Pls help me naman doctors out there , ano ba mga signs para malaman ko kung nagkaroon ng head injury ang baby ko ??? nahulog kasi sya sa kama namin this morning and di ko alam kung ok ba sya or not, shes 11 months old and im really worried , nung mahulog sya umiyak naman sya ( di sya nawalan ng malay ) , then di ko sya pinatulog ng about 15 mins. ( but natulog pa rin sya after nun ) pero nagicing sya normally after 30 mins. Di sya nagsuka , and naglaro naman sya nung magicing sya ... kaso di pa rin ako mapakali baka me naapektuhan sa ulo nya or worst kung pati brain nya me damage .... pls enlighten me naman to ease my worries...thanks....

From your description, your baby seems to be OK.
Short of getting a CT scan, you can just observe her the way you are doing right now. Look for signs of vomiting, behavioral changes (becoming more drowsy than usual), complaints of headache (if she can verbalize complaints already), incessant crying without any obvious reason (if she can't).
Relax, you're doing OK. If you see any of the above symptoms, it's time to have her checked, though.

thanks eyedoc, medyo nakalma na rin ako, yesterday after that incident nag routine check ako nung mga "tricks" na alam na nya ( baka kako nakalimutan na ) so thank god, memorized pa naman nya :) feeling ko kasi im a bad mommy due to that accident ... but ive learned my lesson now, be more careful with your babies at all times ....

You're welcome.
One thing, though, you can't be there ALL the time to watch over your baby. A child will have her shares of accidents and falls, as we all did when we were small. Of course it's a good idea to try to minimize these incidents, but I don't think you can totally eliminate those. And no, you're NOT a bad mommy. Far from it. :)
I think for many incidents, the mommy is even more traumatized than the baby. :)
Let me guess: first baby? :)
