Ey fellow PEXers! Long time no hear from me!
Anyway, I'm back! I'm looking forward to posting new topics for our discussion and replying to threads I feel are worthy of replying. Oops! Yabang ba? No intention po.
Anyway, I just want to ask...
I've been a Consultant now for almost four years and I'm thinking twice whether to go back to employment or not. I know, I know, some of you might tell me, "Ano ka ba? Sarap na ng buhay mo! 'Wag na!"
Well, true. Being a Consultant surely has its own perks like the ability to dictate how much you would like to earn in a month, the flexi time and of course, the opportunity to meet a lot of people. But, it, too, has its drawbacks. Feeling depressed if things don't go well. Support system is not within reach. No employee benefits and bonuses (poor me).
Going back... what I wanted to ask is, "How do I get things heated up again? It's been a while since I submitted my job application to a company and what sort of roadblocks (if there will be any) would I be expecting?
Any word of wisdom out there? just ideas... I'm still evaluating and weighing things pa naman eh.
Would very much appreciate any sharing. ;)
