are u talking about eplt or the local pldt na directory assistance? i work in one of epldt"s call centers and honestly i don't like it there. honestly, i don't like my immediate boss. i'm just actually trying to be professional as possible with her. btw, proby ako and my contract won't i the next 2 mos. but the thing is, bcoz of this pagkasuklam ko sa kanya, magrresign talaga ko. i won't elaborate anymore. chaka i'm studying next schoolyear kaya reason din un. another thing is hindi maganda *** client that we are serving that's all.

Actually E-PLDT has @ call centers 1 is located at Reposo beside Mapua which is Parlance and the Other one is as Global Market2 which is Vocative well if I were to be asked I like their management they may not be the highest paying call center but to be a part of pldt is a great deal!;) but still im still on my 4th week of training that's why I don't know much of what its like of being in the floor. Bdw, Parlance is expanding their targeting more that double of their agents now which is more that 1,500. Start of training you'd be having 12,000 for the pro-b status then after 6 months if you do good you'd be regularized and have additonal 2000 tax free for your transo expense, they also have a shuttle that's why more or less you would'nt be spending thr 2000 for your transpo, you'll also have rice subsidy and all the benefits of pldt :) cool huh?! and you'll really learn a lot on your training.. and also if your looking for career growth? and you have high determination? Parlance is the place to go.. also considering pldt is the BEST MANAGED COMPANY in the Philippines!!!
