Ask ko lang po kung paano mag-aaply or makakakuha ng business space sa mga malls particularly sa SM. mga at least 30 sqm. Any idea kung how much po ang rental?

you need to write a letter of intent

go to sm megamall dun ang leasing offfice nila(i could be wrong sorry my memory is bad im getting old)

sm's leasing price varies so i cant really give you a qoute. also the fact that they never disclose this to people not yet approve for leasing is one of the reason that so few people know how much the rent is.

small facts:
you must remit a percentage of your gross sales to sm inc

you have to submit a concept plan and a drawing of your shop

youre shops idea must be unique and doesnt infridge on other shops market.

theres also a const bond, deposit, and other misc stuff that you must pay before starting.

cusa and aircon is part of the package you must pay this along with the rent.

if you need more info just shoot away.

btw dealing with robinsons is sooooo much easier and cheaper........

Kawawa naman ang mga nag-franchise lang. May percentage na nga ang franchisers sa gross sales, tapos me percentage pa rin ang sm. Ano na lang matitira sa kita nila. Kumikita kaya sila? tsk, tsk, tsk...
