pls advice me on this company - American Express (AMEX)

im about to be tendered an offer sheet from this company.. the position that would be offered to me is a credit officer. can anyone give me a range on how much i would be the getting as my basic salary? and what other perks would i be getting from this company.. (benefits, incentives, etc...)

how about the workload, environment and the likes?
