Permanent Plans, Inc. ( Pre-Need ) Promo

has anybody here received a call from Permanent Plans, Inc. ( a Pre-Need ) that says you won a raffle/promo from them? My fficemate got a call from several agents of this company that says he won a promo and he needs to go to the Makati office and bring the folllowing ID's, personal, gov't and business ( credit card ) to claim the price, however is suspisious about this since he did not join any raffle/promo from this company and thinks this is another gimmick ( this is a Pre Need firm )

any info on this?

It is quite likely that your friend, if he goes to the office, will find out he has to buy a pre-need plan before he can get hold of his prize. Not bad if he is in the market for a plan anyway.

But if he is only in it for the prize, I'd say he should forget it.
