for guys, crisp long or short sleeve button down will do. pair it up with dark slacks.

business casual...
try to imagine wearing non-rugged clothes na pang-alis.
for men, collared shirt, either polo or polo shirt will do. slacks. leather shoes. T shirts, jeans and rubber shoes are a no-no.
for women, slacks will do. with regards to shoes and blouses, it depends per company. some do not allow open shoes and baby tees.
anything more than this is considered quite formal already. but who cares, as long as it is alright with you to come to office in your long sleeves and dark pants while the others are wearing their gimmick attire (coz that will be the usual office attire and not just business casual).

a bossing... ganyan ang mga "usual business attire" e. naka-rolled up pa yan or not, with tie or without, medyo formal pa rin yan. tapos hindi pa pwede suede shoes??? pormal na pormal ang dating mo nyan!

Casual wear at work by season.... :D
Winter: Jeans or cargo pants; t-shirt; jacket or sweater; crew socks; sneakers, hiking boots, or sandals.
Summer: t-shirt; walking shorts, jeans, or cargo pants; crew socks; boat shoes, sandals, sneakers, hiking boots; at times, a wetsuit and a surfboard
On odd days with bets involved: Star Wars Imperial Stormtrooper outfit from Sharper Image (that is if dala ng may-ari); but if I can afford it, I wouldn't mind getting the Master Chief gear from http://www.nightmarearmor.com (that'll look cool on Halloween).
On special business occasions: your basic monkey suit - a shirt, coat, and tie.
