ano anong food yung good for the heart and ano anong mga regimen yung pwedeng gawin para hindi magka high-blood....or kung meron man, how do u bring it down?

Low salt, low fat food. Avoid junk food, frying and coconut oil. Stick to vegetables, fruits, fish, chicken with skin removed.

Oatmeal :) if u have high blood pressure na, exercise will help (ask your doc first) :)
