Hi All!!!
My mom's thinking of putting up a t-shirt printing business. She wanted to know what papers she needs to get (permit etc) so it would be legit and can issue official receipts and all...
Thanks for your help...

1. Have your business name be registered at DTI. It would take 2 weeks to 1 month.
2. Go to your city hall and get a business permit.

That's good. Making your business legit would help this country fulfill Eddie V.'s and mine's dream of pagbangon ng Pilipinas. :D

try making it corporation (5 members) instead of single-propietorship so that you will not be burdened with heavy taxes.

ganun ba? di ba prang mas lugi *** small businessmen, liit na nga ng negosyo nla, madami pa tax............minsan i hate paying taxes pag naiisip ko na binubulsa sa lang.........o ginagamit sa di dapat paggamitan......

by making your business a corporation (minumum of 5 members), you get some tax breaks and cuts.
that's why it's advisable to do this rather than have single-propietorship.
