My friend is currently working on her MA thesis right now about the Human Resource Management practices & employee retention in the call center industry. She's really having a hard time getting respondents for the survey although she already contacted a lot of centers. I'm really hoping you guys can help. It would really mean a lot to her and her family if she could finish her studies on time.

Please PM me your e-mail address so that we could send you the abstract and also the other details.

Thank you guys..... the best talaga mga PEXERS! :flyangel:

eto ba ay may kinalaman sa sweldo ng call center agents? kasi if yes, *** iba, kilala ang isa't isa dito, hindi basta basta nirerelease ang confidential information like that. sana makakita ang friend mo ng correspondents for the thesis. cheers!

Usually, they would require a letter or a proposal with her professor/dean's approval/signature in it authorizing the her as a legit researcher.

salary? I don't think so. I reviewed her questionnaire and I can't remember anything na tinanong out right ang salary. Anyway, all info that will be gathered will be treated with confidentiality. Sana nga she will be able to find those kind souls that will be willing to participate. Thanks!

yes, she already have all the necessary documents to prove that she's a legit researcher/student. It is actually included in her letter of request. :)
