Irritated Reddening Bumps After Derma

No, I'm not referring to the temporary scars after having my pimples rid of. I had those but after I notice my cheeks reddened & has gotten irritated. My derma told me that I'd "overscrubbed" while washing my face after the cleaning, & advised me to pressed cold water on it. My cousin says the solution is Alpine milk. I tried but hasn't calmed down since. What should I do?

I don't know how long you've had this, or what procedure you underwent. I assume you underwent dermabrasion. If it's taking much longer than what the dermatologist told you, call her up and tell her about it. If it's less than a week, give it time to subside.

I just had my pimples "pricked", the usual cleaning of pimples. And I've had this reddening cheeks for a week, just 2 days after cleaning.

Note: I didn't wash my face right after cleaning, I'd waited the next day, just like I always do. But I just don't get these "red bumps", it has minimized a bit, but
my cheeks are still reddish.

It sounds like irritation, like your dermatologist said. It will take time, and it's fine as long as it's subsiding. If you're using strong soaps or solutions, you may want to lessen the use of those a bit. Reddening is not due to washing your face after the procedure--it's what you do days after. Be patient--time will make the irritation disappear.
