My former employer did not remit my SSS/TAX/Pag-ibig contributions!!!

i stayed with the company for 4 months only. it so happen, that i knew somebody working for pag-ibig and i had her dig through my files. 1 month lang daw binayad. i also checked sa sss website, 1 month lang din.

what will i do? i have signed a waiver already to them and also, i left like last year pa which is like 6-7 months ago already.

Are withholding taxes included in your complaint? The word TAX is part of your title so I am assuming they are. If you were issued a certificate of taxes withheld (which you think were not remitted), use this certificate when you file your tax return.

One of these days the long arm of the BIR will find its way to your old employer's payroll department, and the law will take its course.

You don't have to do anything else.

speaking of tin, pag-ibig and phil health... tanong ko lang po kasi nagresign na ako bout 2weeks ago and ndi ko alam ang tin #, phil health at pag ibig ko... tpos paanu *** card mismo?
