broadband issues.

You can try to submit it between 8:30 am- 5pm through the headhunters posted above but I suggest that you submit it in the morning. Minsan kasi may exam at interview kaagad.

I applied there pero hindi ko tinanggap offer nila. An HR from John Clements gave me a tip that you cannot treat them as a stepping stone. Like working there for 6 months to a year. They will only hire applicants who are willing to grow in their organization.

This was also specified to me by the interviewers of WEST. You have TO GROW in the organization. I smell a "bonding contract" here.

Just my two cents. Can someone clarify this matter?

nobody in their right mind (company or head hunter) would hire anyone if their intention is to stay for about 6 months to a year only. that is whether it's a call center or any other company. it doesn't mean there's a bond with the employment offer but they want to see how far their investment will take them. if they intend to invest on your "good for 6 months to a year's worth of service", they are making a big mistake of getting you in the first place. it's a give and take thing. if i were to interview you, i wouldn't waste my time talking to people with your kind of attitude. very immature and skewed.

whether the company has a bond or not, it is not nice to apply to a company and tell them that u'l stay for only 6mos to a year... as much as possible try to rephrase it..

Yung mga foreigners kasi dito sa west ang nagtra-train sa mga rep. Bale trainers ang labas nila dito sa pinas pero sa US mga Senior rep na sila at mga QAs.

Regarding dun sa kulang sa salary.. well... totoo yun. Isa ako sa mga tinamaan. Nagkaroon kasi ng salary increase sa offer ko nun bago mag umpisa. Bale yung basic ko ngayon eh yung basic nung unang offer sa akin which is less than P1000 ang na-aaply sa akin pero inaayos na nila.

ganun? a week after we had OUR initial interview (kasama ko kc friend ko nag apply), i called their HR and asked the status of OUR application. Then she went over OUR records. Then un, binigay naman nya. To think na dalawang applicants pa *** tinanong ko. It was arnd 10AM i guess. Baka nagmamadali lang umuwi *** nakasagot *** that time kc 5PM na nga... ahehehehhe! eniwei, try calling the HR again next week.

Strict lang sila magpatupad ng ganun at hindi pang display lang kung baga. May nabalitaan nga ako.. ewan ko lang kung totoo na may nahuli ng nagbukas ng friendster tapos ayun... memo yata agad o terminate yata. Sabi nila na terminate daw yung rep, di ko lang sure.
Saka lahat ng gagawin mo naka log lahat. Like kung magsi-cr ka, naka log pa yun. Di ko naranasan yun sa past company ko, pero ok lang. Talagang matututo ka ng disiplina dito.

uhm.. lloyd50... during my final interview, he (the interviewer na mejo hawig kay tom green, *** boyfriend ni drew barrymoore) assured me na i'm accepted na.... they will call daw for contract signing before apr19, which will be the start of tech support training.

i mean, since it is a verbal statement, am i really assured na accepted na ko? kc il be declining an offer from another call center for west.... kc mas malapit samen *** west....

Maybe they will call you after the Lenten Season for the job offer, not contract signing coz you need to pass the 1-month long training before the contract signing. There's no cash bond ok. I'm a new employee at WEST and I could say (for now), it's a good call center. Career growth is fast since it's a young company. You will be included in Batch 5 Trainees which will start on April 19. Good luck! :)

personally i would say yes accepted ka na. maybe you want to call them. some of the applicants were allowed to call HR. maganda dito i would say. :D

eniwei, just declined the offer of another call center a while ago... sa libis kc eh.... layo samen... im from manila lang... hopefully West would officially accept me na... il just ** na lang for their call... sana eto na ang first job ko.... :)

martinjg: i just sent you a message. francis is from CSB. anyway, yup you'll be compensated. on the first week (American Accent Training) , your allowance is P1400 taxable. if you pass the first week, you will proceed to Technical Training in 3 weeks. mare-receive mo na *** basic pay mo sa pay day. Don't worry HR will explain these to you further when you're on training.

Basically sila magpro-process application mo sa west tapos I think may 1 to 2 interviews ka from HR personnel of West kung pasa ka tatawagan ka nila for job offer.

But they fixed that already and ok na yung sa akin. Yung sa ibang naririnig ko eh yung maling computation of hours of work. Medyo nakakalito kasi pero pag kinompute naman... tumutugma naman.

lloyd50 has basically answered your question. payroll is not delayed, but there are some problems as far as the computations are concerned.

one example: agents are supposed to receive 16k basic salary. the ND is supposed to negate the taxes/deductions. so every fifteenth day, an agent should receive about 8k (give or take a few hundreds). but the agents receive only about 5k net.

Mamimili ka na rin ng gusto mong oras (shift) para sa pagsasanay (training) at pag nasa sahig (floor) ka na. Kailan na ba ang simula ng inyong pagsasanay?

Umpisa nako sa monday. Tawagan pako bukas for the sked kasi di pa malinaw kung what time magsisimula. Medo inalat lang ako konti sa nakuha ko na sked after the training. 12:30 ng umaga start. Pinakalate na available is 2:30ng umaga.:(

gusto kong malaman kung madali lang ang exam..ano ang type ng exam? bakit mahirap ang final interview?
